They had the Halloween mask that my kid wanted which is good. But the line was as bad as the lines at Disneyland. Last minute Halloween damn last minute Halloween shoppers I swear.

Lady who blew up my baloons for my daughter s birthday party didnt tie the balloons deflated by the time I got home

Store is very very good with good inventory however, the service is quite slow... it takes 15 minutes to half an hour to get just 5-6 balloons inflated. The associates on register should quickly join the Balloon Inflation Station when there is no one in register line but the deliver line is big.

HUGE selection. Love the one stop shop for party needs. Decorations, candy, serving ware, choices for kids gifts, holiday and celebration selection is amazing. Store is fully stocked which is always nice. Lines can get long, so be prepared that its not usually an in-n-out kind of shop. Parking is always plentiful. Handicap accessible.

Pleasant and helpful associates here.They answered my questions, never did I feel rushed (Im very indecisive and they provided me with nice suggestions on balloon boquets). Only downside (but good for them, as they are fairly busy/ popular location), they were out of some of the newer balloons I wanted (they have some awesome rainbow mylar number balloons, but they were out of the number I needed).Super awesome that they have curbside and delivery options! I happened to order one balloon boquet in store and ordered my next two balloon boquets online for curbside pickup. Super easy - you pick your day and time for pickup.

What a wonderful surprise! There were hundreds of different colored, themed invitations, decorations, plates, napkins, table cloths, utensils, balloons in every shape & size, toys, and games!The service was very good. I had questions that were answered right away by cheerful staff.

Got mickey mouse themed decorations from there and my son loved it . Great collection.

The cashier was multitasking due to lack of staff. The female staff member behind the counter was blowing balloons. She could have stop blowing balloons and helped cashier until the line when down.

The worse experience ever! It was my daughter’s birthday and went to the store and placed my order to pick it up the next day any time after 11. I went at 12, my order wasn’t ready and i was told that they might have lost the order! So they made me wait for 15 min to finish my order and it wasn’t the exact balloons that i picked!

Candy fans rejoice! This Swedish candy store has gotten me hooked! Located very close to the CA Farmers Market, its a clean, white interior with lines of awesome, unique candy. My favorite are the raspberry skulls. They have these crunchy red tubes filled with cream, jellies, sour candy galore!

They ran out od some costumes that my son wanted but overall the service was excellent and I really liked the diversity amongst staff. Like was long but it moved so quick it was over in no time...we are satisfied overall💌

Has lots of collections and it is really big shop. Prices are good for certain items are costlier on some. But you get to choose the item that you want to buy at the price you are able to afford to. You have an option to buy be it low affordable or a higher costlier one. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Even though it was late and about to close when we went they were patient enough to help us get the items we were looking for.

Very bad rude worker named Ezra to energetic and excited should not be like that at the work place .When my wife Linda when in for pretty princess balloons he was not very nice and was not so pleasing with his shirt untucked and bed head and it was 12:00 pm !!!!! Another down side was he did not really except us and was making fun of my disability behind my back

Lovely place to buy things for party. They have the best stuff and economical too.

Stopped in for baby shower treat bag supplies and found out they have quite a selection of goods for baking at very reasonable prices as well. They have so much stuff in here for whatever your party theme is, its incredible. If they dont happen to have your theme, theyre sure to have items in the correct color scheme you can use. If you havent been here, stop in and take a look, youll be surprised by their massive inventory.

Came over Halloween, which might make this a little biased. They were nicely stocked, with costumes for pretty much any occasion. Open until midnight the day before Halloween was the best decision they could make. I was able to purchase a costume even after coming late from work. Great effort.

Theres never enough employees here so if you need to find something youre pretty much on your own. Lines can get pretty long too due to the same.

It should be the place you feel happy and excited to be going to, but unfortunately, this party city just reminds you of the other side of organizing the party, the chores. Not sure if its the tasteless store decor or the not so helpful personnel, but If there is a place deep in your mind which hates parties and your trying to deal with it, youre sure to wake that up after a visit here!

Understaffed, and the sales floor was a huge mess. There were only two associates working the counter, and about half the store had stuff scattered on the floor seemingly for a schematic change.I went here for the first (and last) time a few days ago to buy a single mylar balloon. The one I initially wanted was out of stock, so I chose another one.The associate was rude during the whole checkout process, and sighed loudly when I declined to buy a large weight. She then charged me more than initially quoted for clip weights, and said it would be about a 10-minute wait to have it blown up.Ten minutes go by, then fifteen... and the same associate has helped more than 10 other people in line, some of whom had balloon bouquets blown up.I had to go back up to the counter to request to have my single balloon blown up, and that was when that associate decided it would be a good time to walk away despite the still growing line. Her coworker called after her for help since she was also with a customer, but was ignored. Her coworker ended up helping me out, which I appreciated, but at that point, was already turned off by the lack of service displayed by the first associate.Only a few days later, the balloon is already deflated. Low quality service, and low quality products. Not very pleased with this location.

Loved visiting Party City in Pleasanton, during Spring 2013. Enjoyed to browse their wares. Brought a funky wig and party decor, plus some candy. Staff were awesome!

Good for party supplies obviously, but the staff make doing business there a nightmare! At any given time, theres only 2 people working at front registers even on Fridays and Saturdays! Good luck finding help if you need it because theres no floor employees to be found. If youre not familiar with that locations layout, be prepared to spend a lot of time there. Dont make the mistake of thinking youll be in and out in minutes because you wont. The check out line is always backed up to the aisles, and the employees take forever to ring up a transaction. Other than that, they do have a wide variety of party supplies, party favors, and more. Its definitely a one stop shop for party and event needs, so I do appreciate that and will continue to shop there. I just wish the customer service was faster and friendlier.

I went to Party City Pleasanton to get some balloons. The checkout line was a mile long and there was one person serving. I got in line to pay for a balloon bouquet. I was served by a man (dark hair) who was very rude and short with me. After paying for the balloons I was told my balloons would take 20 mins to blow up (which is fine). I came back later and said I was 3 balloons short. I asked if I lined up again and paid for the 3 short could he blow them up for me to add to the bouquet. He rolled his eyes at me and huffed and said FINE! SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL! Its not like he was doing me a favor and giving it to me for free! I am a paying customer! If you don;t need the business that is fine I will shop elsewhere! I get that they are busy but a little politeness to your PAYING customers goes along way! I left without the extra balloons and will never shop there again! I called the store to tell the manager that her staff need to exercise a little customer service but was left on hold for 20 mins and then I hung up! They are obviously too busy to care!

Brought 30 plus balloons and left to pick up the following late afternoon with helium for an event. Upon arrival they disputed that I had placed this order. I produced my proof with receipt and was still rudely dealt with and did not receive an apology for their mistake. After that was figured out, continued to wait another 50 minutes until ready due to salesperson stopping and joining other cashiers to checkout customers. Had to insist on them completing my order due to my event is starting in 20 minutes and that I had brought my order the day before to avoid a long wait. This also happened the prior year. I thought it was a one time issue but they proved me wrong. Will take business elsewhere.

Zero stars!!! Really bad customer service. My balloon order was not ready when I got to the store an hour after pickup time & they send me home with a flat mylar balloon after I ordered balloons with high float.They had messed up! They apparently made the order ready two days early but nobody told me what happened or even apologized to me for the mix up & the wait. I ended up waiting in the store for 40 minutes, had to select all the balloons all over again as they had no idea what I had ordered (the colors of the latex balloons or the type of mylar balloons). To make matters worse, after I reach home I find out one of the balloons was flat and all this after I ordered balloons with high float. Such curt associates overall and really bad customer service. They dont even bother to say sorry even once for messing up my order or even making me wait 40 minutes and making me late for the birthday party I was organizing.

Horrible customer service.The manager (Jennifer) she was absolutely rude the computer shut down and she got super mad than a least she mention the F word like 3 times. We were a total of 4 customers left in the store and we all got to experience the horrible attitude she was given us.Hopefully you guys do something about it because now you lose 4 customer, who knows tomorrow how many more.
