Ordered a EBay brake kit from their macautopartsdiscounts account. Received correct brake shoes but hardware was for a mid-60s US car rather than the European car brand advertised. Asked for a partial refund showing them the math and the cost adder of the hardware kit which they sell separately. They offered back a $$$ number LESS than what I paid for the useless springs! Ive filed an EBay not as described complaint and will get a refund - I hope. Semi-coherent emails, seems disorganized....

Ordered something because I saw it was a low price then they cancelled for the excuse that the billing address and shipping address dont matched when they did and when I looked at it again and the price went up called and they didnt care just full of excuses dont waste youre time with these people

This place is terrible with inventory management and communication. I ordered an exhaust system for my car on their website. At the time of ordering it said they had 160 in stock and ready to ship. Three days after I placed the order I get an email just stating $xxx has been refunded back to my credit card with no explanation as to why and no call/email from the company. I then went ahead and ordered a different exhaust system from their website that said they had 180 of them in stock. Guess what? a couple days later they canceled the order again with no notice. They have sense removed the two listings from their site and never once reached out to me. Just poor business practices Medallion Auto Center aka MAC. Excellent service!! Had an issue with my inverter, he knew it was a fuse issue, read my car manual, analyzed the fuse box to figure out which one it was, pulled it out to see it was bad and installed a new one. Bear in mind this was fir a $4 part. Highly recommended auto parts store, super friendly, professional and helpful.

So I purchased a battery in or around 2018 . Medallion Auto Center The battery is giving trouble I stop by there to have them check to see if it’s under warranty The gentleman said to me by chance do you have the receipt I said no and I’m quite sure you can tell if this is your battery he looks at the battery goes oh that’s an expensive battery . Ah yeah but I can’t tell if it’s ours because sometimes the label falls off. I wanted him to tried to help to see if that’s his battery but he just left me standing there in the driveway rude . I guess if your purchase something u must hold a receipt This system does not keep you in there if you provide them a name and a phone number and make and modelI can tell you I spent over $200 for this battery

I concur with Ed Ruckers previous post. Medalion Auto Parts dba MAC Auto Parts sells poor quality parts. The catalytic converter they sold me didnt last one year before the catalyst failed and started to rattle loudly in the housing. They only offer a fraction of a refund after having had to pay for the return shipping. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY from anything related to their poor business.

Multiple bad experiences. They charge to take your used oil. Mavis Tires next door will simply take your used oil. Called and asked for a part. Claimed to have part in stock. When arrived, service reps acted like they could not be bothered. To find out they had the wrong part when I called. Prices on basic parts are over priced.

Medalion Auto Parts dba MAC Auto Parts has deceptive if not fraudulent business practices. They sold me 100% copper jumper cables that turned out to be electroplated ALUMINUM and refuse to refund my money.

Trash service, they want nothing to do with you. I asked one of the guys to come out so I can show him the question I have. He didn’t want to come out because of a little drizzle. In the end, I only got half ass answers and nothing else.
