I love coming here. I know some when it comes to fishing then I talk to the employees and learn so much more. I talked with one of their guys about a trip I was going on and he told me how he would set up a leader and told me about spots to look at. Could not have been more helpful.

Great place to get fly fishing stuff

Had what I was looking for in quality waders. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well see how they function this weekend.I have used them 3 times so far and they functioned perfectly.

Customer service is top notch! Had an issue with an ovris reel after a few outings and the staff went above and beyond to get me fixed up and back out fishing!

My brother bought me a jacket for a little over $400 from orvis. It was too small. I went in there to go exchange it for a small one or something comparable.....I was literally the only person in the store with the exception of 2 employees. They were more interested in being a fascist arm of the cdc Then selling me clothing.....I told them just give me my money back and Ill go to cabelas...They were more than happy to accommodate me.....Orvis, You are a horrible, not because of the mask issue but because There are Businesses struggling and others who have gone out of business who would have Ben more rational and accommodating to keep $450 in their stores.....I predict you will be shutting your doors or at least a lot of your doors within the next year...Good riddance.

Fantastic service and knowledge. Just recently fell in love with fly fishing and this is my go to store! I can ask all the dumb beginner questions and get genuine help without upsale.

We were in Phoenix for the weekend and they happened to have the jacket my husband was looking for. The store is clean and they are extremely friendly. Once we got home we realized the tag and receipt had 2 different prices with us paying more. I called the store and it was taken care of within minutes. I was so glad not to have to drive the 3 hours back up there. We will definitely stop in every time we head to Phoenix.

We love Orvis Dog friendly products. Rapunzel loves the buddy biscuits and comes along to make sure we dont leave without them!

Upscale shop for outdoorsy adults. Excellent quality, selection of clothing for you and coats for your dog too. You wont find leather dog leashes as fine as Orvis at your local big box pet chains. Check out Orvis today.

You know its the top of the line for fly fishing for a chain store. Most the time I like the little fly shops you find near where you are planning to fish.

Helpful knowledgeable staff. Branded clothing, sports wear, fly fishing gear, dog items. Pricing a bit steep on some things, but it is a stand alone specialty store. Good quality brand

Always like going into this place. Wide range of fly fishing gear available. The staff in fly fishing section are very knowledgeable about most aspects of the sport. Lastly, Orvis offers high-end fly fishing equipment. Dont go in expecting to pay any less then 200 for the lowest price rod, 129 for a battenkill reel with adjustable drag. Orvis is one of the most recognizable names in fly fishing. And are top quality.

Stopped in today to get a little more info on fly fishing and go purchase my first rod/ reel combo. Upon entering I was greeted by Mike. Mike was not only friendly, informative, and helpful but made sure I knew what I was doing by the time I left. He went over casting techniques, different flies, types of knots, difference in lines and leader, and different rod and reel combos. Very rarely do you go into a place and feel welcomed as I was. I walked out with a wealth of knowledge, a couple of spots to fish, and the knowing that if I ever have any questions that there is a place that would have my back. Overall, best fishing shop Ive ever stepped in and best customer service, from Mike, that Ive seen in a very long time.

The Nordstrom of sportsmans stores. High quality clothing for moderately proportioned outdoorsman. If you are tall with long limbs good luck finding clothing that fits. They did have XXL sizes for fat men. Everything I tried on made me look like I beat up a smaller person and stole their clothes. Which is what you do in the forest.

I must have picked a bad day. Went into the store to purchase a new fly rod and was completely ignored. There was only three customers in the store and an employee was talking to one of the customer about the quality of clothes . No one even acknowledged we were in the store. The other customer and I tried to help each other. (not an exaggeration) after twenty five minutes in the store without even as much as a hello, we both left.

Nice store for clothing but as a fly fishing store it is minimal would have thought orvis would have more
