All the staff there that I know of are courteous and kind people. In addition they are all runners who know what they are talking about and have detailed knowledge about shoes and other things that they sell. They take the time to listen to what you need and what your challenges might be. They know the common issues that runners face because they are runners and have encountered those same issues. In summary they are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, which is why I am a repeat customer.

Nik was super sweet and very helpful! She had a lot going on with the phone ringing and customers interrupting us during our fit session to ask questions. I have no words to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the extraordinary customer service that I received during my first visit to fleet feet. It was google reviews that brought me to Fleet Feet in the first place and I can confirm each and every positive review I read with my visit. I was given VIP treatment since I stepped foot in the store, I was given a same day appointment and was seen within 45 minutes. Erin was a great help to me as I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and therefore I am always looking for an appropriate fit in my shoes. This is difficult to do on my own so I love the foot scan followed by the advice of a professional to help me find the correct shoes. With all of the Covid protocols in place I felt very safe while shopping in the store.

As a shoe shopper, I’m no picnic. I’m flat-footed. I also have a disability and the meds I’ve taken to manage this have caused me to develop issues with my heart and lungs. On top of that, I’ve developed kidney issues over the years. This review isn’t about my health woes, obviously, but to point out that all these concerns have led to constant foot, ankle, and leg swelling, and just swelling overall (if you knew me personally, you’d see that I look “puffy” right now). That’s why I’m hard to shop for, shoe-wise.Which leads me to my review. My feet have been in pain for weeks now, making it hard to continue walking. The swelling I mentioned earlier had gotten much worse, so much so that the running shoes I’d been wearing (a half size larger than most of my shoes) were feeling downright tight, and I wondered if my feet had grown at this ripe old age of 40-something. Not wanting to give up my only means of exercise during the pandemic, I decided to book an appointment at Fleet Feet in Pleasanton. And friends, lemme tell you: this was a very good idea. As another reviewer mentioned, they do wipe everything down and give you their undivided attention. I believe my sales associate’s name was Nicole, and she was awesome. After offering a fresh pair of socks, scanning my feet, and observing my gait, she came out with 3 solid shoe recommendations and inserts to try on. Tony helped me look for a pair of trainers - zero sales pressure. From the bottoms of my worn-out pair of Eccos, I thought I supinated, but after a test on their 3D imaging device and a walk test, Tony determined that I actually pronate a bit.He took out three pairs: ASICS, Saucony, and Brooks. Saucony and ASICS are two of my favorite running brands, but these Brooks Adrenaline GTS 18s were amazing! The support instantly made me feel quicker and the chronic pain in my left knee and right hip went away.Then he suggested that I try some Superfeet orthotics - even though it felt a little odd at first - like walking on eggs under my arches, there was no question that I was walking more upright. I left with a pair of Brooks and the Superfeet - it wasnt cheap, but prices are surprisingly fair when I checked later online.This is a top notch local running shop - highly recommended.

Service was wonderful! I called ahead to put a pair of shoes on side with Scout and when I came in to pick them up she gave me a nice warm welcome in. She asked if I wanted to try on a couple other shoes since they had time even though I didnt have an appointment. Of course I took her up on the offer! She wiped down the bench to ensure it was sanitized and then had Erin assist me who had helped me before when I first bought my first pair a few weeks ago. The best part Erin even remembered who I was and she only assisted me virtually! She remembered the shoes that she had recommended and everything! Wow! So far both shoes that Erin recommended, New Balance 940 v4 and Brooks adrenaline, are super comfortable. I will definitely be back for my next pair of shoes and honestly its purely for the customer service that I received.

Its custom to you, which is awesome bc everyones feet are SO different. I love walking around in my new shoes, I have never felt so supported in a pair of shoes before. When I went in today I had a gentleman helping me, didnt catch his name though... All I know is he was SUPER friendly and seemed to have had a lot of knowledge. Im only giving a 5 star for him because the other workers didnt seem to have great customer service skills, they didnt seem very friendly. I can tell Ill be a repeat customer. The scan of your feet is super cool and extremely helpful! I also really liked the colors they offered for the shoes they carried in stock!

Don’t come without an appointment. Drove 30 minutes out of my way because this place was recommended to me. I was told the best they could do was an appointment the following day, wouldn’t let me in the store at all.

My Doctor recommended me to this store to buy sneakers to help with plantar facitis and a pulled tendon in my foot. I am very particular when it comes to colors of my shoes and the woman that helped me was very understanding and helpful( wish I could remember her name). They do a digital map of your foot and help you decide on a shoe that is comfortable and to your liking. Now I can walk and work out now with out my feet killing me! My Neices husband works at Tesla and is on his feet 12 hrs a day so recommended Fleet Feet right away as I am positive he can find a shoe here that will help him also. I have nothing but positive feedback for the staff and store here at Fleet Feet. :)
