I don’t usually post reviews but in this case I wanted to let other customers know about the awesome experience I had at Seacoast Mazda a few weeks ago. I came in later in the day on a Saturday after scheduling an appointment not realizing it was at 8:00. Even though I was later than expected they were able to get my car in and figure out why the check engine light was on. They also noticed another problem (serpentine belt) during the complimentary 160 point inspection and luckily had the part on hand to fix while I waited. Top notch service!!! It was pricey but I know my car has genuine Mazda parts and it was fixed correctly plus they saved me money in the long run by catching the problem before it broke down and became a bigger problem and would have been much more expensive. My car feels brand new again!!! I was actually thinking of trading it in and getting something newer when I was there. Now that it is running so good I will keep it for now. Every person I ran into there was very nice, the sales staff were great and answered every question I had as I looked around. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever from anyone to buy or trade in my car as I have in the past. To put the cherry on top I received a call the next day from the manager (I believe) John who left a message thanking me for my business. I had went to 2 other Mazda stores prior to coming here and was unable to find the car I was looking for due to inventory shortages. I called this place yesterday 11/02/21 and spoke with Austin regarding a vehicle I was interested in and he let me know they had it in stock. I was travelling from Manchester and to help save me the travel, in case I didnt like the vehicle, he sent me pictures prior to going there. Once I got to the dealership to check out the vehicle in person I was greeted by another sales rep named Jay (Austin was delivering a vehicle to another customer at the time). He was very friendly and informative throughout the whole process and was able to answer any questions I had. He took the time to show me every feature of the vehicle and make sure I understood the technical aspects of it all. Jay was able to work his magic and gave me a great offer for my trade in which helped me get to the payment I was looking for and I walked out with my new car the same day!This company is very honest and customer driven which is hard to come by. My experience at Seacoast Mazda was better than expected. Jay in sales made the process simple and timely. One thing in this world we all can’t waste..time and money. They didn’t waste either of mine and that’s why I recommend buying a Mazda from Seacoast Mazda. Even the pup enjoyed herself!

Deceitful and dishonest. One of their sales people posted a 2015 Toyota Tundra Limited truck on Facebook marketplace. I asked a question, but didn’t receive an answer, but could see that there was a license plate from Seacoast Mazda on the truck. I went to their website and the truck (2015 5.7L) was listed there. I contacted them through their website. I drove out for a test drive, while driving I pulled into a parking lot to walk around the truck, I read the window sticker and it said it was a 4.6L engine, but did have a tow package listed. When I went back to the dealership my sales person was busy one of the managers, Nick, walked around the truck with me, yes it was a 4.6L, but he was going to double check the towing capacity because he thought it was 8,000 lbs. I told Nick the main reason for getting the truck was to tow my camper and I wanted at least the same tow capacity as the Tahoe I was trading (7,500 lbs), I said this to every person that I spoke with! I believed them. After leaving the dealership I was checking to see if the tow mode worked the same as my Tahoe, but the button on the shifter did not work, upon further research, there was no tow mode, supplemental engine oil cooler, supplemental transmission cooler, heavy-duty battery, integrated trailer brake controller, etc. I called the next morning spoke with Ryan the General Sales Manager and asked them to hold my check, that this was not the truck I thought I was getting. I was told that in NH there is no waiting period, everything is electronic and I could not return the truck, but not to worry they would make it right because they wanted a happy customer. They asked if I would please bring the title to the Tahoe because they were going to send it to the auction, we could all sit down and figure it out. Stupidly, I drove it out there, because it was the right thing to do. Nick was the only person at the dealership when I got there, he took the title and looked up the information about the tow package and told me that tow package on a 4.6L engine means there is a factory installed hitch and that what I was talking about was only available on a 5.7L engine (which was the truck that I had researched). We went out to the truck so he could see and understand what I was talking about, he was nice and said he wanted me to be happy, he would talk to Ryan about installing a brake controller and transmission cooler and that they would call me on Wednesday or Thursday, when they didn’t call by Saturday I called and spoke with Ryan and said he would not have those two items installed and that he could not just give away parts for free. As you would imagine, I do not recommend Seacoast Mazda.

Outstanding experience and customer service. We had the pleasure of coming in with the intent to look at what we might be interested, was offered a test drive, after enjoying every feature of the vehicle we drove, Mike followed up answering any of our questions and led us to realize this was going to end up being the right fit. I started seriously looking for a car in the last couple of weeks. Came across a 2017 Nissan Rogue for sale at Seacoast and reached out to see if it was still available. Brian responded not only with an email, but with a video walk around of the car as well. I loved that! I drove down the next day, not necessarily to purchase right away, but definitely to test drive the car and chat about my options, since I was already pre-approved for financing through my credit union. Long story short... well, shorter at least haha.... loved the car, and worked with Brian and Nick to get an even better interest rate than my credit union was offering. I drove home in a new car and couldnt be happier with the whole process. I had read a lot of excellent reviews of the dealership, and I 100% agree that they are super to work with. Highly recommend!

Bought a 2021 CX-5Reliable cars at an affordable price. Mazda is really stepping up. Furthermore, Seacoast Mazda was probably the best car buying experience Ive encountered thus far (and I swap cars quite often).Brian, one of the sales people, was great. No BS. No unnecessary games. The sales manager, whom I believe was also a Brian, was straight to the point on price and service.Lastly, Ive never purchased a maintenance plan or warranty; however, if you do the math, these guys do it right. Their aim is to keep customer retention rates high. They do this by offering discounted routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc.The car: should it remain reliable, Id deem it one of the best commuting cars out there.The Dealer: No BS. Fair prices. Easily to deal with.

I was extremely nervous as a woman buying a car on my own. My oldest son who’s in the Navy came home to visit me and went with me to the Mazda dealership on a Sunday to just look at vehicles and that’s all we did that day and that’s when we met Jay. My son and I really felt comfortable with him and really felt he was very honest and just real. Because of that experience I took the week to think about it and returned the next Saturday and drove away in a beautiful Mazda MX-5 and I am in love!! I would really recommend this dealership!

Seacoast Mazda offers a superior product at very fair prices, and the sales folks seem to know their stuff very well. The finance folks, however, are very problematic (to be kind). The one who worked on my purchase both spelled my name wrong on the paperwork, even though I pointed out his error (meaning that I need to work with the state office now to get the name correct on the title) AND - this is epic - cashed a large post-dated check a week before it was due to be cashed. This, of course, threw all my finances into disarray, and may have a permanent negative effect on my credit score. When I called to find out what had happened, there was (of course) nothing that could be done about it. So sorry we wrecked your bank account!

I got my car back in April after I had an issue with my cx-3. The team traded in my car for a cx-5 and gave us a great price. The car has had no issues so far and the team was amazing to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

This was hands down the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Austin was very personable and worked with me to get me into the car I really wanted. He was quick to reply to all questions I had and never pressured me or played games during the buying process. I have to say that Mike pulled off a miracle in a world where you literally can not find certain cars or have to wait months for them. I have been looking for a specific Mazda for months. In one instance I was driving across the state to go look at one at a different dealer when I got a call from the dealer that they sold it out from under me. Discouraged, I called Mike based on an online listing. They had three beautiful models “ON THE LOT”. I actually had a choice! Unheard of in our current times. Above all of this Mike and his team at Seacoast Mazda were the most laid back amazingly likable and kind group I’ve ever encountered in my many decades of purchasing cars. Bought an $8000 used car here about two years ago (if it were a $1500 used car thatd be different). Before my first free oil change, the car started having electrical issues with the headlights and directionals. Its been an ongoing issue since. These guys are very cool and very responsive, EXCEPT when I ask for any kind of help with this electrical issue. Any help at all would change my position...take a look - offer me a discount on repair, offer me a trade, apply my protection plan perhaps. ANY time Ive reached out regarding this problem, theyve been evasive at best, outright ignored me at worst. Pretty disappointing.UPDATE: Ryan contacted me almost immediately after posting this. It appears my past inquiries just didnt reach the right person. This issue has been resolved satisfactorily. Thank you, Guys.

I worked with Taylor Sullivan both times, who is amazing at what he does, honest, and trustworthy. Ryan made the process, both times, extremely easy, as well, from the finance side. They started open late to help me and never said a word. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and after describing what I was looking for found me the perfect car both times. The follow-up service you get from Seacoast Mazda is just as excellent as the buying experience.

Do not go to Seacoast Mazda unless you have your husband or a man with you. This was one of the worst experiences at a car dealership I’ve ever had. I did a lot of work over the phone with one of the ‘salesmen’ before I made the trip there since it was over an hour away for me. I was asked several times over the phone and in person to confirm that my car I was trading in was paid off..I told them repeatedly that it was and I had the title. Either they don’t pay attention, or they didn’t believe me.When I walked in, there was not one other woman in sight, except women with their husbands who were being helped. The salesman and his manager were condescending, unbothered and inattentive. I was absolutely not taken seriously. They were ‘short staffed’ that day, so while we were waiting for some numbers, the salesman went to help another couple. Once he was back, and he realized he wasn’t making the sale to me, I stepped outside to make a phone call. When I was done, I went back in, and he was no where to be found. I stood in the general area of his desk for about 10 mins (not one other person said anything to me or told me where he was) before I saw him outside with the other couple. I went to wait outside so he would see me and finish up, which I waited another 10 mins for (it was also about 95 degrees that day). He didn’t acknowledge me. Once they left, I figured he would make his way over to me, but actually started talking to another couple as I was standing there a few feet away, without even gesturing to me. At that point, I walked to my car and drove away. He waved to me as I was driving out of the lot and called me a few minutes later to ‘apologize’ to my voicemail. Even though they were short staffed, not one other salesman left the couples that they were working with to help anyone else. I was not a walk-in, I had an appointment. This place is a joke and clearly only cares if they know they are making the sale (or in my case I was made to feel like they didn’t care because I was a single woman). They also have the high prices, I found the same car I was looking at for almost 5 grand less than they were asking.It was uncomfortable, rude and not a place I would visit again.

The staff is very kind and helpful. My salesman was Taylor and I couldnt be more satisfied with all the effort he put in to make my purchasing process easy, going as far as sending me updates on his day off.I would recommend anyone looking for a mazda to give Seacoast your time.

My Husband and I stopped off at Seacoast Mazda on a rainy/drizzly Saturday. We worked with Mike W. in sales, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. We felt zero pressure, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle, and very accommodating. He offered to bring any vehicle that we were interested in, indoors so that we wouldnt have to look at it in the drizzle. Came for a recall and I thought it would be smart to get an oil change and do a tire rotation there while Im at it, instead of the cheap drive in places I usually go to... staff was nice and knowledgeable, everything was done quickly and an oil change at Mazda is cheaper than what I thought... I was given a buy 3 get 1 free oil change card too, so thats even better value, great experience, I will come back!

The worst (potential) car buying experience I have ever had. Spoke with the sales manager Ryan multiple times who would not accept a deposit and assured my mom the car was mine if I wanted it. He knew I was traveling from far away to get the car so I called him right before I left to make sure everything was all set, just to find out five minutes before arriving that they sold the car. Absolute joke of a sales team.
