Delivery schedules are kind of whacknfor being located in such a big city. They need to have a driver do one off deliveries throughout the city and throughout the week. Catalog online is terrible and do not do online orders. Have to fax them in or call the order in line by line. That being said the staff over the phone are really nice and patient as they have to navigate between their east coast and west coast catalog. If you do a will call pickup, bring a book, as you usually wait for quite some time

This place is big but it is understaffed. I waited way too long for a will call order that was already ready but no one came up to me and helped me out. There was 1 guy pulling all the will call orders so you have to wait till he is done with everyone else to get the order you called in even though yours is ready and his is still being pulled.

I like this place first come first serve, you go in and out right away, Customer service is really good

New minimum order policy discriminates those boutique stores for which first source only has one or two items needed. Not practice to store $250 of one item.

Repeatedly fails to deliver on schedule.The, Cust Service staff is not able to resolve the prob. This is how they say; admits that they are sorry, but their warehouse is the problem, and CS cant do anything, and accounting is the problem and also cant do anything. bla bla...My experience with this distributor is a negative one.

Making a delivery and I got here on time for 11am appt and I am still here door was closed and it is going on 5pm... Im a local driver. I can only imagine how bad this is from otr drivers.
