Im doing a irrigation drip system for my father in law and this place had everything, not expensive at all. I would definitely recommend any body to come here for your garden needs.

Called to place an order and was directed to the counter sales, four minutes on hold and the secretary apologized for the wait and paged them again. Four minutes later and the secretary again apologized and tried a different department. After 14 minutes on hold I hung up. This was only my second experience with the store but will be my last. If you’re busy and can’t answer the phones take a message and say we’ll call you back. 14 minutes on hold is ridiculous.

Very helpful without question. Their prices can be a bit high sometimes but for the most part you can expect a good deal

Amazing customer service!

Over half a dozen dudes behind the counter (and only 1 other customer in the store) and none of them were willing to put in even the smallest amount of effort to help me work through what fittings I needed to buy to create a drip irrigation system. They just put their hands in the air and told me the only dude who apparently knows anything about anything was off that day. Glad I drove almost an hour round-trip and wasted the coolest part of the day on that helpful service. Guess Ill figure it out on my own and buy what I need on Amazon.

Guys were super helpful as I knew very little about sprinkler systems. Helped me come up with what I needed and even worked out delivery for some of the materials. Would go back in a heartbeat, thanks guys

STAY AWAY!! I had these clowns design a sprinkler system for me. They put together a parts list with all the items they said i needed. I paid them 550.00 for their efforts and the parts. I installed the system last week and found they sold me around 150.00 worth of parts i didnt need. Including some copper pipe. I went to return the unused parts and they will not return the copper. When i explained that the only reason i bought it was because they told me it was necessary, the manager became incredibly rude, raised his voice and spoke over me the whole time. BEWARE: Once they get your money they no longer care about the customer or customer service. I will tell everyone I come into contact with about this horrible experience!

These guys are about the least helpful when it comes to customer service... Went in with questions regarding supplies I would need for a design I already had put together, they essentially refused to help me. So I said thanks anyway Im going to home depot then.

Just got here at 11:55 on Saturday, was near impossible getting into the parking lot due to the very small amount of parking space in the front of this business. Walked up to the door at 11:58 and it was locked with a man holding it and knocking on the window as if to tell us that they are closed two minutes early on Saturday. Couldn’t even come out Tell us face-to-face.. going to Home Depot now, which is where I should’ve gone in the first place. Bad location, terrible hours, subpar customer service and no pricing on any of their products in the show room
