Not honest. Avoid dealing with them.I used my obdii scanner to determine why the engine light is on and the problem was misfiring in S #3 (P303). My Van is a Nissan Quest and in order to reach the back cylinders you have to take off the intake which is not an easy job, that is why I went to them, I bought the parts and asked the owner to change the spark plugs and switch the front coils with the back one in case the problem is from the coil #3, since the front cylinders are easy to reach. I explained the problem to the owner and brought the car to be fixed. When I picked up the owner told me we changed the parts but the engine light still there I tested the Van but it was shacking hard which was not the case at all, I asked what happened he replied I dont know we have changed the parts and that is it, If you want us to figure out what is new we have to charge you $65 diagnoses charge and go from there, I refused because I have the device and I can see what is going on, when I checked it the code was P300 which is random misfiring in all the cylinders, when I told the manger (the owner left the shop) that he dined his knowledge of the initial problem and did run the car through his scanner and came out to say go to someone who can check your computer!!!!! They missed up with the Van and refused to fix it and even dont want to say what did they break or missed up with.Do yourself a big favor and dont deal with such dishonest people.I wish If they run out business soon.
