This place is the best! Professional skilled installers. Should have repaced my back door a few years ago

This review is on behalf of my Mom in Pleasanton... visited her this afternoon and her garage door wasnt working, stuck 1/2 way open. She had already called the Door Doctor. It is a Saturday. I thought, ugh, good luck. She got a call back and they said someone would be out in 30 minutes. Justin showed up and diagnosed the issue within a minute. He communicated the options quickly and clearly. Either replace the worn out gear assembly or replace the entire opener. After a quick discussion, decided to replace the gear assembly. He was very proficient. In addition to the gear assembly, he lubricated the wheels on the door, adjusted the operation back to factory specifications and even adjusted the tracks and spring so the door operated more smoothly. Very professional. Great communication. Great service. Cant imagine why you would want to use ANYONE else? Excellent experience.

We’ve used the Door Doctor any time we’ve had and issue other our garage door. The team the have is timely, courteous and are quick to solve whatever problems we have. We recently had n issue where the door was stuck open and called on a Sunday. Justin took the call, helped us troubleshoot the issue and was willing to come out on a Sunday evening, though we were the ones who weren’t available. He texted early the following morning and a tech came out shortly thereafter and fixed the issue. Door is in perfect working order!!!!Would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future if the need arises!!!

Stopped by The Door Doctor in Pleasanton and was surprised at the amount of regular door and garage door offerings they have! Not to mention, the friendly, knowledgeable service and recommendations I received while there were excellent. Joey and her husband own and operate the business, and I really love a family business, which is why I will definitely be back when I have a new door need or repair.

They have had to come out to my building at least 3 separate times (our garage key pad keeps getting stolen or has to reset because of too many attempts, San Francisco right?). Every time they call ahead to let me know when they will be here, fix the issue in a timely matter, have me attempt to open the garage a few times to ensure everything is working properly, and have tightened up bolts they noticed were loose while also on their visit. Top customer service and have been happy with their work every time.

We called Wednesday morning to have two roll up springs replaced, got a Thursday afternoon appointment; Adrian TRIED to come in the morning. Unfortunately we couldnt be there then, so he came EXACTLY at the appointment time! Clean, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. Springs replaced at quoted cost, plus tuned up all operations of the door and opener.If we ever need garage door service or repair The Door Doctor is our go-to outfit ! My garage door would not go down all the way. No matter what I did, I couldnt even get it close. I left it half opened and called The Door Doctor emergency number. A gentleman came within the 45 minutes he told me it would take.Much to my dismay, when he got here, the door went down perfectly. We tried it several times, and there was no problem. I was extremely embarrassed. He would not take any kind of payment.I highly recommend this company. They did fix it several months ago for such a small fee. They answer and come out to you right away. I am very impressed with them!

I love these guys! Ive been using them for years and they replaced all the doors in my last home. This morning I had a broken garage door spring at my new place in Pleasanton. I called and BAM, Kyle was here! He got the door running as good as new. I make it a point to refer them to my friends whenever possible.

We have used The Door Doctor in Pleasanton three times over the past three years. All of these have been extremely positive and pleasant experiences. Our most recent repair was for a broken spring in a house we just purchased. Jason from Door Doctor was on-time and did a very quick and high-quality, thorough repair. The cost was just as estimated. We added a few suggested repairs that were very reasonably priced. Jason did not try to sell us extra services - he wanted to make sure we didnt need to have repairs done in another month that could be easily done then at less cost. He was extremely helpful, had all the right parts on is truck, and was very fast and pleasant.I highly recommend The Door Doctor and especially Jason for all garage door repairs.
