They dont even deserve the 1 star. $142 to hem up a wedding dress that took them 8 weeks to do and my straps were dirty. Story time: I went to go pick up wedding dress, I paid for the alterations during my last visit but was refused to be allowed to leave with my dress. When I walked in the girl knew who I was and which dress was mine and said I was just about to call you your dress is ready when i tried to leave she said she needed to call the lady that helped me so I can be properly charge me. I explained to her that I already paid and nothing was added to my dress. She then told me she has no proof that I paid so she needed to call the 2nd girl who was not answering her phone. I pulled out my $142.00 receipt that was stapled to their business card and signed by the worker. This chick then argued that my purchase had nothing to do with her so I needed to wait or pay $50 for the work that was done. The owner was upstairs listening but did not come down to help or solve the problem. After a few minutes of back and forth arguing the owner finally said just let her have it. Theyre all rude there and they charged me $140 to hem up my dress and cut off the train which took them 8 weeks to do and the quality was terrible and my straps were dirty, beads were falling off... 4 weeks til my wedding and this is what happens. Do not trust this family business.

This place treated my family like garbage when they were shopping for funeral clothes. That is enough said. They practically threw my family out of the store because they assumed they weren’t going to buy anything. Apparently it’s a crime to want to have the perfect outfit to say goodbye to your loved one. The workers are rude, they follow you around and rush you assuming you are trying to steal something or that you are too poor to afford anything in their store.

I normally dont do this but I feel that everybody needs to the employees at the store is very rude. The moment we walked in we were followed around like if we were going to steal something. Then asked do you need help? At first we said no were just looking.. they asked again we said okay plain black dress for funeral. She showed us a few and got very pushy she said it depends how much you want to spend after a few moments she said well look around feel free to ask for help and walked off.. my daughter and I were talking talking amongst ourselves employee clearly across the room when we heard her say theyre here to shop but they dont want to spend anything over five $45.00 not sure what there doing here. Told my daughter letw go. Another employee approached insisting we stay. She showed us a few being pushy..I told her money is not the issue we just dont see anything we like and walked away. Rude!!

Worst experience here! I had never been here and I was being very friendly to the owner & I asked her a question about felt hats. Her response was literally “IDK GOOGLE IT”…. Very bad attitude & I was actually interested in buy multiple things. I’m all about supporting local businesses but Do not support this local business.

This store is very over priced. And the workers are rude, following you around and rushing, made me feel very uncomfortable my husband and I Will NEVER go again. Do not recommend this store!!

This store is a rip off. My sister ordered a dress and it fit fine only alteration needed was the length. Stopped to pick up once the dress was ready just to find out that simple and stupid alteration was $45. No way in hell something that simple was that much. Will not be returning to this place.

Terrible store. My mom ordered champagne cups for a wedding and they got the the names wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but the lady did not take any initiative to fix it or refund or anything what so ever. They also went past the date my mom was supposed to revive her dress. My question is, if that’s how you are going to run a store and treat your clients whats the point? I would really recommend anyone to go to a different store that at least values its customers.

Worst store ever never bring what you order or want. People dont bother to go its a waste of your time. Happened to me twice and the last time girl wanted to fight because i said i wanted moms refund because it wasnt right dress and she got mad. Months after that i seen police at that store people putting complains that they did to them.

Bunch of scammers. Got store credit on a returned item and when I came back to use it they said I couldn’t. Super shady and rude, just save your money apparently they do this often.

I had the worst experience hear!!!!! .I got MAUVE and they order me a Light MAUVE and it came pink. The daughter additude was the worst additude ever no customers service at all, she wanted me and my sister to pay $40 to ship back the dress SHE ordered wrong.. how is that me and my sisters fault she order the wrong dress .. WILL not!!!!! Ever buy from these people again she kept my dress and money!! I couldnt go to the wedding I had no dress ... I was so disappointed with these people ... plus she wanted to over charge $60 just to cut the dress and the shipping included. There people WILL RIP you off !!!!!...

The worst. These people tell you one thing and then do something completely different and you have no choice but to keep the dang item you ordered. Customer service is horrible they need to learn how to speak to people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Find somewhere else to shop for dresses. Of the worst, my son came out of the chamber and they chose this store for the suits, they delivered shirts and shoes of different sizes, they delivered them just one day before the party, apart from the fact that they did not fit, they were a different model and of very low quality, I would never buy again. 👎
