First time shopping at this property let alone Michaels. Are prices high? Yes; but honestly what isnt these days!? Get over it! On the other hand this place has everything you need and some! I came in for a custom frame and left completely satisfied with my purchase let alone experience. Claire helped me from start to finish; and let me be clear. She was absolutely amazing in being thorough and patient with this indecisive of a guy here. You folks have yourself a gem there with her.

Ive bought a few things at Michaels over the years. Art supplies for my granddaughter, boxes for pictures and some fabric that my wife wanted to cover bar stools. Michaels has a very large array of art supplies and hobbyist needs. Prices seem a bit high, thats why I downgraded them to three stars.If you are going to putchase there then wait for a sale.Retail Maven no longer rates one and two star venues because they have no importance.

This location usually always have what I am looking for. It is a very busy store since it is the closes one in the area, BUT the staff are so helpful it makes it worth the trip. Plus the coupons are amazing, and now with their rewards program (basically free money) I am shopping so much more frequently than I usually do.

Found colored pencils on sale for a great price.

Selection was good for the area. Lots of sales and the cashier didnt argue on something that was marked down in but didnt ring as such. I even got a discount which helped even more.

Best place to get your craft supplies, the employees are very helpful and friendly, only bad thing is they tend to be out of stock for alot of items so check online before you head here.

Just went again and got pens x3 black paper for my white pen.Washi tape on sale loose 3 cents a roll.Art deco paper sheets and sticker set.$11.50 ....but....had my rewards for shopping@ $10.00 only cost me$1.50 quite a haul my daughter.I keep going because the deals are great 70% off before the Halloween holiday.Always a great experience.Socially distant clean between customers at register.

This is my favorite craft store. The selection of products is amazing. The workers are helpful and friendly. There are items for all ages and interests.At holiday time they have beautiful artificial trees. They have Wilton baking supplies, they have childrens craft kits, needlework items, floral, scrapbooking/cardmaking, woodworking, jewelery making and so much more and custom framing. They have a rewards program too.

I fundamentally like the products sold at this store but it is very disorganized, many of the employees are too busy to provide customer service (not that I think this is their fault, theres too much to do), and things run very slowly. I usually struggle to find things I am looking for because everything is just dumped into piles and a mess. I find this frustrating because I go into the store a lot and should be able to find things without help, but items are never where they should be. I usually wait a significant amount of time in line to check out. There is usually only one cashier and even when the line gets really long, no one ever comes to help the cashier, even if they call for assistance, or if someone does come to help, they take forever to come up. I have waited up to 45 minutes in a line of 4 people to be able to make my purchase. But the staff if very nice and helpful when they can be. I dont blame the staff, but it seems like things are not running smoothly here. The store used to be very organized and run really smoothly, so its sad to see it falling apart like this. But I will keep coming to this store because there is no where else to go for arts and crafts supplies. Again, I like the store and the staff are really pleasant, they just seem perpetually understaffed.

I love this store! Using coupons, there are a lot of good bargains regarding frames and art supplies. I am concerned though about green sustainability of many of its products across the board.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean and well stocked. I can always find a coupon for a large percentage off of an item which is awesome.

Good store has a decent selection

Every time I go in to buy something I have seen online, and it shows in stock, they dont have it. Very poor inventory management and it is far from being conducive to creativity. I never seem to get the desire to create anything when I am in the store, as I do in other craft stores. 2 stars for being a large store with variety.

My first time in this store and the service was great! The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The sales were good and availability of products were very good. I will definitely go back (without my fiancee) LOL.. to browse to pick up some items.

I can always find something beautiful here to either use as is or create something original... the prices are super fair too! I have to say I was actually surprised at the wide variety of things that they offer, everything from flowers that look and feel real to tee shirts that you embellish with iron ons or jewels or whatever tickles your fancy! Dont forget the stuff in between.... the clearance isle is awesome too, my sister and I both found great deals there on things that were marked over 80% off!

Lines were ridiculously long and, the store is expensive. I brought 6 little elves and snow and 3 battery lights [ batteries not included] total bill was $63.34. With 50% off too!!!

I have been frequenting Michaels lately due to working on holiday crafts. Much more than past years. Although there are other craft stores in our area. I feel that Michaels stepped up their game this year with supplies and coupons. The staff is also very knowledgeable.

I love this store! I get so many ideas from here that I can do at home. The prices can be steep but they do have some bargains you just have to look for them. There is always a long line to my dismay. They either need more registers or more cashiers or both. When in the early afternoon there is a line.

The food was excellent and both the ownner and our server were friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was that service was TOO quick; we hadnt enjoyed our cocktails before the salad arrived and the main course arrived minutes after, before we had enjoyed our salad. Other than that a pleasant experience. I recommend the apple salad dressing.

Michaels was no help to me. I went there looking for diamond painting kitsch and supplies. I could not find anything. I asked for help. When I finally found a person to ask for help they told me go look over at a certain spot. How am I supposed to know where a certain number aisle is. Show me or at least tell me which direction. I ended up leaving with nothing.

I needed help locating paint for a special project. Female employee helped me, she was excellent. Sorry I did not get her name.

They still carry everything I need. Sometimes they have great prices. I had an awards card but then they stopped with the actual card and apparently not everyones information carried over so the time I took to do it the first time was obviously a waste of time. Checking out is always slow due to only one clerk on register and they go slow.

Had first located item online was at this store. It was readily located and check out staff was so helpful applying discount to sale.

I purchased an item, a Crayola crayon melter for over $40. I went home and found the same item on Amazon for$ 12. 99. Ever to check which cleared on December 4th. They took $77 out of my checking account on December 4th. I went back to return the item and something else that I bought with it and they said I had to wait until December 10th. On the receipt it said return after December 10th. I returned on December 10th and they said I had to wait till tomorrow to return the item. So theyre holding my $77 for longer. This item cleared six days ago. There was not one human in the store that can override the machines. They were unkind and harsh. Their prices are outrageous. Charging $30 / value for an item and then not refunding the customer 4/15 days since it was purchased? I will never ever return to the store. They are ignorant, not customer friendly, and their policies are terrible. I have never met a manager who is unable to override a machine. You took my money, give it back. Be warned. Theyre completely overpriced I would check Amazon before you purchase anything from them. Theyre rude, and theyre ignorant. Best of luck if you decide to shop here, Ill be shopping elsewhere.
