I love this grocery store - I mean they have a bar….do I have to say anything else?Oh and their cheese selection is damn good

Glad to see the Sports Bar section back open. There is something a bit surreal about having your HT sub while having a glass of wine in the middle of the supermarket. They have the best deli selections in the area, even Taylor Ham and of course Boars Head products.

Pharmacy is horribly managed - wont call you when certain drugs have to be ordered or if they dont have it. Yesterday I was told it would be ready today at 12. When I arrived at 1 they stated they would have it ready after 5. That was no issue because I understand that it gets busy but I came in around 5:40 PM and was told that they actually didnt receive it. My Dr. office is closed and since my prescription is a controlled substance I cannot get it transferred. I will not be able to get it until Monday.

Love Harris Teeter - always helpful - competitive prices, excellent produce, meats & deli. Good sales with EVIC- can find anything youre shopping for.

Harris Teeter Pinecroft management came through. We ordered a couple dozen lobsters for a large dinner party. For whatever reasons, the jobber did not deliver them in enough time and they would not be until days after the party. The managers got together and proposed a very satisfactory solution and the party will go ahead tomorrow as planned albeit with slightly different menu. A call out to HT for their rescuing our event.

Im picky with meats, so I personally didnt care for certain types of meat they had, but everything else was amazing. And best place to get allergy based foods for kids or adults with allergies. !!!! Would absolutely recommend getting groceries from Harris teeter!!

I always find it to be a pleasant experience. The express lane is my absolute favorite thing and the ladies who deal with my orders are always so sweet.

Great selection, produce, meat, beer/wine bar and more but the prices are very high. I like the weekly specials, see picture. Wish they put the specials somewhere on the web site.

Dont like theres Too many aisles to try to find something..the smoothie bar dessert employees were great..fresh cut meat employee was very friendly n helpful..florist n wine tasting employees were very friendly n helpful...the roast beef section where u can order plates were not friendly..acted as if I was bothering them with questions..plus a man asked for a bigger to go box for the bar. He ended up having to ask smoothie bar cuz they never got him one

Store was busy with no Covid-19 precautions observed. With the double rows it is hard to find things when you are not just looking around. Freezer section had a leak so the floor was wet/slippery. Just putting a sign out doesnt keep folks from slipping.

Well stocked, clean, nice layout, fresh produce. Customer service and employees are helpful. Found everything quickly. Reasonable prices and good deals.

Expired Perishable food is always found in the refrigerated section. I have complained for 3 years now that they do not rotate stock properly.

I needed to pick up some steak for dinner and I wanted to give a compliment to Mackenzie (which I’m sure I am spelling wrong). He immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out. He was friendly and had several positive recommendations when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. He is exactly the kind of person to be dealing with customers relations and was definitely a professional and helpful representative of your company’s team.

They did not call my Dr. to renew a regular med. Now I have to call and will be a week late on a heart med. Not happy! WalMart was better organized.

I have found a grocer where you can find almost anything. I also got my Tweeter card, it offers savings, discounted fuel, and actual store credits.

Its Thursday & Im back at *Harris Teeter* Pinehurst, for their delicious *Prime Rib Dinner* $14.99 and a few things! 😉 Because Tuesday after errands, I was on way home to Carthage, so I stopped at the Pinehurst *Harris Teeters* for a few things I needed! Its a huge Store, everyone is curtious & helpful finding things! They have a large Deli, great Bakery deserts & fabulous Seafood Department! Also, a beautiful flower department! A Staff Lady was unpacking beautiful Orchids, near a free standing stainless unit, so I asked about the gorgeous orchids! She was very helpful & also informed me, every Thursday the *Pinehurst Store* would have the Prime Rib Dinner I loved! I enjoy shop a this Location whenever possible, specially Thursdays and its also Senior Day! 😊

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have ordered online through Harris Teeter Express Lane weekly and in the past three months, they have absolutely screwed up my order on several occasions. They failed to accurately substitute produce items.One preposterous time, we ordered pumpkin spice creamer and they substituted it with pumpkin pie spices. SPICES! When I explained this issue to the manager, I witnessed her jaw literally drop.And They don’t even substitute my sixth bottle of wine, so I only receive five bottles and have to pay full price for each (if you buy six, you receive a ten % discount on all).And just yesterday I ordered my weekly grocery list at 10AM with a 4PM pickup. They never informed me of the order’s completion and never called to state any issue. So I went at 6PM and was told they hadn’t even started my order and that it would be at least another hour to fill it. Because I have kids, I couldn’t wait another hour and had to come again today, and today they failed to substitute anything nor did they call and ask if any substitutions were acceptable.I’m frankly fed up with the incompetence of management at this store. Sure, they’ve made feeble attempts to explain their staff was reinformed and retrained and every single time, they claim they’ve called me to inform me of issues. Each time (four times now) I’ve spoken with the manger who confirmed that my number was right in their system. My family and I will no longer be shopping at this store and will seek patronage elsewhere.

Great friendly service. My only complaint would be, after I finished refueling. I returned to the cashier to get my change and receipt and the cashier was bent over back turned texting on her cell phone had to wait an extra three minutes while she finished what she was doing???!!!

I do a lot of shopping in Harris Teeter and it is a great store. However I will never order a party tray again. It was not customized to what I wanted like it says they will do. People at my party hardly touched it. $45.00 down the drain!! Very unhappy !! Kathy

There is one thing I absolutely hate about Harris teeter… they will not honor prices from anywhere. When you ask they look at you with discus and like you have two heads… they price gouge bad…

Wonderful store with so much to offer. Fresh produce, organic foods, homemade pizza, and extensive food bars ( before Covid.) The store is very clean and beautifully set up. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the lines to check out are very long. As far as I know there is no express line, so wait time is long. More staff needed on the registers! Next time in your lunch break ORDER SUBS FROM THE DELI!!!!!They make the ABSOLUTE BEST subs ever!!!!Clean with great selections to choose from. A little pricey but worth it. Employees are friendly.

I use the Harris Teeter app to order my groceries and pick them up in the Express Lane Drive Thru. They do a great job shopping for you. On the app you can give the personal shopper special instructions for a product. The app lets you designate No Substitution. A 1 year subscription for this was $100. Or you can pay as you go for $5 a trip. I am a very happy customer.

Weve all gotta do one thing before we leave the store - check out. So why...why does a store have 12 (or so) registers with only three open??? And then, so you dont have to stand wait, youre forced to do your own self check out. Pay attention up front, folks. Youre certainly not lacking in employees. Nothing in a grocery store is more frustrating than that.

I was just passing through lol but, everything was well and all about this store to me except I personally felt like the prices were a lil stupendously high. I love this Harris Teeter! It is HUGE inside and laid out well. There is so much to choose from! Ive never been in an HT this size and it is amazing. All of the staff Ive encountered so far, has been very friendly and the store is very clean. The sushi is great and so are the hot bars and salad bar when they were open (closed right now from the pandemic).

Ordered 2 pizzas, they were done to perfection and delicious as always.

Great selection but customer service on the floor is terrible. Every time I’ve come in and asked where something is or if there is more expected to arrive, I usually get the laziest answer possible or have to find the item myself. And now as I am searching for a specific pie that they are currently loading into the cases, not one of the three people unloading stuff will get one for me and I’m not allowed to move any of the boxes myself to get to the one pie I need. And not a single one of them has deliberately worked towards the area where the pies is, rather choosing to work around it

I like getting certain things from Harris Teeter because no other stores carry the items. But they are pricey
