They have innovative options, with a special expandable folder we purchased to accommodate thick product brochures for one division. Plus their customer service is top notch. If you have questions, they are responsive. Their production turnaround time is very fast, too. We ordered custom cut folders from Company Folders Inc. We had some very fine details in the artwork we submitted to them to print on the folders. When the folders arrived we were not satisfied with the way the art that we submitted printed on the folders. I contacted Company Folders to share my disappointment with the printing. They suggested we resubmit the art with some adjustments recommended by them. We did so, and they promptly reprinted the entire order without charge and it looks beautiful.
