Missy is a great manager .. she always goes above and beyond .. Dennis is pretty cool himself ;) theyre fast in the kitchen.. staff seems to be well trained.. coffee is always fresh... everyone is always busy .. friendly environment.. you could tell its a well managed establishment.. thanks everyone for being awesome

Just waited over an hour for an online order that was listed at 15 min. I ended up asking the manager for a refund because I had to leave. Instead of processing the refund he pushed other orders out of the way and made mine first (not fair to others) and made me wait 15 while I watched him make it. When he returned to the counter I told him thats not a refund. He stated the food was almost done. I told him I had spent the last 15 min watching him make my food so I knew he just didnt want to loose the money. This place has gone far down hill. Edit: the food was disgusting. Everything fried was underdone. Just further proof he rushed me out the door to avoid a refund

Best mexican food in town!...wait...the only mexican food in town!sheetz is a really good time... when i can muster the energy to walk all the way there and back from main street pottsville. i really enjoy there selection. its good.

The last three or four times I’ve gone here my orders for very simple sandwiches have been screwed up… I spoke to a supervisor and was told sorry but all of the staff are new! How about for the $15 you advertise you train them or work with them… frustrating that staffing issues are supposed to be a valid excuse for lack of quality.

Tired of waiting 20+ minutes, or not even starting my food or drink with no orders in.

Nearly every time we order food at this location there is a problem. Order incorrect, food missing, or it takes astronomically long. This past time (June 7th) was missing a whole order of chicken strips. Also this is the second time I’ve called to speak to a manager and they are always unavailable. I guess the only way to get any sort of change is continually leave bad reviews

Quite possibly the dirtiest Sheetz I’ve ever been in. The restrooms were filthy and the view from the cash register back to the kitchen showed that the lack of cleanliness in this place wasn’t limited to only the restrooms. Keeping it classy Minersville!

Was just in here with a decent line going to the back of the store- good social distancing. There was one cashier who kicked butt- moving back and forth between the two registers to keep the line moving while customers went through the motion to make payment... great ingenuity from a top employee who can clearly see the bigger picture and problem solve! Kudos to whoever he is- get that man a raise!!!

No coffee creamer in the machines and the bathrooms were gross!

Great food, quick service. Location is clean, neat and well stocked.

Store and pump areas are good however, the sitting area is never clean since the old guy retired. Same dirt and empty napkin holder on one table for 3 days!!!!!!!

Had a problem with the gas, the pump was stuck got gas all over me and told the clerk at the counter about it, he said yes it sticks and we have alot of complaints about that. Ok?????? Maybe do something about it. So people dont hv gas all over them. On a positive note the food is always delicious from there.

I always love Sheetz and the food and service. Management always helps out if you have any problems, as long as youre patient and understanding. They have good sweets (shweetz) and the coffee is great. They even have sitting areas with TVs. I prefer this place to Turkey Hill any day..

I experienced a small problem at this Sheetz. A few days later, I brought it to the attention of the shift supervisor named Zac. He promptly addressed and corrected the issue, and went far above any expectation I could have had.

I have never had a worse experience ever. My fiance was having problems with his debut card and they didnt even give him enough time to find me in the store before they threw out our slip and bumped our order. Not only that we had to reorder the food because they couldnt get the order back. We were stuck waiting for 20 minutes total and then we didnt even get any kind of apology they just threw our food at us. Then the order wasnt even what we ordered ( for the second time) we were missing things and got things we didnt order, and I even checked it twice. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
