Stop I came to this dealership because they had the vehicle that I wanted in stock. I spoke to him over the phone and explain to them my financial situation which they informed me that I was all set to go all I need to do is come down and sign for the car and pay my $1,000 down payment and were done. When I went down and after spending four hours there just to find out it was a bait-and-switch and that they really wanted $5,000 down instead of $1,000 down and the payments got jacked up to almost double these people are total frauds and I wont spend a dime here

Oil change and other repair OK. They had car for 5 days and could not repair special door locks except for a very high price. It looks like those locks will forever be broken.

Sandra was very helpful, & well versed in her products, & most importantly did not pressure us at all. An all around pleasant experience.

Nice shop, but they were wrong about my raditor. I needed a new coolant resevoir. Since I got a new radiator last year, I knew my radiator was not the problem. This is pretty sad for a dealership.

I did not have a good experience. I had made an appointment to have an oil change for 7:00 am this morning. I showed up 15 minutes early had had to wait on the street because they had a chain across the entrance so nobody could park in the lot. I was one of many that had to wait on the street. Now bear in mind that my appointment was for seven am sharp.They did not lower the chain until seven oclock to let people in.After I got in and parked I went to the service department offices to report in for my appointment but the doors were locked. After a few minutes we could see one person at a desk but still doors were not unlocked.In my opinion if they were running late they could have opened a door briefly to let the crowd know that they were running late.It wasnt until 7:10 until they unlocked the doors.In my opinion if you are not going to open until 7:10 or later you should not make appointments until then.If you do use this Chevy service department do not expect good customer service.This was my second time here and pretty much the same thing occured but I waited that time.I will not give them a third chance!

Nelson Valenzuela is an exceptional service advisor. Our low mileage 2009 Honda Odyssey Touring Van required $2,400 worth of work - timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, AC recharge, alternator, radiator, coolant. The work was done on time at a fair price. Rich Boyd is excellent at providing shuttle service. We should get another 85,000 miles of driving pleasure without having to spend $55,000 on a new comparably equipped van.

Bought a new car here. The normal stress of buying a car is not at this place. They were very nice to us. Didnt take long to finish the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Would have given them 5 stars had they taken my initial offer.

Although the staff is helpful, I fear there are some serious underlying problems. The first time I visited was for a piece that was missing from my trunk which the parts department was able assist me with until resolution. The second time I visited was for assistance in determining the location of my cabin air filter (unfortunately there is no location mentioned in the manual - bad on Chevrolet). The parts department could not locate the cabin air filter in the computer schematics. I could only find it on YouTube. After Winter Chevrolet worked on my steering column my car developed a noise in the center vent of my dashboard. I ask the service advisor if it should be making any noises and he said that it can be corrected. I know that the mechanics sometimes need to see where the noise is originating so I asked the service advisor if may stay and show it to the mechanic. The service advisor assured me that he will relay the information and I left. They worked on my door speaker instead and said that it was corrected - it was not corrected. The second time I made an audio recording so the service advisor could hear the clicking that I hear. They worked on the passenger side vent and said it was corrected - not. The third time back, I showed the service advisor a video I made(with audio) so that he would know that I am not reporting a phantom noise and take it seriously. They said they worked on the center of my dash, as I drove away I could hear the noise.The first time a person gets into my car they ask me where that noise is coming from. This is before I mention it. As of 5/21/19, I put a small piece of paper between two pieces of plastic in the vent - no more clicking.Except when I go to the parts department, each time I have visited, Winter Chevrolet has required me to leave my car with them all day long whether it be for an oil change or to stop a piece of plastic from clicking in my dashboard vent. The coupons and other written materials they mail, have typos.Its a shame, I really wanted to support them - they are local, are a pillar in the community and they support a lot of the causes that I do. I no longer trust them with my car. :-(

No staff available on the lot or inside. There was a guy at the parts counter busy. Looked like the lot was full of used cars. If you want this girls money you have to act like it.

I really appreciate the amazing customer service I get while getting my car serviced at Winter Honda. There has never been a time when Ive gone in for any auto service and they have not been highly professional, informative, & gone the extra mile if you will. Today was no different. Only reason they didnt earn five stars is because, for some reason, they said they couldnt figure out why my phone wasnt connecting to my cars bluetooth system. Its one of the main reasons I purchased the car I did, and from them, and suddenly its no longer working. They implied that it was probably an update that the car needed, but they just didnt know when Honda might come out with it. Frustrated am I? Yes! But my car still looks gorgeous and runs beautifully, but my favorite part of the car isnt working and they dont know when it will, again. Ugh!😔😓

Service writers dont communicate with technicians. Prices are double Lehmers Buick in Concord. My car didnt make it the 5 miles to my house and it broke down. Not because of what they fixed but because of something else that they said I had time to fix. Not happy with their service at all or their prices

Well I just I took my car for service.

I visited the parts department they are reasonable, but the service writer charge my wife $255.00 to install a part that took me 5 minutes to install and cost me $36.00.

Can I say my car or my friends car came in December for some repair work that was covered by the insurance didnt got the car back and the mechanics worked on it without covering the seats greasy tools left on the seats pulled out the passenger seat when they did they damage the rocker panel on the passenger door came back in to be repaired went to pick it up it said it was done open the passenger door and theyre the same dent and theres just a nightmare absolute nightmare and just Shuffle around between the mechanic
