If you own a Grady White and you need to buy parts, call Jill at PBMC. She has been amazing every time I call for anything... if she doesnt have it in stock, she gets it in a few days. Helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Bought my first boat from PBMC back in 1999 and now on number three. Their team of professionals set a standard of excellence surpassed by none and their attention to detail and perfection is what sets them apart from their competitors. A commitment to customer satisfaction is evident from the initial sale to the service and the parts department is always available for assistance. My most recent purchase was a 2020 336 Canyon which was meticulously prepped by technician Cory. The console had an elaborate array of Simrad equipment and the placement, fabrication, and subsequent installation were all undertaken by this top shelf professional. You’ll find no better than Cory and the entire team at PBMC are dedicated to making your time on the water rewarding and safe.

I’m from out of state (NC) and am down for 6 weeks with quad Yamaha XTO’s with 200hours on them. Called for 100 hour service and they said “we are four weeks out”. I told them tats fine, I can wait. Then I asked if they will do the in-water oil and gear case service and he said they cannot accommodate boats over “about 37’” - my boat is 50’. I asked if they could do the service at my dock, which is just 5 minutes away from them, and I would be willing to pay whatever they needed extra for that service. He said “we don’t do that except for our Grady White’s, it’s company policy”. I reiterated I was will to pay them what they needed, and at an extended timeframe, and he declined. Pretty poor show for a Yamaha dealer to decline a customer who puts price secondary to service, especially when Yamaha designed a motor to be serviced in-water for this exact scenario (large outboard boats where hauling them is not possible).

Go Away -- We dont value patronage ------------- I had 6 employees today refuse to help - refuse to ask what I needed - refuse simple business - Had my mask, had my money, had even part numbers ... nope ... if you dont call on the phone -- they wont talk to you. ------- SO I EFT and spent $130. down the road across the counter at Boat Owners Warehouse.

I cant say enough about how great the team here is. Ive had service done here, but also great support in parts for when my father and I are tackling the DIY maintenance and repairs. If you need parts and guidance, shes the best Ive met. Not many places guide you on repairs logically so that you can fix some of those tough to diagnose issues with the least amount of wasted time and expense swapping a ton of parts. Thanks you guys for helping us get our boat back on the water. P.S. you were right, it was that non OEM fuel fitting that was letting air into the system at the motor, yours did the trick!Tim
