Worst of the worst... Selling used cars with bad tires and breaks and a warranty that dont cover any of it... Bought a vehicle in July and had get new breakpads and rotors and 4 new tires in September.. Dont react to email calls ect. Also finance dep nailed us with a 620 credit score with 22.9% interest rate... Same as ubersox was new name still same. Shady methods..... Ryan pierce chuck Markus and Brian popp are all ruthless people that lie and make promises and only out for their profits to fill their pockets...Be aware get your vehicle checked from 3rd party inspection before signing...

I had a FWD and Antilock light. The service department had me bring my vehicle over and promptly had a mechanic diagnose and update the vehicles computer. Very good customer service.

They dont show u vehicles and put in what they want and payments of $600 a month

My husband and I went shopping for cars not really sure what we were wanting. We wanted to test drive a few different styles, with no intention of purchasing at that time. We decided to stop into Ubersox Platteville, Wi to see what they had. My husband stopped in to tell them there were a couple we would like to look at and Sam (one of the salesmen) was eager to help us. He was very pleasant at first and was able to get a couple of vehicles for us to test out. After driving a couple, we went into the sales room to discuss our options. As we were sitting there, we were told that it would be no problem for us to take one we liked home to drive a day or two to decide if we wanted to buy it, and that if that wasnt the right one, we would be able to take another home for a day or so to try that one. I was highly leaning towards taking one home to try. Sam came back and continued to be very nice and was talking about getting us into a car that day. I told him that I was not an impulsive person and really needed to think about it before I bought anything. His whole demeanor changed as soon as I said we wouldnt be buying that day. I stated that I would like to take one home to test drive for a day or two like he had offered, but now it seemed as though that offer was no longer acceptable by his reaction to me saying that. I felt like since we werent buying that day, that we were somehow less of a customer. He was getting stuff set for us to test the vehicle for a couple days and realized that someone had taken said vehicle for a parts run. He was obviously upset and annoyed that someone had taken the vehicle without checking with anyone first. There was also a call to the Shimmer building that sounded less than pleasant in which he hung up on the person on the other line, and said B*#%H! Then went on to tell us how he couldnt stand the person on the other end of the phone. While we waited for the vehicle to return, I apologized again for being a pain having test drove several vehicles. He then started telling us oh this is nothing, I have a lady right now..... and went on telling us how he was dealing with a pain customer who took a vehicle home to test drive the night before and decided it wasnt for her, but how she was horrible to deal with, and she didnt want to return the vehicle until after work the following day. I knew exactly who he was talking about as soon as he started talking because my friend/coworker had also been down there looking at vehicles, and I went and looked at the vehicle she brought to work that day. I helped her decide that it wasnt the right car for her. I was so appalled at how he could sit there and talk poorly about another customer, who just so happened to be my right hand at work. Unbelievable! We ended up deciding not to buy from there, returned the borrowed vehicle and told them there was nothing they could do to change our minds as it was the service that drove us away. I also informed my coworker about what he had said, and that she also shouldn’t do business there.On a happy note, This situation drove me to do some review searches where I found Les Mack in Lancaster. I found a great looking vehicle online and went to test drive it. I am so happy that I went elsewhere, Dusty at Les Mack was AMAZING to work with, no slime involved! And Troy the finance manager was honest, fun to work with, with no schemes involved.I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else, but if you are looking for some great Customer service that isnt contingent on a sale, I HIGHLY recommend Les Mack!!!!!

If you are looking for a quality dealership that will treat you right after making such a large purchase, I would keep looking. This place only cares about making a one time sale and thats it. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
