Really well organized, the stuff people are so nice and always with a smile on there face.

My Target is clean, well organized, and inviting!The employees are always pleasant and make sure that I am finding things that I am looking for.I have filled out a request on the Target website asking for them to consider having a full grocery area so I can stop shopping at Walmart on my way home for work!

This was our store pickupThought maybe this was the only one but upon checking the floor (which was stocked with a nice looking one) and the tablets mounted around the store for stock check we discovered there was one more for a total of three in stock and this is how they chose to represent themselvesThis is child safety equipment and Im supposed to trust my brand new baby in a seat that obviously took structural damage?

Prescott store was so nice and very clean.I was looking for a Blue Air purifier. Having some problems trying to figure out the price. Bry ( hope I spelled it right.) helped me out so much, Forever grateful!. Thanks Target! Plus my neighbor works there too!

Target may be a little far out of the way for me, but I always find what I need when Im there, I love pokemon a lot for example, and they always make sure everyone is able to get some!

Totally and completely disorganized I went to one area that said online pickup order then I was directed to go to another area then I had to go back to the other area in order to get a receipt. Will not be ordering from Target again this is not anywhere near as good at the Target that I frequent it in San Jose California

Friendly employees. Some good deals with the app. All the staff and customers were wearing masks (per store policy). Plenty of space in the store. Pet section always has deals and a good selection.

I went to target yesterday to do some shopping with the kids. My son found a remote control car he really wanted in was at a end cap marked black Friday deal $15 went to check out and it was $ 40 I told a employee and went and showed her where I found it she said wow those dont belong here and would not honor the price. Im very upset and disappointed with target.

Used to really enjoy this location, all the employees are really friendly and helpful, but now they have some weird phone service representatives running around the electronics section harassing you. I refuse to even go near electronics so that I don’t have to deal with their sales pitches constantly. :/

Service is fast, friendly, and same day pick up available. So easy to drive up and get your order. Order was correct, too. I signed up for pick up service at a local grocery store (our Target has limited food) and I have to wait to pick up for a week!

My first time using the drive up service was excellent. Because I left my location services on, my items were brought out as I was parking. I believe I was there for under 60s.The app could use a little improvement on how out of stock items are listed. Instead of saying out of stock, I figured out after awhile that it doesn’t matter how you describe the item in the search box, if it’s out of stock it won’t generate any type of return.

Prompt service Needed gift for two granddaughters and they had the items needed there. They saved the day for me.

Too bad there was only ONE cashier open today, yet every single SELF-SERVE was open and packed with customers.I call BS on this new policy. Im sure now that the machines are doing more and more human work, the prices are going to go down soon, right?

I am becoming mor and more disappointed with Target in general. I went here looking for something from the sporting goods section and found the selection to be next to dismal... more like non-existent. Not long after I went to another Target for a pair of shoes and again found the selection non-existent. That is not an exaggeration; neither store had a selection of the items I was looking for; nothing! I hate Wal Mart, but I’d prefer to go there.

Very helpful staff. Although Im not sure I like all of the on-line/android ways of shopping, I did get a great buy and the person at check out was extremely friendly and helpful in walking me through the process.

Would’ve loved to give 5 stars, especially, since you’re finally remodeling. However, you cut your electrics into 1/3 of what it was and your “self-checkout” requires a cashier to help you pay with cash. With today’s technology, you’re really gonna be cheap on self-checkout? I hope these change once the remodel is finished, but not impressed so far.

All within 5 mins! WoW, lack of customer service! Called about an item that showed in stock. Spoke to Jeffrey who verified and took my name. Got in the car and headed to the store within seconds, arrived within 5mins. When we arrived Jeffery couldn’t sell me the item, stating corporate requested they be shipped to another store. Jeffery and store management was not concerned about their error nor provided any help. Target has lost my personal or corporate business. This all took place on April 7, 2020 at 12:30 PM.

I never give one star reviews and this is not for the specific store but for an online experience I had . I have never been so disappointed with a store in my life because of a mistake you guys made not only do I have to wait 7-14 business days to get my money back but now I also have to wait an extra week to get my items because instead of shipping 3 games you guys send me a kids bath toy? Im done with target your shipping services suck

Far less traffic than Walmart. A nice selection of clothing. The mens shoe section could use a lot more to choose from. Clearance racks offer good deals you may not otherwise find. Friendly staff. Aside from mens shoes being such a small section, a great shopping excursion for the entire family!

Convenient, safe, great prices

This target isnt the best haircut Ive ever been to, but considering the next closest one is between an hour and a half and two hours away, its good enough. The store overall is fairly well organized and clean, and the staff here is pretty friendly. Ill definitely be back.

Plus size dept. is a JOKE!!! Could you make it any smaller? You are making a large section of your customer base feel marginalized, like we dont matter. There is hardly any selection and its difficult to know where maternity ends and Plus size begins. Ive been told that it is because it doesnt sell, but if you hurt the feelings of your customers before they even enter the department and then you have little to offer, how do you expect to sell? We want to look stylish and well dressed as well as anyone else. Its seems to me that its the last bastion of people who can be set aside, and not noticed and hurt... Overweight People! Horrors!

Cant try on clothes and return policy is 2 weeks AFTER you buy something. So I would be inconvenienced to use Target. I told the manager and he just ignored me. Very rude. Ill never return.

The location was really clean (even the restroom) with food samples at the door. However, it is not laid out like a typical Target. The layout is quite off so rather than go where you think something is, if you are new to the store - just ask an employee. It will save you time and headache.

Now that its remodeled I will never shop there again. Ive been twice since its been redone. Big, cold and too Phoenixy. If I wanted to shop and live in Phoenix Id move there. The place seems totally dead now, I doubt it will do very well after this. I even asked an employee if people liked the new redo, to which she replied Yes! Everyone loves it! I responded, Really? Because theres no one in here. I walked around the entire store and finally gave up on trying to find the paper products that I Always buy from only Target. This time I went to Costco for my papers. Brought in tons of self-checkouts that most people cant stand and wont use anyway. I almost took out my eye accidentally on their newly updated metal front-facing outside. Not to mention they took off the doors to the bathrooms. If we women needed to change a baby a man can now stand IN the mens room and watch or hear us. They can feel free to put the doors back on. Super bummed, and honestly pretty creeped out.

I won’t shop at Target again after having a terrible time trying to return a carpet cleaner that was defective. A report to the BBB got it resolved but honestly it’s not worth the hassle.

Used to be the place in town for household basics, but they recently got rid of half the checkout lanes to add self check out and they added overhead music. So now its no different than Wal Mart or any other low end general store. Makes me glad I have Amazon Prime.

Its a target. Im rating this vs other targets, not other shopping options. Target does seem limited in purchase options and has a distinct smell, but this one is well stocked, feels kept up, and clean.

My experience was exceptional. Thay had all of the items that I needed, plenty of store staff visually available to assist you and the checkout was very fast and smooth as they had many check out stations open.

Smaller compared to others and darker lighting. Great product selection and its stocked well. It seems hit-or-miss on if Ill have enough cashiers on hand though.
