I thought the staff helping me were very knowledgeable and nice. Jonathan helped me a out a lot, and had excellent customer service with me. Rene also helped out, and together got me a wonderful deal and a great phone! He also helped me out last time I visited the store and was very helpful.. I highly recommend their store and think they make a great team helping anyone who desires the Verizon products they sell!

My wife and I recently had to upgrade our cell phones. We went in with expectations of buying the Google Pixel 2. Daniel, the Verizon customer representative helped and within an hour we were out the door, with all three colors to choose from! Awesome customer service during black Friday.

AJ was Awesome! AJ fixed my account problems in 10 minutes. Something Verizon customer service could not do after 2 hours on the phone.Absolutely excellent. AJ is The Man.

I had a very difficult time transferring my phone account and data to my new Samsung Galaxy 8. Brittany and Ryan went absolutely above and beyond to help me with all my wireless needs. I now have a brand new phone with a great case, car charger, and free tablet for an amazing price. I want to thank them for making the whole process seem effortless, they really know what theyre doing!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!This place is the absolute worst... I walked in and the 2 people that were in there were on their phones and one of them decided to finish his text before he was able to help me .. which didnt take long, But still totally unprofessional. not only that but the phones that they had in there are demo phones In other words its not an actual phone its just a Paperweight long story short waste of my time! going to a better store

I have been a verizon customer for over 11 years. This is by far the best verizon location I have ever visited. I have been to several Verizon locations in Ohio as well as on both coasts of Florida. The gentlemen that work at this location do whatever they can to solve your problem. They are always extremely nice and helpful. When they are not able to give you everything you hoped for, you never leave irritated because you know they did their best to help and are always amazingly nice.

Very disappointed with Verizon again they were trying to sell me a SIM card for $10 that I could buy one at Straight Talk for $1And they also wanted to Jack my plan up to $55 a month when its supposed to be on a $35 a month plan.In less than 30 days Im going to switch back over to Straight Talk because of Verizon is no longer my favorite

We live in Ft. Myers but drove to Plantation just so we can work with Gio the Store Manager. Gio is a very honest, patient, knowledgeable person; he doesnt pressure you to get the most expensive device / package just gives you pros & cons. He doesnt rush instead takes his time to answer any questions and also shows the different things your device does. I strongly recommend this location and working with Gio. :)

The entire store and staff is distasteful. I hated working here, The treatment was despicable and completely unfair. The manager Brittany Jackson constantly complained about the fact she hated working with woman and that shed rather work with men. My hours were being reduced purposely. Customers constantly complained about her but they were shoved to the side. Every customer that walks in she told me she sees as a dollar sign and that my job wasnt to help but to sell. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.

Have shopped at this location over the years, but have had 2 recent very bad experiences:1) Purchased a new LG V20 phone last week. The salesman advised me that the phone needed a wireless charger, which he sold me for $69.99. After 3 days of trying to charge the phone, I went back to the store. The salesman said Oops, my fault. This model cant be charged with a wireless charger. You have to use battery or cable. Sorry. When I asked him if I could return the charger he said yes - but only if I still had the original packaging, so they could resell it. Of course, the packaging had been discarded, so I was out $70! I didnt make an issue at the time.2) Scheduled update was done on the phone late last night (10/13). When I picked up the phone this morning, a password appeared on the screen. I have never used a password on any cell phone. I tried every password that I might have stored in the phone with an app - but none were recognized...so my thinking is that this was installed sometime during the update. I rushed to the store, where the manager, a young woman, was arrogant and argumentative... kept suggesting that this must have been something I mistakenly did (in my sleep?). Now the only way to remove the password was to completely reset the phone...meaning that I now have to find, organize and reset all the files and folders on the phone. She seemed annoyed she was having to link all the files to the phone for the reset. I also mentioned the fact that I still had a problem with the fact that I had been mistakenly sold a wireless charger I didnt need, but couldnt return without the original packaging! She was defensive and argumentative...kept insisting that they didnt have to accept the return without the packaging...because they couldnt resell it. When I reminded her that this was the salesmans mistake, not mine, she became hostile and defensive and announced that she wasnt going to argue with me all day.Ive purchased several phones at this store, and have been a Verizon customer for years...but will be looking for a new wireless service, and will certainly not revisit the GoWireess store in Jacaranda Plaza on Pine Island Rd.

The manager of this store needs to be re-trained in customer service. Thank goodness for AJ. He was a fantastic help. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to get you what you want. We will always reccomend AJ to anyone needing a phone or service. Thanks again AJ.

We went here to get a sim card to add a line to the business account. Brittany was very rude and unhelpful. We ended up leaving for another location. This store is not a good representation for Verizon. If we hadnt been needing to ad to a business account thru Verizon, we might have gone to a different cell provider.

Dont bring your factory unlocked fun in. They will tell you its not compatible even though it is, and the Verizon website says it is. Do it online at the Verizon website instead. I had this same experience at two different stores with two different phones. The staff was friendly, but not helpful.
