Good use of space and everyone was wearing masks last time I went. Wish they had more of the things they appear to have though; last few times Ive been I found something I wanted only to be told they didnt actually have it.Would also really appreciate higher quality action figures being stocked.

I bought a ps4 from here and it came to me broken. So per usual I returned it, they gave me issues about returning it. And then said I couldn’t return it because it was past the date but it was past the date Bc they wouldn’t take it back the first few times I brought it in.Then I sent it back and waited months for a new one and still never received the replacement ps4. So they sent me a refund on a gift card and told me if I brought it into the store I could get the cash. I went in today to get the cash and the employee told me I could not. Which is not what the people above them had told me.All in all will never shop at GameStop ever again.

Stopped at the door and asked if my son and I had masks. I responded No and proceeded into the store. The worker, responded We require you to wear masks in the store. This is the same worker who I had seen before the store opened that day walking in the store without a mask on. So my son and I put our shirt above our nose and mouth to cover our nose and mouth since we did not have any masks, there is no city or state mask mandates. The worker replied, That doesnt cut it. You have to wear a mask, even though there were numerous customers wearing handmade masks.My children have bought, sold, and traded games from this store for the past 5 years. We will not be returning. The worker, I understand is just doing what corporate or the owner wants, so no foul on him. However, I have had enough, customers have had enough of these policies. The Walmart next to this store doesnt require them and neither should game stop.

Always love the atmosphere and nostalgia of this store. And the workers are always happy to help!

Best Gamestop to go to!

Hands down best GameStop within 100 miles, friendliest staff, great atmosphere, and great prices. No matter what problems I have or item I need, the staff will always go out of their way to make sure it’s right! I wish I could give 10/5 stars rating!

It had what I wanted in stock, but the shelves are messy and the game wasnt on display, despite only being 4 months old and full price.

This GameStop is one of the better ones I have visited. The worker was attentive and talkative with his customers. He really fostered a nice environment and answers everyones questions. Obviously, this is hit or miss based on who might be working that day. In any event, it is good to see they have awesome employees. 4 star because of GameStops poorly priced games. Pre owned games that are 4 years old should not be priced at 50 dollars.

Friendly and helpful staff!

I love this GameStop. The staff is great. I shop for all 6 of my grandkids here but they are so on point for my youngest who has autism and has triggers that can cause problems. They QA games for him and help us carefully choose his stuff. Its great having people you can trust.

One of the smaller locations, so the selection isnt really there on collectables and whatnot, but the staff is always super nice and helpful. Only once in the past few years did I get some shady action from an employee who sold an item out from under me to a friend of theirs, while I had it on the counter.Other than that - its a decent location.

Chris at GameStop is a great dude. He is the reason for the 5 start review. As I base GameStop on there customer service and his is awesome.

Everything priced too high. Games that had been bought only weeks before for xbox one were given a value of $1 each for trade value!! Highway robbery. Best to buy and sell from CL rather than being robbed outright.

Always happy to help whether youre a game geek or dont know anything about games. Staff is very friendly and want to help. Game selection may not be as good as at a bigger GameStop, but the customer service makes it very home.

My Son loves shopping here. I find it to be a very small store which leads it to be over packed and uncomfortable to walk around a browse. Also some items are over priced imo.

Friendly service, and geat knowledge of products. Had a guy sell me KH3, he knew I had an Xbox One. Rung me up for KH3 preorder for an Xbox One... Sells me KH3 Deluxe for PS4. Had to get a refund.

Called and said my pre ordered game was in but when i got to the store apparently i cant get until 8pm. So why call me a week ago?
