Paul and his staffs are the best. They always do their jobs above and beyond. They are friendly, responsible, trustworthy, and professional. We always do every oil change and part change with Paul for two of our Volvo, and never come back for the same problem. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I always trust Paul. At First i got a good impression.I left my Volvo for a time belt replacement.When i got my car back the car was damaged, missing a piece iot top of the fender.I was in shock what i saw the car.They told me when they removed the fender thepiece came out .They did not took accountability for it. like it was my fault that aa chunk of my car came out while they service my car.In my knowledge if any think happen to car while is in your shop you need to be accountable for Nything happens to the car.

Like most business, they made me spend almost $800 just to clean the motor, check for a oil leaking that they don’t fixed, give advices nothing that help to fix the real problem. At the end they wanted another $800 to fix the problem that they and I already knew at the first.

We were fortunate to find Volvostop for my parents, who are in Florida on vacation, and travelled down in an XC90. Paul the owner is very friendly. He went over everything with my Volvo S60. He knows his way around Volvos. Had my automatic transmission fluid changed as Ive read online and he confirmed that the fluid isnt lifetime. He changed it within 45 minutes. It was a simple process and will take my vehicle back because every time I went to the Volvo dealership, they would take forever to service my vehicle and after its done, they would try to sell me into buying a new vehicle by calling me everyday for 2 weeks straight. Anyways I really recommend VolvoStop because they are honest mechanics who only repair what needs to be fixed.

I found Volvostop about 5 years ago and I would not take my car anywhere else. I had to have my car towed and the place I was using had just worked on it and charged me over $1K and were now telling me that it needed another $1,200+... my son was waiting for the AAA driver, who asked my son why I wasnt taking it to Volvostop? So I had the car towed there and my bill was $350... a long way from $1,200 the other place was telling me. Since then Paul and his team are the only ones I let touch my car. The name is Volvostop (and they are mad geniuses with your Volvo) but they work on other cars as well, including Mercedes and even my sons big Chevy Suburban. We needed work done on another truck (one Paul did not do... and he will tell you the truth always!) and were not sure whom to ask, so I said ask Paul because honest people suggest other honest people... he suggested another mechanic and that one was also terrific. Seriously, the only place to take your car for an honest opinion, great service and an honest price! They are also quick and efficient, which is great when you are dependent on your car and may not have other ride options available.

I trusted Paul for a long time and had him perform many repairs to my Volvo S60R with no issues afterwards. I lost my engine one day and brought my car in knowing he had another engine waiting for me. He installed multiple sensors incorrectly, used the wrong hardware for the timing belt, I had to have all the timing components redone due to the belt being torn and had to replace a VVT solenoid. The engine did not run smoothly when I came to pick it up, I had to tow it home. A year later, only days after I got the car back on the road, the oil pump failed and destroyed the engine.

Warm friendly atmosphere. Automative work is done properly and correctly the first time. Prices are reasonable. The owner and mechanics are knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

I took my car in with what appeared to be a massive oil leak and was prepared to pay over $1,500 in repairs. After diagnosing the car, Paul told me that a simple oil change would fix the leak. Apparently, the last place I took it for an oil change left the oil filter loose. Not only are these guys experts in Volvo but extremely honest. Highly recommended!

We have used Volvo Stop numerous times for service to our Volvo C70. They specialize in Volvos and the staff are all friendly and very helpful. We have found that Volvo Stop are better priced than other official Volvo repair shops. Sometimes by half the price. But that does not detract from the quality of work and service they deliver. I highly recommend them to any Volvo owner in need of a service.

I just have to tell all other Volvo owners that this is the right place to visit. It’s so hard to find a place that really cares about your problem in the car, but this place is something special.I had my check engine light on, which they checked out and he said they would change that first so we dont use your money if we dont need it, and if the light comes up again then we take the next sensor that is more expensive. With my luck it came on after a week again.I called the office and the owner Paul answered and took the car in for repair and at the same time we did the alignment, and everything is working well now.I checked the bill when I came home and there was a minor misunderstanding. I did not call back because Thanksgiving and everything was around the corner. When I came back I needed to do the oil change. Paul was not there but when I came in, a nice lady was taking care of the paperwork and the oil change.When it was time to pay, Paul was back and I told him that there was a small mistake in the last bill. He explained everything and told me it’s paid and this is a gift from us because we want everybody to be happy. As a female traveling night nurse, having a safe drive in the middle of the night is my highest priority. My Volvo is 10yrs old and Ive needed several repairs at the drop of a hat fixed, so I could get back to work. Wonderful honest Gentleman with a great tech Richard that fixed my xc60. Dealer Claimed and the passenger mirror was dead and not repairable. A broken wire inside saved me a few hundred dollars of a replacement part. I highly endorse this shop. I noticed it was neat and tidy as well. I do not like dirty businesses. had another repair last week to my wifes c70. another fine job by technician Richard thank you. Paul is great, took some recommendations from dishonest dealerships, and misguided forum advice, and he gave me an honest diagnosis and a much lighter bill than I expected.

While visiting south Florida for an extended time to help my mother recover from a fall, I decided to buy a used Volvo to save on car rental costs then later drive it home to Texas. Paul offered to check the car for me prior to purchase. He gave the car a thorough inspection discovering numerous issues, some minor and some not so minor. The BIG discovery was that the cars catalectic converted was shot. Not a big deal in Florida but it would have meant a $X,XXX.xx repair bill back in Texas where the car would not have passed the state required vehicle emissions test. Ive been bringing my 2008 Volvo XC90 to Volvostop for a year now and every time I bring it in I get it back in perfect working condition. But I went on tour for a few months and didnt leave it in a place that animals wouldnt get into it. Because of that, fairly recently my engine was considered a hazard to drive around and when I took it into the dealership they wouldnt cover anything leaving me in the dust and quoting me a ridiculous price, I shouldve known better going to them first. Then, explaining to Paul my situation, he was more than happy to work with my vehicle giving me HONEST estimates and his honest thoughts throughout the whole process even getting my car finished within his estimated labor time! He let me know every step during the process, like giving me a call explaining that I need a part now before even putting it in; rather than putting it in then it showing up on my bill when I got there without me knowing. The whole crew at Volvostop are incredible people. Theyve saved me from having to über everywhere and carpool. That can be hard on a budgeting college student as myself.
