Pilot Doors installed a storage facility in the basement of our office building, we store all sorts of things down there, from documents to marketing supplies. They look very nice, theyre easy to operate and theyre secure, we definitely trust that our things will be safe while storing them in these storage units. I would highly recommend Pilot Door Systems.

The people at Pilot door systems have been fantastic. I had three 10x10 commercial doors placed on a pole barn (that I had built by a contractor), and the door quality was very good. HOWEVER, the installation was initially poor (it wasnt a Pilot employee but a contractor) and I was not happy with it. When I got a hold of Nick Henrie at Pilot door systems he arranged to have the Pilot QC Guy come out and look at them - and Im about 70 mi away from their plant. Nick Henrie was a very good communicator and I never felt like I was being ignored. Shortly after that QC visit they had the contractor and the Pilot quality control guy come out together and completely revamp my doors. Now they work and look flawless. I am very happy. Highly recommended; customer service is great, quality is great, no issues, no concerns. If I did another build sometime I would use them again!

I had heard about this company and their metal doors through an associate of mine. I contacted the company and within a week the owner himself came out to measure the door opening to a shed that I had built! He was very thoughtful of my needs and patient of my lack of metal door knowledge. In an extremely professional (and friendly) manner, he measured the opening, explained how the Pilot doors were constructed, how they work and all the details behind the mechanics of the door. He also offered some suggestions concerning the door and my shed that proved to be helpful in my decision making. The next week the door was installed. It looks awesome and works beautifully!!!!!!! And at a great price! I would highly recommend this company! If youre looking for a great door at a reasonable price... give them a try!

I purchased Pilot Door Systems mini storage roll up doors as part of a building package. When my crew had finished installing the 22 doors, we couldn’t get the tension on one of them to adjust, so we took pictures of the door components thinking something was wrong. Nick confirmed that it was a manufacturing error and drove the 100+ miles to correct the problem. While he was here, he went through the tensioning adjustment procedure with me and then adjusted all the doors in the units since I had a leg injury an couldn’t! It is very refreshing to find a company that stands behind their product and provides such good customer service. I’ll be using them again in the future!

Do you want to work for a company that care about you as an employee, follows through on promises, and gives good benefits? Are you looking for steady raises or a owner that knows you by name?If you answered yes to ANY of these questions then run, run far. This is the worst place to work and stay away. Information was kept from us while on the job, raises were NEVER given out (they always want more).They have a stupid system where if you are late by 1 min you get a dollar an hour taken out of your paycheck for the week. Just an excuse to say they pay us more but they dont. They offer the worst medical insurance money can buy (I was told they cover coughs and not much else by the supervisor).Customers stay away too. There are several time product went out bad because no supervisor checked to see if they were up to standard. Several time customers came to pick up doors that had 30 min of work left on them because management never let us know. The straps that hold on doors may as well not be there and several times doors fell off and we were told to just ship them out with out looking at them for damage.

As a customer of Pilot Door for over 8 years now, I have found only excellent quality in the many doors I have ordered for my shed customers. They are always on time and look great. Thanks!!
