I love this place! I just discovered it about a week ago after learning about some crystals that I was interested in getting. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and were so happy to help people. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do.I will definitely come back!

We visit a couple times of year. It takes us an hour and a half to get to there. We always spend a few hundred dollars. But this experience was quite disturbing to me. I have a 4 year old who is very sensitive. I explained the rules of no touching unless you ask me to her before we went in. I also gave her constant reminders while in the store. My daughter loves crystals and loves the sound bowls. She is experienced in using them and was under my supervision when the owner of the store came out and took them out of her hand and put them away. What was so disturbing was that she did not say a word to her or I. What ensued was my child being embarrassed and began to have a breakdown in the store. My thoughts are this. Speak to parents first and never touch anyone’s children. And honestly, if the tone of the bowl bothered her so much then it’s obviously doing it’s job. Thank you to the wonderful lady at the front desk who helped distract my daughter by showing her the turtle and the black animal figurines. You are a peach! It is unfortunate, but that will be our last visit.

The best place to buy crystals and other spiritual items Ive ever been to. Rhianna is incredibly sweet and buys all her crystals with intention - she told my friend Maggie and I (we both go there at least monthly) that she tries to feel the energy of her customers and chooses crystals based on what she feels we need. Other places with similar products just dont have that deep level of caring like Dreaming Goddess. The staff are all so fantastic and are always around to answer questions about crystals and other products.

I’m going to start by saying this shop is fantastic! My mom, my daughter, and I went shopping there on Wednesday 3-31-21. I will definitely be going back for my metaphysical needs.We had gone to the Awareness Shop in New Paltz right before and didn’t even get in the store as my two year old didn’t have a mask on, which isn’t required by the way. They were extremely rude to me, so I turned around and went to check out Dreaming Goddess for the first time ever and was not disappointed!Nothing was said about my daughter and she loved the store! She loved the real faced pumpkin character in the back and the turtle on the floor up front. It was a great experience and I’ve found my permanent metaphysical store.

A friend of mine purchased a quartz cluster for me after I loved it on a fb live viewing. It was delivered to me fast and with care. It was packaged in a cute little box and inside smelled amazing which added to the care and excitement. I imagine it smells like the store which I haven’t visited YET! The quartz is beautiful and carries such beautiful energy. It was the perfect addition to my collection that I didn’t know I needed until I saw it. I am pleased with the quality, customer service and price. I can’t wait to add more to my collection and visit the shop!Update: I have received a lot more beautiful pieces since 💜

I came in this shop to find a gift for my friend’s birthday, as she loves this shop. I was waiting for the lady at the front desk to finish her interaction with a customer she was talking to, as she seemed very helpful. When she was done, I approached her and nicely asked for help in finding a gift for my friend. I asked if she had anything related to this specific animal my friend has been resonating with. This was my first time buying anything from this shop and I was very clueless. She wasn’t helpful and gave me an attitude. She said to me “honey this shop is full of gifts” and walked away to continue to do whatever she was doing. When I walked into the crystal room she was helping and talking to another customer with no issues or hesitation.I decided to get my friend a gift card and a small gift I found on my own that related to my friend’s spirit animal. As she was filling out the gift card I bought, an African American man came in and she yelled across the room with an attitude and asked him to sanitize his hands. She didn’t ask anyone else who had come in before him to sanitize. I kindly asked her to wrap the small gift I found and put it in a gift bag. She told me that it wouldn’t fit in this bag and said she can only wrap it in wrapping paper. She told me the gift wouldn’t fit in this bag 2 or 3 times and finally wrapped it as I had kindly asked. When she finished wrapping my gift, it ended up fitting into the gift bag as I knew it would. The African American male and myself were the only people of colored in this shop. I’m not sure if this had anything to do with her service and her attitude but this was the last time I come to this shop. If it wasn’t for my friend who I love dearly I would of not given my money to shop and would have walked away.

The sweetest place ! Not only is the store absolutely gorgeous and have the most beautiful things; The staff is great ! Let me begin by stating I am a frequent shopper at this store. I have been going for years, and I bring in friends and family members to support this local business. I typically go in for crystals or candles, and occasionally gifts. I never hesitate as far as how much I spend and when I bring in my children, they are not given a limit in spending and bring to me what they want. They love the store and the idea behind the merchandise. We have only been greeted warmly by associates, not the owner. Which is unfortunate, but I typically accept it and go about my business.Today, however, was especially disappointing. I brought my daughter in, who isn’t able to get out and do much during these trying times. She is health compromised so I only take her to small shops where everyone is wearing masks, etc.That said, I take her in today to do some random shopping. My daughter knows her way around the store well, so we go in, follow the signs/directions to put sanitizer on, and go about our shopping. Within 5 minutes I already had $100 worth of product piling up, and with a smile.When I walk into the crystal area to see what my daughter has picked out, the owner snidely says “can you please stay next to your child?” I responded with “sure, but why? Is everything ok?”....let me be clear. My children always choose their items on their own being that it is a small space, I always see where they are. The owner the says “I mean...social distancing...plus we...ya knoww...like when people stay with their kids because it’s better for the storrreee so yeaaaa”....Her tone was plain nasty, as if we were contaminating her store. She gave me a rude look again and moved to the next room. She also did not have on a mask.Offended? I wanted to drop all of my stuff and tell her it’s better for her store if we don’t buy anything.However, wanting to set a good example for my daughter, I ignored the woman’s snide, rude and inappropriate behavior, and paid for my merchandise.Meanwhile, before she made the rude comments to me, one of her associates had told her she had a customer on the phone and she rolled her eyes and snapped “tell him I’m busy!”One would think during an economically difficult time, small business owners would be kind to folks shopping and spending their hard earned money. Not this shop.When we left my daughter asked why the lady was so mean. My response? We can’t figure out why people act mean, we just don’t want to take that energy with us.Will I be shopping at dreaming goddess anymore? No. Will I be taking friends and family there? No. There are many other shops to pick up the merchandise that is sold there.

Very friendly and informed, clean store, hand sanitizer right near the door and the baskets are cleaned after use as well. One of my favorite stores. Jewelry is beautiful, great collection of gemstones, sculptures, tarot and oracle cards, and charms. They have a shamanic section as well, and a wide variety of incence. They also have a good selection of protection charms, premade spell packets, and herbs. If i could give them a higher rating I would. The staff is SO SO friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. This store is perfect for any new age shopper.

If they dont have what youre looking for, they will do what they can to help find it for you or make suggestions. I just left the store today feeling rather positive and not just feeling like a customer but more like a friend. I first starting going to The Dreaming Goddess in 2013. A friend had told me about it and THE MINUTE I walked in, I knew I had found a special place. It was a combination of the people, the amazing array of products, the magnificent jewelry and the marvelous selection of greeting cards.I recall my first visit with so much fondness! On that day I met Rhianna, Shaylene and Shyla. I didn’t realize you needed to make an appointment for a reading. (I was naïve to the process, what can I say?) Well, don’t you know on THAT day at THAT time there was a cancellation and I was able to grab the space.And so began a love story.I started getting monthly readings with Shyla which continued until she left. I introduced many of my friends to the shop and often we came together for readings. I felt a loss when Shyla left. Never fear though, Shannon was able to provide me with an astonishing reading. And then, well, then I met Jessica and the deal was sealed.Jessica and I became monthly buddies as well.I don’t feel like I need a reason to go to The Dreaming Goddess – sometimes I just want my spirits lifted, and what better place to go?!I cheered the addition of the Crystal Room. I adore the bookshop for a cause. And I think my VERY favorite thing is the giant book containing samples of the many, many, MANY card decks you can purchase from the shop.I love that I always feel welcome at the DG. I went to The Dreaming Goddess not knowing exactly what to expect. I had made an appointment with Shannon Brandt for a reading. She provided details about my grandmother who passed many years ago and her presence around me that no one could have known. I feel blessed to have had this experience and would highly recommend a reading with Shannon if you’ve ever considered a reading, but unsure of who to go to.

They have probably more than 100 different tarrot and oracle card decks and a big book you can look through to see samples of everything. Im personally not the best person to describe everything in there as Im inexperienced with a lot of the types of items in there, but everyone in there was a pleasure to be around, both customer and employee wise.

Based on my first visit to the establishment, I will begin with 4 stars. With only a very short time (15 min) before the store closed is when I arrived on the Sunday afternoon, so my review will change upon a subsequent visit when I can allow more time to shop. With that being said, I loved the 15 minutes! Excellent, diverse variety of products from all shades and hues of the spectrum of magick, occult, spiritualism, etc. From a great selection of books, new and used, incense, candles and sage, to little trinkets, decorations, and gemstones, this place seemed to have it all- and then some! Finding a shop like this one is a needle in a haystack, and most tend to lack the expansive diversity of occult/religious paraphernalia and tools for its craft and practices. Here, I found a beautiful selection of Tarot Cards, about three feet away from The Holy Bible, and thats not all. Staff was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly despite the fact that I walked in the door very close to their closing time. I will be back to really explore the different merchandise and array of interesting books for sale. PS*-- from a quick glance of price observation, I have to say that based on what I saw, everything was fair, or generous. If this is your thing, you need to check them out!!!

Im surprised I havent known about this store sooner than I have. Its an excellent store for occult, gemstones, and other odds and ends for a spiritual life style.My wife and I enjoy going to The Dreaming Goddess (TDG). Prices are very fair as compared to other spiritual stores similar to TDG, in the area. We also like the incentive program to keep people coming back. The staff are very pleasant and willing to assist as well. TDG will be our go-to store for spirituality related items.

The Dreaming Goddess is a warm & welcoming store where you can find gorgeous gifts for yourself and others to beautify their home and awaken their soul and spirit!Rhianna, the owner, teaches a number of classes to further your spiritual journey and learn things that can make your life rich and full. I am currently taking her Reiki Master training class, which is held at her home. Ive always wanted to learn about this way of healing, and so I attended the 1st class, which you can really take by itself if you just want to learn the basics and history of Reiki healing. I think, though, after taking the first class you will want to, as I did, continue on. Rhianna makes the classes both interesting, informative, and fun, and she has a way of making you feel at ease as she teaches, so that all your questions and ideas are met with sincere interest and knowledgeable answers. You leave feeling warm, happy, and empowered!Whether youve always wanted to learn about Reiki and just want to take the first class, or you know you want to get your Reiki Master certificate (which you receive at the end of this course) and go on to teach Reiki, I could not recommend a better class to take, or a better teacher than Rhianna. She has told us that Reiki is life-changing, and it truly is--for yourself and everyone around you! I know it has been for me. Come and take the 1st class if youre curious--you wont regret it!!
