Best coffee anywhere! Great and fantastic staff.

Unfortunately I chose the medium brand, Colombian. Not strong enough to wake me up. My partner got the strong coffee and it was SO much better. Cannot imagine the light mix, probably water. In general, better coffee than Starbucks and DD

Their Cold Brew is Great! Please stick to glass bottles please dont switch to plastic.

I just ordered a Bigger iced coffee with a little cream and the there is 2 inches at the top empty. They do not fill it up. They so this when u get it black also. And no more straws, you have to buy them now? Ridiculous

Lucky enough to have a rook right next to home, work, and right next to university! Great, consistent coffee. Easy to order on app. Started going to rook because I hated the inconsistency of Dunkin and Starbucks & felt like it didn’t even give me a boost. Over a year ive been going to rook and have NEVER had a bad or not so good coffee. Always on par, not waiting too long, spacious store and friendly staff. S’mores flavor is amazing! Can’t wait for mocha mint to come back. Well worth the price, even for a broke college student lol

Usually when so many rave about something, Im typically disappointed...but here for once I was very pleasantly surprised. We got their mocha style & it was smooth & very delicious. I just wish we got a larger size!

Im usually not a fan of chain coffee. However this was beyond delicious. Had the new orleans style with milk and sugar. It was literally a treat.

Coffee is good but pricey. You can only order thru the app. PITA. ! Thank you Marc for responding. My only other issue was that it was too sweet. I asked for sugar. I think the baseline amount should be half of what was put in, and then if the customer wants it sweeter, offer extra sugar like you do with milk/cream. 👍

Rook Coffee is a efficient place with good quality coffee. I wouldnt recommend this for those that cant handle a harder coffee. However, there lighter roast can ease you into there good coffees they have. Some of there iced and hot coffees have different flavors that changes the coffee in some ways which can make some coffee pretty good. My personal favorite even though it wasnt a permanent coffee on the menu was there iced coffee toffee style. Which was like a candy like taste to the coffee. Currently theres a berry tea as there seasonal which seems like itll be a good drink. They also serve various baked goods similar to those of like Starbucks. The parking isnt too bad and the lines can look big in the inside but dont be discouraged since the staff moves coffees through pretty quickly so youll have your order in no time. The staff is also very friendly and respectful as well which is a plus for any establishment. For those who want a coffee but want something more elevated compared to things such as Dunkin or Starbucks, Rook Coffee is a good starting point to get into more unique and harder coffees so it wont be as jarring for those who never had a café quality coffees

This was my first Rook experience ever. I always hear friends talk about it and its popped up on my Facebook timeline enough to make me curious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were patient and took time out to explain each drink and flavor and ask my preferences. I highly recommend Rook! Also, the coffee was amazing.. so theres that .

I drove right past the huge line at DnD straight to Rook this morning. Just make sure to download the app and order before you leave or order from the app when you get there. With the Covid precautions they have in place, you can only order from the app, but it makes it MUCH easier and faster. They meet you at the door with your order way before the time indicated on the app. You just trimmed off about 15-20 minutes waiting in line at DnD!If I had any issues it would be that they didnt have sleeves for the cups and the coffee cup was hot. I understand, however, better for the enviroment. The other would be that the lid on the 20oz size cup is not tight enough to withstand pulling out of the cup holder in my car. So remove with caution! Fix that and I would give them six stars if I could.

The coffee was ok, nothing noteworthy. Dunkin Donuts was better. I know we’re all distancing (Tell that to the Bennies) but having to download an app to place an order is ridiculous.

The coffee is good, however, the cups are of very poor quality. The lid did not fit properly and the hot coffee spilled all over my hands and my car. It was not the fault of the employee, rather it was the poor quality of the cup and lid. When I went back into the store, another customer came back in with the same issue. in fact, this customer said this has happened to her before. i hope this problem is resolved so it doesnt happen to anyone else.

Okay coffee. Dont see the hype really. They do have nice dark roasts you can try out.

Im from AZ. Ive been goi g to Rook at ALL of their locations here in Jersey. Finally opened this one in point! Im in heaven! Now if they could only get the bagel flats with the fig butter here like they have in Red Bank.... please!

Poor organization but worth every minute of waiting.

I ordered a cold brew with no ice and she told me it would be poured short. That seemed reasonable until I got it and it was literally half full. I have never been to any other coffee shop that does that. Highly disappointed spending that kind of money on half cup.

Nice people, not like the Wall store. I love their Turkish style coffee really different. Very limited food and no place to sit. This is not a hangout. Get your stuff and go.

Ordered a coffee and was unable to get it. Politely called for a refund and they said no. No reason for them not to give a refund. I called immediately after order was placed. Got attitude as well saying it was my mistake and they weren’t responsible for that.

My Daughter told me about rook so I drove over from brick to try it and was well worth it.I love coffee and rook is freshly ground right before your eyes and then brewed,Doesn’t get better then that people.I would say it’s the best coffee i’ve ever had and not to mention the staff are always great and happy with smiles.

Love this location! Nice big space, friendly employees, delicious coffee. My current favorites are the mocha style and Turkish style, and I’m eagerly awaiting the mocha mint for the holidays. FYI the Turkish style is only available to order in store, so for me, that makes the trip there all the more worth it! And for anyone not in the area, mail order is packaged well and arrives quickly.
