The two front cashier woman associates were rude. Both didnt acknowledge my question was ignored and not given any customer service. As I waited to be checked out i had to wait until their full conversation that had to do with their personal life was done. Extremely incompetent associates!

The lady in register 2 Wasn’t nice and couldn’t help us. She was blonde and very stubborn I’ve heard she wouldn’t let one of her employees give her church days. She wouldn’t help my mother at all :/((Turns out that was the manager after reading all those 1 star review-))

Rite aids are pretty much becoming extinct around la county. It sucks because I have a sweet discount here because my family shop here so much. They have a good deal on candy going 77 cents each (regular size bars). I’m also glad it open late (10 pm) so I can get my muchies for the ride home. I prefer them to cvs and especially expensive a$$ Walgreens for other needs as well when in a pinch

Sign out front says they close at 10pm. I showed up at 9:50pm and it looked like they had their doors closed for 20 mins already and the metal shutters were down. Apparently they did not want my business.Very unprofessional.

I had to wait ten minutes after 8:00 AM to drop off my prescription because the window was closed, was told to come pick up in one hour, called an hour later and was told were still working on it.... 😕

Bad customer service & manager is very unpleasant.
