This is one of the better ones I have visited lately. The store was understaffed and I had to wait for assistance with product that was out of reach but the employees were friendly and pleasant. The employee that I sought assistance from was able to close her register and help me personally. Definitely a store worth visiting, plenty of products and selection and at good prices too.

Clean store, well stocked shelves, aisles without much blockage, and helpful staff.The eat for free section is better stocked than many other OSJL stores

Not too busy. Easy to stay socially distant while shopping. Lots of great prices. Searched every likely area of the store for dice and when I couldnt find them, I finally asked the cashier, who in turn asked the customer service person (Amy?). She happily went and retrieved the one set of dice left in the store from a kind of hidden spot. So excited! So grateful. I always appreciate when I get good customer service especially at places that dont really cater to that. Kudos to her!😊

So many great deals to choose from. The folks there are very kind very nice. Store is ready to get around in..even in my rolling walker..which my daughter bought there for me. Best Walker I have ever seen or used. A sure bet if you need one.I will be going there more often.

All I will say is that if you want deep discounts on everything, go here first!

What a strange collection of things! You will find clothing, homegoods, stationary, cleaning supplies, tools, carpeting, electronics, assorted foods, health and hygiene, the list goes on. I particularly enjoy digging around the food section and have found some high quality dry pantry items at very reasonable prices. There are some gems mixed into the rough. The staff has always been very kind.

Store was reasonably neat. Seemed clean. Organized at the registers, plastic shields up, cleaning the space between customers. Everyone working was pleasant and knowledgeable about where things were. They also have a promotion going.. pay $40 for a winter coat. Give it to the cashier and they will donate the coat to a veteran in need and they give you a $40 OSJL gift card. Sweet deal and easy to do a nice thing. Well done!

Great place to shop at if your looking for great bargains. Very nice selection of masks for kids and adults. Extremely nice cashier, it was nice to see her clean the area before and after waiting on me during this pandemic. Highly recommend this store.

It is not typical store. However you may have some decent items in.

I love this store because they took an old busted circuit city and brought it back from the dead. Always nice to drive by and see the flowers and plants for sale outside in the summer. Job Lot has good deals and you can sometimes find something for sale from the 80’s or 90’s if you’re lucky.

Why is it so filthy? It shouldnt be so dirty. Looks like they havent cleaned the floors in a while.I only have an extra star because the staff was friendly.The nice sweet cashiers who work there are the only reason this craphole of a store stands.

Portsmouth location Very pleasant always someone in site to help even during this time of craziness. They dont run away on you like other places! And I love the elderly lady cashier that used to work at Bjs!!! She is the best! I literally go back there and purposely go to her lane and am sad when I dont get to see her!! I know she needs days off but I need her schedule!! ha ha ha!! ♡♡

Clean orderly. Set up a bit different than other stores. Easy to find from street. Staff friendly. I always buy more than I think I will lol. Prices are great.

I love how they are contributing $ and having the consumer contribute also so their employees make more during the pandemic.

Be prepared to get lost in here - lots of good deals, lots of stuff.Unless youre in here for something specific, plan on being in here browsing for an hour or so. Its one of my favorite places to go and browse, especially for interesting foodstuffs and home decor items. Sign up for their card if you frequent the area - theres periodic sales and special deals for card members.

I checked the website for your hours, it said open till 9 pm. Made a 40 minute drive - closed. If your store is closing early please fix your hours on your Google business listing.

I got a great desk chair from this place at only $50!Price wise it is very good, and the staff are friendly though not very eager to get up and help.Overall I would say if you are looking for something like a chair, something for camping ... etc, then this would be a good affordable place to go.Parking is available and the place is not very packed.

Watch the flyer (or better yet, sign up as an Insider) to get the best deals. Very good selection of gluten-free crackers and snacks, teas, coffees, etc., but the best deals are often Crazy Deals where you receive an OSJL credit when buying certain items.

Great selection. But if you see something that you grab it while you can because of the endless rotation of products it may not be there. They are usually stocked up and the sales are great and with the low prices you save more there than at most big box stores. The products are also in good working condition. The service of the staff is really awesome. They all enjoy the people and are ready and willing to help if they can. I would say take a look here. If youre looking for something at a Target or Walmart make OSJL a stop on your list.

I had no idea what this store was, and decided to stop there anyway just to check. It really has everything... It reminds me of pick and save, and has many various items, at reasonable prices. I think we ended up getting some baking tool, lip balm, and bathroom stuff there.

I was pleased to find sanitizer, but disappointed to not find any cases of bottled water.

Not real happy with job lot any more....they are charging a 2 percent sur-charge ever since covid19 started + I dont agree with it. The government gave all workers a $2 an hour raise.....stop begging! And they r price gouging!!! Also they usually dont have what they offer on sale + no rain checks. They get a big fat F from me

Not as big or big a selection as the newer store in Stratham, NH, but I always enjoy going to this store and always end up leaving with more than I originally came for. I always find some great deals, and even more so since I signed up for their insider card.
