Trusted them too much. Been to them serveral times. Until last time when I came with suspicions on my alternator and he conviced its the starter. Picking up the car he tells me to crank it while the battery was still connected to another source of power. Then he tells me the battery is bad and to go buy another one. Ive put a brand new battery. After 1h I see the battery light pops up again. Next day was a Sunday when theyre closed so I couldnt go back and check with him. Although I called and told him, he said hes pretty sure and the car is safe to drive. same The car shut off on me on the highway almost causing an accident. Had to spent another couple hundred to tow it. If you dont know your exact problem STAY AWAY. He doesnt even provide any papers, CASH only, noreceipts wich starts another story.

I had a timing belt done because my car had reached 77000 miles and I was told its good to do, because if they break the motor is over, so I went to Valters on a recommendation and he had Francois do the work, I bought this car with just over 50000 miles so the timing belt that was already in my car was the one from the factory so with that in mind they replace the belt and water pump, part of the job and in removing the three plastic covers that go over the timing belt they cracked all three covers.I witnessed a 3 foot pry bar being used in the beginning of the job and at the end of the job, which tells me in the beginning it was to pry off the plastic covers instead of tapping them around with a rubber mallet, and at the end of the job it was used correctly to put pressure on the fan and ac belt to tighten them. I asked for them to call to order the part they broke and I was told they wont call so I called and then went down to order the at Mazda and when I showed the broken plastic pieces, they agreed that this was pry ed off and damaged. I mentioned to Francois that I didnt think they really had ASE certifications and he didnt reply, but when Valter the owner came back he was upset with me the I spoke about the ASE certification and never offered to show them that they had or didnt have them.Also they funniest part is when the so called mechanic Francois said to me I really dont need one of the larger covers that was damaged and was suggesting to give me the car back missing a cover around the timing belt, thats sad he is working on peoples cars, dangerous!Stay Away from these guys they damaged my car and I had to buy the parts to fix it
