This store had what I was looking for.The line at check out was not too busy. I was lucky in this regard. It is usually quite long.The customer service representative was efficient and helpful.

I bought a shirt and tie on clearance here and it was a great last resort!!

I understand loss prevention however there is a right way and wrong way! If you want to l blatantly, have your staff follow someone I think you should train them to watch their comments because when making false comments you really can get in trouble there could be consequences for that. What you all are doing is profiling and its wrong! I for one will never shop with u again

Maryam our cashier was great! You must shop with coupons to pay closely what the merchandise is actually worth as JCPENNEY tends to be overpriced for the quality especially in clothing and jewelry. Always check your receipt, as usual I was over charged on a couple of items.

I must say JCPENNEY is still my go-to store for shirts, slacks, coats, and accessories, and this store doesnt disappoint. Its still is stocked well, and has a wide selection of clothes at reasonable prices. Plus Stoneridge Mall is still a pretty good Mall in the Amazon era. So if you dont find what you need at Pennys, you have a lot of other clothing stores check out.

I drove to Pleasanton today and the furniture store is no more. The building has been knocked down, maybe they are building new housing in that spot? Where did the furniture go?

We like Jcpenny becuase of good collection they have. This store is much better sections for kids, ladies and gents. My wife love shopping here.

Theyre remodeling right now, so hopefully theyll make it allot nicer. Right nose it has a very old feel to it.

How long does it take to get a sink fixed in the mens restroom? Never any paper towels. Cant even wash my hands to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. Especially if I took a doo doo! And please dont tell me there is hand sanitizer provided because I dont wanna rub all that together with after I got done wiping myself !

I do a lot of online shopping. It is more convenient because I dont have to wait in line or waste gas. So to say that I am an experienced online shopper is mild. With that in mind, I have to say that JC Penneys online shopping platform has to be one of the worst. When shopping online, I dont want to see what is not available which is the most fundamental ideas for online shopping. Multiple and I mean MULTIPLE times have I placed items into my shopping cart to find the item is not available when I check out. Mind you, once I place my items into my cart, I am ready to checkout within 5 minutes.I get it that sometimes someone else MAY have already purchased the item that you have chosen. However, when it is consistent on about 95% of the items that I have placed in my cart, then Pennys is missing the mark.JC Penney platform is old and needs a major upgrade to keep up with other shopping platforms. I guess I will rely more on websites like Amazon and Rotita.

Use to be good department stores at one time now all their clothes is literally made to cater to the Mexicans so they can try to blend in with our society. I couldnt find absolutely nothing for me at all. Only thing worth buying is the Levis

Pennys carries some brands of clothes that I cant find any place else. They also have some truly unique jewelry items. Just watch for the sales. Sometimes hard to find their staff, if you want any help. There are sometimes an extra discount when you apply for their credit card

Would not purchase online from here again. Only reason I give 2 stars is because of the item I bought but its a Levis jacket which happened to be sold through this company. I noticed the price drop after I purchased it. And my item was still processing and had not arrived yet. I thought like other stores Ive had experience with that they would honor the discount since it was just a few days I had ordered. I called the toll free number and it seemed like the employee made excuses.Ive had much better customer service and a more professional interaction with stores like REI. I sent a review and that was denied. I realize why this company is closing many stores. I definitely dont recommend purchasing online with JC Pennys. I live further away from physical stores so online shopping was my only option. Now I know better. I do a lot of online shopping but this company is off my list.

Good collection of dresses. Could be better if customer service is easily available. One more suggestion - good to have shopping bag, trolley. This is same for all major accessory stores. Other than that everything is fine.

I was very impressed. Havent been into Penneys store in years. Found lots of high quality mens clothes on sale and bought few pants, shorts etc. Saved a fortune and much better quality than Wal Mart.

They just moved stores and its still under construction in some areas, but still open. So it looks incomplete and does not look aesthetically pleasing. Family went and got photos taken a d damn do I look good!

The salon.I went to get my hair colored. The person who they assigned to do my hair just sat me in her chair. Came back an started putting color in. When asked what are you doing she replied I know what I am doing. She had told me she couldnt find me in the system. So again I asked what are you doing she said now the highlights. Next thing the manager came in she looked at my hair. Soon I was in getting my hair washed.I was shocked to see this red as heck hair. They handed me to someone else to try an repair it.The person who totally messed up came said she was sorry an left for the day. She was scheduled to get off at 2 an she did. gentlemen they had try to fix it. Well he did his best. However I am still red. Absolutely not doing this again.

Im a big fan of JCP in general because of the excellent sales. This JCP & the one in SF are my faves. They are usually fully stocked with many items and the deals are amazing. For $40 i can usually buy like 5 items at a time. I find many trendy plus size clothes here. Customer service is iffy here though and sometimes you have to look hard to find someone to help you.

I was there checking out the watches and the lady that was another display was making eye contact with me but you did not come over to help so I moved away from the display I was at and lo and behold she goes to that display then I decided to return to where she was at the original display with that I was at and she leaves I guess you didnt want to sell me anything hair JCPenneys is filing for bankruptcy wow
