The bakery and food court area was so dirty. There were fruit flies everywhere and I wanted to throw up just seeing how rampant they were. I’ve bought “fresh” bread from the bakery before but knowing how dirty it must be back there for that many fruit flies to be gathering… disgusting.

Staff was exc. One man tried to help, couldnt speak English very well, but, he was trying to help the one and only young lady who was overworked.She took my order. Beef/broccoli. Salty and beef wasnt edible. You could say its because we were there later in the evening, but, good meat doesnt turn into fat and gristle.Manager gave me a Hyvee gift card for my trouble.All in all...I would try chicken if it was early in the evening and not dried out.

We get takeout alot at the Asian food section and I think just because you have a pushy,loud customer who demands more meat out of the prepared food thecservers should say nothing is the second time in a month I have witnessed certain people demand more meat from prepared batch of food,Once here and once at Panda and I dont know why its allowed.

I work outdoors in various area of the Metro. Hy-Vee is always convenient to stop for lunch however, the last five times I went Ive stopped in Plymouth Maple Grove and robbinsdale. Each time I was disappointed. Not only is the hot food extremely expensive but its not fresh. Also there was a sign on the front door that said 45 cent soda when you buy a hot meal yet nobody would believe me and they even look for themselves and still didnt see it clearly painted on the outside window of their store. The last thing anybody wants to do is have to prove their point and argue with the people that work there because they didnt see the signs so I went outside and I took a picture of such sign. Im just so frustrated with Hy-Vee in general. It was time to write a review Ive never once had a good experience when getting lunch from either the grocery store or the convenience store. I do however like their grocery selection and sometimes their prices usually its a pleasant place to shop for groceries. Im going to have to start packing my lunches I guess because I will not buy another less than satisfactory meal from these people.

Went in there specifically for sushi rolls. Just so happened that they have this sale going on. Sushi was fresh & excellent! Highly recommend spicy shrimp! Yum! Also picked up some pre made lunch/dinner platters for 2. Orange sesame chicken, rice, egg rolls & cream cheese wanton! First time in the store. Have never been to a Hy-Vee before. Unfortunately was only there for about 5 mins, but Id love to go back and check out there meat department. Heard its the best quality of mid- west beef!

Mongolian stir fry delicious, made a fresh bowl of chicken fried rice for take home. Great meat and reduced prices on items today.

Smaller Hyvee, have what you need, all self checkouts. Smells like gluten yumminess when you walk in the door as the bakery is right there. To bad I cant eat any of it, but whoever does the creative design deserves a raise.

TV commercials are cool (except the one with the kid tramping mud all over the carpet - are you kidding me) and an interesting store layout.The butchers shop is eye candy if you are a meat lover!Easy in easy out, had some difficulty with the self check out.The manager was there to help and got me taken care of.The self check out software seems a bit difficult to use in reading products.

Very clean store. I liked the nice wide aisles. The staff was very friendly, even management. The prices were comparable to what i would see in my local grocery store.

Very disappointed in the Customer Service I received from 3 employees on the same day! Asked about the sale on butter. 2 Employees said the sale was over and 1 said they didnt have a clue and walked away! After shopping for almost $200 in groceries, I come to find out that the butter was indeed on sale and it was over the next day! I didnt have time to go back.

We eat here or at the Eagan store once a week and I love Hy-Vee but,wish the Asian food section had hot food,its usually just luke warm,great flavor though and affordable.Sunday we got hot food from the deli and there was alot of flies and that worried me a bit.

Dont like to do self checkout. But some real checkout lines have been added back. It is too much of a pain and takes tooooo long to do self checkout when you have a big cart full of groceries.

Asian food in the food court is fantastic! The food is always hot and fresh. The product never waivers and as always as expected and each visit that I make. Their prices are very reasonable and then some. I would definitely recommend this to anyone

The grocery part of my visit was great! Folks were very polite and willing to help me in any way.The pharmacy part left a lot to be desired. I transferred a prescription from another pharmacy. I started to hand him my fuel rewards card and he waved me off saying hes got nothing that fancy back behind the counter. Not sure how a card scanner is fancy, but OK....I asked him how I get the $1/gallon fuel reward for transferring the prescription and he said hes seen nothing like that. He needs to be educated about whats on the HyVee website as it clearly says that Im due a $1 reward. This FAR overshadowed my grocery experience and Ill think twice about shopping there again.

I am usually not up in the HyVee area but if I am I stopped there and check out their sales. They usually have really good sales and specials going on and I really like their store because it is organized very well and very clean. They usually have nice and fresh produce. They also have a salad area and a Chinese buffet that has really good food. Their bakery items are always very tempting and they have specialty cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes and breads. All in all a great store.

Very impressive. It has the regular supermarket services and more. You can even find a bar inside.

Take out Asian is a great value. Meal for four.

First time going in this HyVee, wanted them to make a pizza for me but this HyVee doesnt do that, so I went and got a take and bake supreme large pizza and it was delicious. Store was very clean, organized and helpful staff. Great experience

HyVee gives me a great experience when I shop here. The aisles are wide, they have an unbelievable selection, their staff really seems to enjoy working there, and it is always clean and orderly. Its just different than any other place that Ive shopped and thats why I continue to come back.

I visit the market grille often and have to say that the morning cashier is definitely not a people person. I am also not happy that they switched from hash browns to breakfast potatoes. Not sure if this was due to the pandemic or a customer preference. Not sure if I will be back.

Hy-Vee in Plymouth is one of the newest stores in Metro area. Very clean and spacious even it’s not one of the biggest among Hy-Vee stores. With a lot of varieties and options of different foods the prices there is not cheap and rather pricy. Their coupons system is totally outdated. You absolutely required to have a coupon then you can present it to a cashier. And one more if they have sale for four bottles of pop you have to buy all four. If you decide to buy just one you have to pay a full price for it.

I love Hy-Vee! Except the bakery. Ordered a cake, when I went to pick it up they said they could only give me half (cheese cake) because that’s all they had, didn’t bother to call me ahead of time, which would have been nice. Planning birthdays are stressful enough.

Did the aisles order pick up. I could have gone in and gotten everything myself faster. Very long wait time 30 minutes. I was the only one waiting. The person didnt seem to know what they were doing.

Very nice store, extremely helpful associates. Pan at customer service is a great asset for the store, very knowledgeable and caring. Muhamet and Bill, the front end supervisors are extremely helpful and always smiling to customers. Never had a bad experience dealing with them despite them being very busy all the time.

Seems smaller than other Hy-Vees, but still seems to have most of the flair of other Hy-Vee stores.

Fresh meat with good sales on the steaks. Higher prices on most everything else

The store has a lot of variety and some hard to find items. But I really dont like the way things are group together. They organize the store by association, which is sometimes convenient, but mostly its confusing. But all Hy-Vee stores do this so its not just this location.

Nice selection and seems to have everything you need. Great cakes. This location used to be a different grocery store and HyVee used the existing building instead of tearing it down. Since they used the existing building, but still tried to do a normal HyVee design, it can feel a little crowded in there. Not too crowded for comfort but crowded compared to a new build HyVee like on Bass Lake.

Higher prices, not as fresh produce, rotisserie chicken is terrible and small. Their premade meals are not that tasty. Cub and Target are at least from the area and understand regional tastes.

Gas up and get some great food or snacks! friendly staff!

This Hy-Vee is my 2nd favorite behind New Hopes Hy-Vee. Simple and smaller store compared to others but has just about everything you need.

Great price on some of their meats.

I shop here a lot and its like a friendly neighborhood grocery store, but cleaner and bigger. They dont have everything I would like, but most of what theyve got is good quality, especially the produce. I can tell they put a lot of effort into procuring and displaying the best produce they can. Most of their staff has been there a couple years at least which should tell you that this is a good store to work for, and employees are happy. If the employees are happy, theyre going to keep the customers happy.

Much of the box lettuces were bad, the raspberries were smashed because they get stacked so high in the bins, same we with blackberries. The deli person was bored and not friendly, although Usually they are kind and smiling

Had what I wanted. Made up angel food cake. 3rd stop before I found at Hy-Vee. No one else had it.

Not quite as great as the ones in Iowa, but you can still notice a difference in the customer service. Plenty of people stopping by to say hello and check to make sure you are finding everything OK.

They never have what I want. That’s so they can push their brand on you.

For you out of towners who have to quarantine from family...this grocery store has it ALL! Need lunch or dinner food? SHOP here. Basics? SHOP here. Very reasonable prices with deli, take out, and your general grocery store. Ok, want to purchase wine or beer? Theres a liquor store at the same mall steps away. Same friendly service too.

Product placement of sale items (buy this and get these for free) were not efficiently placed. I dont have time wondering the store to find each individual qualifying item. I had to ask 3 employees for help. One in produce, who was oblivious to current ad. I asked another who was in a rush with a cart of twizzlers and she just pointed (a suggestion) to where the items I was looking for may be. The 3rd was the Assistant. He said that I need to find these items myself. Like I mentioned before, I (and probably others) do not have the time to go on a treasure hunt. Terribly disappointed. And I was under the impression by so many who highly recommends shopping here.

The staff here is amazing, respectful and courteous. This Hy-Vee is in an intersection right off of the highway. Theres a lot of good surrounding stores and plenty of parking space. The store itself is very clean and it looks to be up to date. Their summer section is full of stuff and nice prices. theres a good selection of cheese meats and household items if youre into that. They have a huge pharmacy which I was surprised by. I didnt have to wait in line to get in or out which was really nice. Overall its a good store.

I drove 8 miles in the snow as I prefer the cleaner fresher Hy-vee over others. Im disappointed I love the huge healthy foods section found in Hy-vee instead this is Cub foods clone! Smaller, older, short staffed store with less variety of food selections & smaller deli section than typical Hy-vee in metro. All most all checkouts are self service. If you expect better Hy-vee quality & service..this is not it!

Hy-Vee makes it really easy to shop, with fresh produce and self scan and pay stations. I feel safe there when I shop.

Love Hy-Vee. My only criticism is that the converted locations (ones that used to be another supermarket before Hy-Vee bought and renovated) tend to be smaller and therefore may not have the inventory or product real estate that the stores built from the ground up do.

I enjoy shopping here normally. However, every time I go lately I see staff not using masks properly (off the nose, etc), and they are not cognizant of distancing when walking in the aisles. Frankly, it does not make me feel confident shopping here. Ive seen it every time in produce and all I can think about is sneezes on the produce that I may touch. Ill shop elsewhere until covid is reaolved.

Normally Ive had good experiences with Hyvee. This one in Plymouth is pretty brutal. The biggest problem weve had was with the Hyvee Isles Online (online grocery pickup). Of the 6 or 7 times weve used it this year, there have been 4 times where either an item or 2 was missing or an entire bag (many items) were not put into our trunk. We obviously dont realize this until we are home and groceries are put away. It is incredibly frustrating as it seems they were items needed for immediate use.I will say they do seem empathetic, however this defeats the purpose and convenience of doing online order pickup.Were currently waiting for the manager to call us back from another order that was screwed up but that was a few hours ago. They close soon.Weve also been disappointed with the quality and freshness of their produce.Beware

I didnt find prices on 3 things,but enjoyed the rest of my shopping experience. They carry fishless fish and duck fat (pam like)spray. Lot of choices at this store.

Although the prices and quality are fine, I have had so much trouble with the self checkout not working right that I dont see myself going back.If they are going to require self checkout, make sure it works. I dont like waiting for a manager to come fix it because it doesnt recognize something.

Love hyvee for the fuel saver and great meat selection. However seeing this tonight has me very disappointed. This bread expires in 3 days. They do not donate it any longer, according to management. They use to but people came to get it late ect, so instead now they just throw it all in the garbage!!!!!! Makes me sick. Theres so many people who are in need that could benefit freon this donation. Rethinking shopping at Hyvee.

Hy Vee is poised as an upscale grocery store like lunds and byerlys but without the high prices. They have lots of extras that make me look forward to shopping there.

Lots of variety plus extras like some clothes, drug store products, etc.

The only grocery store near me that consistently has pulled rotisserie chicken and a few other items I like. Its now my primary grocery store. They need to stock more broccoli though.

A bit different grocery experience. Prices run noticeably higher than competition overall. They do have an excellent assortment of cheeses. Unfortunately they are in a higher price range, so I cant get my head around spending so much, to see if I like. Nice deli. Some interesting perks, discounts on gas. Etc. They actually own the entire shopping center complex for what its worth.

Went to all self check out. I Will not be shopping at a Hy-vee anymore. If you do survive under this customer less platform, I suggest you supply customers with handheld scanners at checkout so theyre not stuck heaving heavy products across the bottom scanner. You have poorly thought this through. Good luck.
