We are very satisfied with the job that body by Scotty did! We took it in and when they gave us a quotethey looked under the car as well as around the car and the quotecame in to repair it much higher but they were repairing everything. When we picked up the car it was so clean inside and smelled like a new car. We were very satisfied with the work Of Body by Scotty! we would highly recommend it to you!

I cannot say enough good things about Body by Scotty. We hit a deer and needed body work done on our Honda Pilot. Body by Scotty provided us with a loaner vehicle for over three weeks while they went back and forth with my insurance company. This saved us the considerable expense of a rental. We just got our car back today and it is BEAUTIFUL! In addition to fixing the damage caused by the deer, the shop buffed out other non related scratches and thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car. Keith even helped me move my large, cumbersome carseat from the loaner vehicle back into my car. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was kind and professional. If you need any work done on your car, look no further! We will be a customer for life.

Had an accident trouble with insurance and the rent a car and work truck being out of commission and nothing was going right but, body by scoty. They are the best if I ever have another accident thats because someone hits me Im always going to them. They make it so easy and they dont treat you differently if youre a female. A wonderful group of people who actually care about you, and your truck.

Jeff is fantastic and got to my car to get my initial estimate rolling from the very next morning after my accident. The other staff members were also awesome and made me feel right at home when I stopped in to fill out paperwork and drop off the key. The initial estimate was fair pricing as well which is always something I hope for when it comes to car repairs.

Awful staff. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent and they absolutely will steal from your vehicle if you have it towed.

Fixed my car as much as my insurance would let them and got it done fast. Jeff was who I dealt with and he was awesome.

Find someone else... I called for quote on structure replacement, the guy said they had a framing rig for any work needed. I asked if they could replace my rotting rear shackle mounts, due to industrial sized rivets, they would need to grind them off... the guys mind popped. Three ways to bind metal to metal... weld, bolt, or rivet... and he only knows to weld them? *click* Im no master mechanic, but if I know more than they do... dont trust them with a screwdriver around your rig cause I dont.

I cant really speak to the quality of their work, but they were more than willing to help me out. I needed some body work done on my moped, and even though they couldnt do the work, they tried their best to help me out anyway.

Would definitely not recommend these guys!Had my moms car fixed there 2 years ago and they did not put flex additive in with the paint for the plastic bumper! Paint is peeling and flaking off and they will not stand by their lifetime warranty! Not to mention when picking the vehicle up they forgot to change out the lock cylinder along with the trunk actuator and also did not even replace the cardboard spare tire cover that was broke stay away from these guys they take shortcuts Anywhere they can!

Awesome service the minute you walk in to the catered service when you get you vehicle back.They also provide you with free loaner vehicles so you do not have to rent a car if you choose not to. I have been to their shop three (3) times and this business is a class act.

Last winter my car slid down the driveway into a fire pit (forgot to put the E brake on!) and the front end smashed into big boulders you sit on. I was referred by Mazda to go to Body By Scotty. They were friendly, honest, and got the work done in only a few days. You could never tell anything happened to my car. I recommend anyone who needs body work done on there vehicle to go there.

I got my vehicle towed there and I had a knife sitting on my front passenger seat. This was also on a Thursday night and Friday was a Holiday so they were not there for me to get my vehicle nor were they there Saturday or Sunday so I had to pick it up Monday morning well I was charged storage fees for all four days and they justified it by saying it was cheaper for me to pay for four days of storage than it was for me to pay a gate fee and would not even wave any fees.So I signed some papers and took my vehicle and went on with my day. I started to look for my knife because I wear it every wear because one of my good friends who is no longer with us gave it to me just before he died. Well when I was looking for my knife I could not find it after three to four times looking through my vehicle, so I called them and they claimed that they never saw it said the only person who got into my vehicle was the tow truck driver. So they had me talk to him and he said he never found the knife.Well on a police report it said the knife was placed on the passenger seat and on their report the knife was not on the list. So who am I going to trust the police.Moral of the story if you do not want your personal belongings stolen and to be told that there is nothing they can do about it DO NOT GO TO Body by Scotty.

Frame straightenWaited 7 days on a 1 day repair.Start of 1st day, I left car asking that frame be straightened. No action.End of 2nd day, car was looked at, they determined I was correct, that frame needed to be straightened. (2 whole days to tell me what I already knew).3rd day no action, no contact.weekend.End of 4th day I rang, they said they were short of mechanics, but will be done tomorrow.5th day, no action, no contact.End of 6th day I rang, they said they had a computer problem, but will be done tomorrow.End of 7th day they rang. Car was done. I asked for a discount for having to wait 7 days on a 1 day repair. They said no.My inspection turned up hood was still out of alignment, and had 8 rivets missing from side/bottom panels. They said they would replace them and fix hood alignment, if I came back in a month.Took it back a month later, they replaced only 3 rivets, and hood was still out of alignment.Fender panelFirst day I rang them to get a price for a new fender liner. They said $127 for part and install. I ordered the part, they said they’d ring me when it came in.20 days later, after no contact, I happened to be at a parts yard (same one Body by Scotty said they would get the panel from), and asked them status of fender panel that was taking forever. They checked their records and said it had been delivered on the first day. The fools NEVER BOTHERED to ring me. I rang them and got an appt.Day of appt I left my car at the start of the day. They said the price had gone up from $127 to $152.At the end of the day they rang me and said the wrong part had been delivered.Okay, I get that this was not Body by Scotty’s fault (maybe).But maybe inspect a part on delivery to see if it is correct?If not then, maybe the day I made the appt?If not then, maybe the day I bring in my car?Nope. Send me home, wait all day, and only THEN have a look at the part.

I have read the negative posts and accusations on here. I am not a employee here but personally know the integrity of many of the employees here, this includes the two newer tow drivers. They are not thieves, many of their tows are from different law enforcement agencies which means they are impounded the owners bend over backwards to help people. When writing malicious gossip you should research the facts. No business is perfect and all have their own issues but Body by Scotty goes above and beyond unless they feel they are being scammed.

They have had my care for over a week. I am waiting on the paperwork to go to the insurance company and they havent done anything with it! This is the worst service I have ever had while dealing with a repair company! I would recommend getting service anywhere but here!

Staff here are nice people but unbelievably incompetent. It took them exactly a month to even get my car in after my accident. The whole experience dealing with these guys was worse than the accident itself. I even had to get my insurance involved at one point because it had gotten so ridiculous, and I even typed up an itinerary of all of the delays that I had to go through. Throughout this entire process not once did I lose my patience with these people over the phone I waited until I got off the phone to lose my temper because I knew that losing it while I was on the phone wouldnt solve anything nor would it get me my car back any faster. And even after all was said and done and I went and picked up my car finally after 3 whole months of me not having my car (2 months of them actually having it) no resolution was offered for the inconvenience. The itinerary is so long that I cant even post it here because it exceeds the maximum character limit...

I would just like to find out if anyone else has been missing expensive items out their car after it had been towed by Body by Scotty? I have a friend who is missing her brand new phone out of her car after she had it towed! Body by Scotty of course will not assume any responsibility for the missing phone.... and this isnt the first story Ive heard! BE WARNED!!

Single most incompotent shop i have ever dealt with. It they took them 2 weeks longer than I was initially told for them to finish the body work on my car, and they either did not do or poorly attempted to do a large portion of the items on the estimate. Took if back twice after finding at least a dozen issues with pretty much everything they did. They damaged other parts that were intact beforehand, did a terrible plasti dip job, and didnt properly put anything back together so Ive had to fix all the dumb issues myself because they have already wasted enough of my time taking it back and forth. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Took advantage of my 90 year old uncle who had a vehicle painted. Terrible work, never finished, forgot to primer panels never taped off anything, it was a mess and they gave the vehicle back in pieces. Took them a year and cost my uncle 25k for garbage work.

They did not match my paint on my new car and I told them I wanted my old bumper when they gave it to me they ruined it so I could not do anything thing with it. I am not happy with them. They never called me telling me it was ready.

Ive been there a couple times to ask questions about certain things on my car. The young man would go out with me to look the problem over and both times he would fix the problem on the spot and didnt charge me a thing. Now Im sorry for the people that gave bad reviews, but I would go back to them any time. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

Absolutely horrible my car was towed illegally when I went to retrieve it I was not able to due to the fact that my temporary ID did not have a photo on it yet I had photo identification accompanying it which it states on the temporary from the government that it is valid if accompanied by another form of identification however now I have to wait to get my car until my ID comes in the mail the worst place ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever !
