Helpful employees MOST of the time.This trip I was picking up an order. The store had moved where you pick up orders, but there wasnt a sign to tell you that. I had to go to the old location in the store and was told where the new location was.Went to the new location, no one was there. Went back to the old location and told them no one was there - they paged the person.Went back to new location, still no one. Then another employee was walking out from the back area, seen me and leaned into the back and stated You have a pickup out here. A minute later he came out.I got my order but it took so long that the Uber that was waiting left. So I had to call (and wait) for a new driver. Not only did the trip home cost me more money, I also lost the money I had already paid the first driver for my return trip.I guess the order pickup person didnt hear the page or ignored it.

2 hour wait is ridiculous if the product is in the store. I show up an hour after purchase and I’m told “sorry you need to wait” for what!? There is no one in line, the store itself isn’t even busy. You telling me You can’t just go grab what I bought since I’m already here? Foh

Toni provided excellent service for me today. They had refunded 5 of my 6 online order items, but she was able to find the missing items for me and I was able to complete the project I was working on.

Target has a problem paying there employees pay checks . Should you experience this problem as well contact the state of California labor board to hold the accountable . I have reached out to corporate so many times don’t waste your time go straight to the labor board and file !

I like this store because I can get almost anything I need. From bras to baby food. The food section isnt real big but its helpful. The cashiers are always nice and I can find help when needed.My only complaint is the is NOT enough handicap parking.

Pittsburg location they don’t greet you but yet they watch you leave like you were born to steal everything is locked up you gotta push the need help bottom and wait for 10/15 mins for someone to grab what you need watch them walk it to the front for you to wait in another line they worst than Walmart checking receipts

Target typically has what I am looking for and styles are usually great! When someone says they are looking for something, I tend to know whether Target carries it, and which location might have the largest selection, as if something is important enough the drive becomes worthwhile. I am giving 4 stars because during my last visit literally every employee with whom I came into contact was rude..thankfully that is quite uncommon.

I only went here to use the atm. When I approached the atm, a basket was blocking it. The gentleman behind the counter expeditiously came out to remove it so I could use the atm. I really appreciated him reacting to the situation before I had to say something, or even move it myself. Im sorry I didnt get his name.

It was close to my grandpa place and so we decided to try a different Walmart than the one we usually use Richmond Ca store.

I always enjoy going to this location. Not only is it close to my home but I’m always able to find what I need and if I can’t find anything the team members always do what they can to help me out. I like how no matter what they help out with a smile on their face.

I appreciate all of the safety measures in place during the shopping experience.

Bait and switch. False advertising I ordered item it said in stock 11 ish and later I was sent email told it was sold out. Drove 20 miles in hour traffic from pleasant hill to Martinez to find out google hub was in stock was only sold 15 minutes at around 6 o’clock. My kids saved every penny all year to get this as a Christmas gift for their mom. Staff and management either didn’t care for online order or are just are incompetent. Make this right ASAP

Prompt customer service

I live in a different city and this target let someone use my card to make a purchase. I called 3 times to speak to the manager and each time they direct me to someone else. No one has been able to help me with this fraudulent activity and I hope everyone is careful with their business at this location.

I had called ahead to have them hold some large bins for a camping trip that were online & only available at the Pittsburg store. As soon as I went to Customer Service, Gradisha was working to get the bins brought from the back. She was very friendly & helpful. She held the bins at customer service while I did the rest of my shopping. I just wanted to commend Gradisha for being such an awesome help to me. Im sure she is the same with others as well.

Store is clean and orderly. Cashier was quick but kind.

Employees here are always nice, store is clean and organized. Items usually in stock and has basicly anything you need. They had remodeled it a while back but didnt add the fresh foods at this one like they have at the other target in Antioch which is disappointing. Also there is no self check out at this one. Probably due to the crime in the area it would be too much to have a self check out they would have to have someone monitoring it at all times. This target also does not have a starbucks like others in the area.

Not my most favorite Target in a 50 mile radius, but this Target has a lot of good items in stock. From Keurig K-cups, to back to school planners, to newly released DVDs, and kickass clearance hauls - this Target has it all.One con is that the Dollar Spot is ALWAYS in disarray whenever I visit this particular Target.I had one of the best cashiers ever. She was genuinely nice and she sung while she rang up customers. Her joy was palpable and contagious.

Dirty store and the close the food court anytime they want apparently. Can not find anything in this store everything is mixed together. The food court suppose to close at 9 and the girl wanted to go home early so they closed at 5pm. Will never come back to this store the managers need to do their job.Update asked about the cafe being closed and why its so dirty they said they only have 1 person who works the food and the store is dirty because the management want their bonus so they dont use many hours. Horrible place.

It was fast abuse easy

The cashier never said a word to us. She was texting on her phone that she was hinding in the drawer in the register. She didn’t even had us our receipt. She just held it out even though my husband who was paying was stand in the opposite direction. Horrible cashier, Fire her now and put her out of her misery because she obviously done working at target.

Hands down the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen at a Target. Holy cow.

Verry verry unplesant i called inquiering about speaking to a manager and not only did the call just unexpectedly hang up on my after waiting 3 mins on hold they wouldnt answer the phone after that i called 12 times then tryed a roommates phone they picked up on the first call but then put me on hold where im still waiting 15 mins and counting this is sapose to be a busines and they cant even answer a phone or transfer u without a hassle this expiryance leaves me to beleave that traind monkeys could do a better job and would not wish to shop at a store that show such little respect for there custermers

I have gone to many Targets stores and this is the dirty, unstocked, and unorganized place. Products were missed placed. Items were not stocked. The store looked run down. Very disappointed.
