Its interesting this location is in a more high-end community Dublin Pleasanton area and San Ramon and on the inside of it it looks like it hadnt been upgraded for the last 20 years Walmart needs to step it up.

I loved the women who checked me out. She was so kind and helped load my basket. Thank you

Quick in and out, or a long time shopping, this is the place to be.

Just a standard wall mart. I have to say this is the best one I feel comfy shopping in. Has everything you might need, competitive prices, but its the fact normal folks use it. Most other Wal marts are like walking into the cantina from star wars. So I recommend this location for normalcy sake.

Always well priced and value for money .......However, store aisles need to be cleaned up more regularly..... Merchandise in disarray is a deterrent somehow..... !

It sucked. All registers were closed except the self check. I never use them cause they take real human jobs away. So they lost a sale from me. Lowest i can give is 1 star. However id be giving a minus -5

Walmart reminds me of Kmart in the 80s, but dirtier. I wonder how this place can be so popular, until I see the crazy low prices. Im more of a Target guy, but if I want to sell out, I go to Walmart.

It would really be helpful if they opened a store in San Francisco/ Daly City area

Most of the time they have exactly what I need, but there are times when the app says its there but it isnt. At least the staff is very friendly and helpful, but they could use another person in electronics. Sometimes it takes too long to get service. As a whole, this is a pretty good Walmart.

This Walmart could use some renovations. I feel like it is always running low on supplies, regardless of time of day or day of the week.

Walmart is always the same, we are in Livermore CA for a shot visit, needed a couple of things. No problem Walmart had it.

I didn’t find much stuff which I was looking for. Very disappointed when I saw stuff lying everywhere in the store and so many products were damaged and still waiting on aisle. Walmart really needs to work on quality, services and cleaning to attract customers at stores, otherwise it will be too late

They always have what I am looking for. However, I am noticing a slight increase to my normal grocery bill.

This is nice, convenient Walmart in Pleasanton. It has a McDonald’s inside as well as refrigerated drinks and snack for those times that you get hungry between meals. There are regular checkout lines as well as self-checkout lines, which tend to be faster if you have a few items.

Quit service and good offers

Shopping at Walmart stirs a mixture of emotions. Whereas combining a variety of different household needs into one trip saves you time and money, the lack of receptiveness by most of the stores floor crew tends to diminish the overall pleasure of doing so. I attribute this to too few people being asked to do too much work. Ive actually withheld the need to ask for help in locating items before because of this unfortunate condition. I hope Mgmt will act accordingly towards a remedy to this issue.

Great place to purchase young kids clothing since they out grow them so quickly.

Been coming here since I was young. Over the years their staff has gotten better and this Walmart location has chosen kinder staff. I love the diversity... all kinds of people there.

Its your typical Walmart. Go get almost every thing you want in one place. Good chance you might end up with a bunch of things you didnt need and spend a lot more than you planned on.

This Walmart is the most unbelievable. In the worst way ever. This store should close. Absolutely No drinking water. No coffee creamer. No coffee filters that I needed. Asked employee for assistant. The answer if it aint on the shelf we dont have it Seriously. Is this a standard answer. Wrong. Your customer service seriously needs Training. I will never go to that store again.

Good place to find household stuff, clothes and some food on a budget. Usually is very clean, organized, and quick to check out if you pay thru an automatic cashier. It’s super weird that you have to show your receipt to go out of the place, and also some employees around trying to help but always are awful.

I have gone in several times to this store and I cant do it anymore. I will take my business elsewhere. Cashiers are rude and walk away while checking out guests. People on the floor grumble about having to unlock security doors where makeup is kept... which is just as annoying for the customer who has to wait ten minutes for someone to show up. Also, their is no enforcement of social distancing amongst staff or staff who walk really close and pull their masks down to talk to customers. When leaving I received judgment and a comment of Wow cant believe you spent that much upon leaving is super rude as well. Dont worry I can easily spend that amount somewhere else with more respectful staff.I could understand if this happened once or twice from maybe someone having a bad day or forgetting the rules for a moment. But everytime I come in getting the same disrespect and seeing the same issues with protocol is ridiculous and just reflects the unhappiness of staff and the need for the general managers and corporate to treat their employees better to help them be happier to be there.Yes the items are cheap, but a good deal on the products isnt worth the disrespect. Their is a Target down the street where employees are always friendly and online shopping is always available as well.

Not a good visit.A bottle of liquid draino was broken. I didn’t notice it until I was putting it on the belt.The cashier was clearly untrained & didn’t know what to do. She didn’t say anything, offer anything, or instructed me to go the restroom 🚽 to wash my hands.The customer in front of me, told the cashier that it was acid.I immediately poured my all my hand sanitizer and demanded for paper towels 🧻. And she had me go get another bottle of the liquid draino that was undamaged.No manager was called, nothing…I really guess that Walmart doesn’t care about their customers, those who have traveled from the San Francisco area.Walmart really need to re-evaluate how their employees are trained…

Reasonably priced.....tempting to buy lot of things

It was pouring rain and I forgot a jacket. I bought really good rain coat for $24. This is $35 less than the cheapest one at a local sporting goods store. Great value, which I really need right now.

The employee at the register and the exit were friendly, some employees were rude, all you have to say is excuse me and I would move instead of standing there staring. My overall experience at this walmart is usually pleasurable but today was sad!

I hate Wal-Marts. There, Ive said it. Having said that, Ive learned that theyre better in neighborhoods with higher income levels. This is the one I choose, even though there are 3 others that are much closer to me. I dont do Wal-Mart often, but this one is very good at being not like the other Wal-Marts.

No a/c. Regular Walmart but warmer inside than most. Haha

Im just trying to buy some boxers. I get why it gets locked up but why is the person who has the keys not there to open it when customers needs it. I dont get the complications. Walmart mind as well make vending machines for boxers since the associates cant handle opening it to sell to the customers.

This is the go-to shop for random stuff. its small but they have a surprisingly large collection of stuff. its just missing clothing items and games and such.

Nothing unusual when I stopped by and picked the items I need. No contactless payment terminal at the self checkout.

Actually they have justified reason for following me around while I shop, kinda...but I still dont like it, kinda. Just makes me feel obligated to look like Im stealing more. That way they are obligated to follow me. Despite the fact Im not actually stealing its a fun making them think I am. Its a game of cat n fake mouse.

Customer service help promptly and guide you to the right aisles. It is clean and materials are affordable.

They have a good selection of goods, but seemed short staffed. I waited 15 minutes before a very nice lady came to unlock the glass case to get something. Otherwise good experience.

This Pleasanton WM is a busy place. As soon as you enter a waft of weird odor is there. Then when in store near the groceries aisles there is an unpleasant stenchy smell throughout the area. It is a very unpleasant feeling shopping there these days. This store used to be great and now its falling apart.

There is only one person taking returns and there are too many people waiting.How you compete with Amazon 🤣I’m no more buying stuff from Walmart

Walked into a nice clean store with BASKETS (inside). The less than twenty items check-out had a very short line.

Prices vary...so better to do your homework for shopping prior to going.Bird seeds are very competitive.Propane gas is cheap...at least $2 cheaper from Homedepot.Great selection of Breakfast cereals.Cleaning supplies you should check with other stores as some brands are overly priced.Electronics and Home appliances are very limited selection so not worth going to Walmart. Except Black Friday for some real bargains.Management needs to Train the staff to greet customers as most of the staff at Gate lacks human emotional touch. Greeting someone doesnt cost a Penny more. Perhaps its the Management culture at Walmart, I am not sure as I have never worked with them.Over all Jack of All Trade, Master of None Shopping store.

Its a typical Walmart. Not one of the super clean and tidy ones, just the type that is barely keeping up with stocking shelves but not completely trashed.

This is the local Walmart I always go to if Im looking for cheap office supplies or miscellaneous items. The place is usually well-stocked and staff are friendly should you need assistance.

When I first moved to the peninsula, I didn’t realize that I didn’t have a local Walmart. Being a book dealer, I’ve been traveling through the Bay Area. When I finally got to go to a Walmart, I was excited to look up all the skin line products they had. I’m excited to see that I left the store with two bag full of skin products especially clay masks.

I needed to get boost so yeah. Its cheaper than grocery stores.Havent been to Costco so cant say which is better.

Store location is close to where I live. The store is always clean & usually well stocked.

Walmart in Plesanton - extremely dirty. I wanted to buy milk one time - the fridge smelt horrible. I told a supervisor. There was one time I was looking for cleaning vinegar, I asked 3 associates- they couldnt help, I ended up driving to target. This is probably the worst Walmart in the world - well that I have been to. Horrible customer service, dirty and untidy, smelly too.

Store is good, but looks overcrowded over weekends...parking can be a huge issue during sale season, like back to the school shopping, Thanksgiving sale....
