Return policy is very poor. In the past I have ordered a number of parts from this company (experiencing no problems). But having to get a refund from them - is very different. You are able to tell the difference from a quality company versus a poor one by the way they handle a return. You shouldnt have to waste time writing numerous e-mails (or google complaint) in order to get your refund.

Ordered some axles. One came next day and the other got hung up in delivery. A week later it finally shows up in a huge box with no padding and of course its damaged. I called several times over the course of a few days and finally got someone on the line. Explained the situation and provided pictures. The guy said yeah its damaged and would send me a return label for exchange. 15 minutes later, I get a label but they are deducting $27 for return shipping. What!? I paid for shipping to get the item and now they are telling me it is my responsibility to pay return shipping? I should have just got the axle locally instead of getting it here to try and save a few bucks. Never going to do business here again.

The true test of any company is when things go wrong. Parts ordered for my 03 Porsche 911 and were needed ASAP. Part came, wrong parts! No way to contact by phone, but those on the internet got my message, found the correct parts and got them to me in two days. Cant ask for more than that and that will bring me back for more. Thank you for all your efforts to take care of this situation!

Ive called several times regarding this issue, but it seems no one at AutohausAZ picks up the phone because after 15 minutes of waiting to speak to a human, you get prompted to leave a message. So today I left a message, but no one returned my call. Go figure... Now I get to go to the hassle of writing a review and wasting even more of my time...On September 3rd, I ordered a remanufactured steering rack for my Z3. The rack I received was not out of a Z3, rather, it came from a run-of-the-mill E36 or E46. The rack AutohausAZ sent turned 3.2 turns lock to lock, not the 2.7 turns that a Z3 does. One would think that a BMW parts specialist would know this. Perhaps this was an honest mistake, I dont know. But when nobody ever picks up the phone it gives me doubts.I completed the online return information and returned the rack on September 13th. FedEx shows that the return was delivered on Thursday, September 16th at 12:15 pm, signed for by LLEON. Almost a week later (its Wednesday evening, September 22nd) and I still have not received the refund to my credit card.As long as were on the topic of refunds to my credit card, the return email I got from AutohausAZ says that they will be returning $490.68 - this is $16.31 less than the $506.99 I was charged. Why the difference? I shouldnt be penalized for AutohausAZ sending the wrong part...

Ordered a radiator fan relay for my Saab back in July. It said it was delivered but I never got it. I reached out and got a timely response and said they would ship another one. It never came so I have tried reaching back out multiple times. I have emailed three separate times, called numerous times and left multiple messages and still have yet to get a response. Very disappointed. Especially for a part that was over 100 dollars.

Love using Autohaus they always have the parts I need and pretty fast shipping, maybe because Im local. Reasonable prices, the only reason for the 1 star less is, their warranty returns is a slow process, I returned my parts over 3 weeks ago waiting for a refund and I have yet to even receive a status update. Bummer

Placed an order for a customers car. Parts wouldn’t get here in time to finish the job so I called up to cancel the order. They picked up quickly, no crazy hold times. Not sure his name but he quickly got it cancelled and refunded with zero headaches. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and will definitely be back for parts soon! Thanks!

I ordered a part which came quickly to my surprise since I live in FL. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part. My car was manufactured in 12- 2003. So I was told to order for a 2004. The part is wrong and I am trying to return it and order the correct part, but I cant get a label to ship this part back! The time is almost up for me to return this part and no one answers the phone at Autohaus. Im really at Witts end!

This is great online shop for parts. Having a Volvo no local shop has the parts I need. They are all special ordered and cost 3 to 4 times more than ordering for this company. They are quick to get back if you have a question or concern and make sure you are taken care off so you get your item quickly. They have a lifelong customer in me.

These guys are real dirtbags. A bunch of thieves. Luckily, I used my dispute process through my credit card provider. They really saved the day. Autohaus sent my order in two shipments. One was a radiator drop shipped from Nissen. The USPS would not deliver it unless I paid them money for postage. Why would I do that? I already paid Autohaus for everything. So I tried calling them over and over and over again and they never answered so I sent it all back and never picked up the Nissen radiator. Now theyre claiming I never sent it back and tried to keep my money even though they could have EASILY looked up the tracking number themselves and seen it was never picked up and returned to Nissen. The rest of the order I sent back via FedEx. Tracking proves that also was returned. I will NEVER buy another thing from these crooks!

Great parts selection, 0 customer service. I mistakenly autofilled my old address for an order shortly after moving. Emailed twice to correct the delivery address (FedEx will not allow changes from the consignee), no response. Called multiple times to be left on hold indefinitely. Even left some messages for a callback and got nothing. I hope the people who bought our old house needed Volvo wiper blades.Update: besides a DM on Instagram telling me the part was already delivered, what can they do about it now, no refund has been given and no resolution has been made here.

ORDER IN LIMBOUPDATE: Id just received the expedited FedEx delivery of the thermostat and other parts. Thank you for making a modification of the original order to only stock items and sending them by expedited FedEx!Background: I’ve been a Autohausaz customer since 2008. I had experienced quick shipments. I had experienced courtesy emails or phone calls on items on backorder with ETA estimates.Problem: On 8/16/21 ordered thermostat with 6 other items and today 8/25/21 (8 business days later) I still have not received shipment.Facts: On 8/20/21, after 4 business days (usually receive parts already) I’ve reviewed my order at Autohaus and it was still showing “Current Status: Processing”. Upon closer examination of the ordered items, one item, a boot crimp clamp, was not “in stock” and shows “Available to Order Usually Ships within 1-2 Business Days”. This status is the same status since 8/16/21, the original order date. I sent an email on 8/23/21 to inquiry about ETA for the crimp clamp. I’d communicated, if the crimp clamp is more than two additional business days to ship, to cancel the item as “it was a nice to have” item and I needed the thermostat to repair a cooling issue! Within an hour, I received a reply that informed me the order is good without any changes and should be shipped out on 8/23/21 and to receive a follow up email with tracking number.Results: On 8/24/21 a day later, I have not received any follow up email with a tracking number. My original order is still showing “Current Status: Processing”. I wrote another email yesterday, 8/24/21, reiterating the importance of receiving the thermostat. Today, 8/25/21, I have not received any reply. There is no visibility on shipment status!

I ordered a front turn signal housing for my car and it was never delivered. I contacted Autohaus and the guy was very helpful and told me they would put a trace on the package and I re-ordered the part that I needed. He not only waived the shipping fee but Im pretty positive that he contacted the warehouse that would be shipping my part to me, and told them to ship it expedited. My part arrived at my doorstep in 2 days ON A SUNDAY.Customer Service +10Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine!

Got the part I ordered quickly, but needed to return it, because I ended up needing a different version, so I ended up eating the original shipping cost and also the return shipping cost and getting a whooping 3$, because the took the return shipping from the credit I was supposed to get back, serious? They must really need the money. Never wasting my time again with this company, use FCP Euro for European cars, and RockAuto for everything else.

I’m leaving 2 stars because I have ordered from here without issues before, anyways, ordered some new air springs for my car as one had blown a hole in it, anyways, never got the package after it said it was delivered, “i think someone stole it as it was left in an unsecured location” contacted autohausaz and they said they started a trace and it would take 8-10 business days. That was August 3rd. Sent Email asking for update on the 11th business day and havent heard anything back, called multiple times and cant get through to anyone. Barely scrapped the money together to get new springs for 330.00 and expressed that this has been an extremely stressful ordeal, please just at least some communication as to whether or not have any news would be appreciated.

I ordered some parts from AutohausAZ because it was cheaper than ECS Tuning about 30USD to cheaper (Would have been 50 USD cheaper) but I opted paying about $60 USD for faster 2-5 day shipping via UPS. Boy oh boy what a DISSAPOINTMENT its been 2 weeks now an my package is still not here. My car is stuck at a shop, needs to be towed back home costing me another $150.They shipped my package with USPS with standard shipping. I tried to call support team but it takes more than 1 hour of waiting to get a hold of someone. Currently busy please leave your name and number no call back.What a waste of money. Stick with ECS Tuning your stuff will come on time.

Advertised part was not for the engine model they specified. I did not notice a missing opening until upon installing the part which I then ended up having to remove otherwise the hose that wasnt connected wouldve leaked coolant everywhere. It was not OE part as what they said. They reached out to me and are shipping it back because they cant refund me. Never heard of that and never had to deal with such an awful company and customer service. So now, I have a $100 plus part that I get back that is no use for. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY at all. Go over to FCP Euro. They even let you return used oil. You read that right. What a joke this place is.

Customer service is horrible, parts were sent in three separate orders but was only given two tracking numbers, 5 parts from a 388 dollar order did not show up. When i emailed them all of a sudden there was a mysterious third tracking number and I was treated basically like an invalid. I will shop locally from now on, it may cost more but you get the parts you want and don’t have to be subjected to a scavenger hunt to track down parts you paid for. Don’t waste your money or time. Just received. Third package: a set of four piston rings. When I ordered a set for a 6 cylinder engine. Apparently they can’t count either. All parts were matched with the “does this fit your car” tool. Worse than dealing with the dmv

DONT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU and not the one who is installing the parts. I bought 2 water pumps from them for my 1995 MB E300d Graf and the LASO.I had the Graf installed by a professional and it was a defective part. SO I have to pay a second labor charge of 300.00 to have the LASO pump installed for a total of 640.00. I get a RMA from AZ for the part but no refund on the labor.

The worst service ever, I bought $175 rear brake pad for my mercedes, and in 2 weeks they worn up. My mechanics confirmed that the quality is not genuine . then I bought a aftermarket product for $40, and it works very well. Once I asked them for refund or warranty, they said it is bad driving habit and we cannot do this. Walk away from this company. they are scam.

Calling the credit card company to stop payment. I paid $33.00 for expedited 3 day shipping and its been a week since I placed the order. Ordered a bunch of items on March 30th today is April 30th my parts still has not reached my country. They say it takes time to process item from Sri Lankan customs but surprisingly I have received my other orders from other shops in USA they clearly lied out cold about my shipment.Order through FCP Euro they are amazingly fast and products are genuine plus they offer lifetime warranty for all parts!I dropped an email asking delivery estimate or a refund. EXCELLENT!I ordered a trunk release lock for my BMW on Thursday. I received it, in Florida, on Monday! The price I paid was very competitive including Shipping.What interested me was the AutohausAZ part was much BETTER quality than the original BMW part! Once i removed the old, broken lock release I could tell it was of rather poor quality and had several design flaws.The new part was totally re-designed and much sturdier.Thanks AutohausAZ!Hopefully I wont be needing you, but when I do need parts, youll be hearing from me!

My experience with this company the first time round was somewhat disappointing. Some months ago I ordered some parts for a clients car, paid for them and was told by email when they were on there way and date of delivery. Lo and behold I get another email stating that there was a drop ship, whatever that is and the part would be a few days later. My customer was not happy at all as they were going on a road trip, never the less that was now delayed and cost them money to rearrange their plans. Once the parts arrived and fitted, one lost customer.Now you 99 percent give someone a second chance. so I did. I ordered a starter motor from them and even paid expedited shipping, right starter motor cool and paid $68.00 for core to be returned. A couple of days later I get an email stating the standard of which the core was to be returned. The instructions looked like it had been copied from the con artist manual. For to go with the instructions in the email you just had to about send the new starter back. And reading their return policy and the email, very different standard, and to top it all, you had to pay for your own shipping. So under their instructions you pay the core, shipping, send the core, and it is up to their intense scrutiny of the return whether they will accept it, very doubtful. So you loose the return charge, your core deposit and the core. I decided to keep the core, the loss is better that way.If you do purchase from them do not take for gospel on their web site as kosha, their email is not the same. Good luck to all who use them.

I purchased a timing cover for my Mercedes. It arrived damaged from shipping. I called and was told to send an email with pics, and it would be 24 hrs that someone would contact me. Here it is a month later and many emails sent by me and all I have is the broken part!!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever received!! Another horrid customer service. Ordered parts and slow AutohausAZ shipping it arrived after I went on vacation, family brought in our mail and packages. Upon our arrival back I found that one item was missing from the package, bottom box tape had not been applied correctly by AutoHausAZ so the bottom was open allowing items fall out. Sent a plea to AutohausAZ that a part was missing and their reply was.....too late, we cant make a claim with FedEx. It wasnt FedEx fault, it was AutohausAZ fault for not securing the box correctly prior to shipping. Now I have to buy another part.....it will NOT be from AutoHausAZ.

Just drove 45 minutes to go look at the clutch for my bmw 325i, didn’t let me inside even though they were watching me and my friends try and open the door through the glass. then asked for a picture of the clutch. Ive had a lot of delays in the past ordering parts from this company. I live in here in Phoenix, Arizona. And my orders have taken 7-10 days at time.Today I decided to read the reviews before I ordered my crank position sensor for my E30. After reading it quickly made sense why my items origin is often California. I quoted below the review that enlightened me.I wont be doing business here anymore. Ill stick to bimmerworld from here on...Do not trust this company, first off they are drop shippers so they are not selling their own stuff. You won’t know that until you order and you are still waiting for your order. I paid for one day shipping on the 21st and still do not have my part. When ask where my tracking number was I was told they didn’t have it yet. If you are not a drop shipper a label would be created before the order is fulfilled IE. (label has been created).

Ordered a fuel sending unit for a clients vehicle. We were sent a bad unit, despite being New OEM in box, and set up the exchange process immediately.It wasnt until 3 weeks later, after following up with them on a daily basis, that someone finally decided to tell us that they cant do the exchange process because they have no others in stock. So we had a clients vehicle dead on a lift for 3 weeks when we couldve simply gotten refunded and had bought a sending unit elsewhere.

I dont know why this is showing me as Judy Sweeney, but it is my wifes old computer I am on. Anyway, I had some shipping issues regarding a part for my 1973 VW rebuild. I received my order in a timely fashion. Opened the box and the part was not in there. I called to explain and he agreed that someone in parts may have taken out the part and somehow it never got placed back into the box, but the box was returned to the inventory. Stuff happens in life.I called and spoke with Jamie, who was polite, understanding, and took care of the matter in about 6 minutes on the phone.I had already bought another part that included the missing part, so I no longer needed it, but he didnt give me a big hassle about it. He just said no problem, if you have the part you need already, we will credit your bank account for the amount you paid. Good guy and I will be purchasing more parts in the future. I had a crazy experience with another online parts broker - still fighting that one - AUTOHAUSAZ was recommended by another gentleman who has the same car as me and works for another local parts franchise. I emailed Autohaus, ordered my part, had my part, and it was installed within 4 days - wow! It was awesome to be able to solve something thats been going on for two months. Do not trust this place. Placed an order a week ago and they cancelled it within an hour due to not having the part. That’s after talking with two different reps who assured me it was in stock. Update: minutes after emailing the company and this review, I received a response saying they would be refunding the additional $8. I will adjust my review from 1 star to 3 stars and possibly more once I actually see the refund to my account.Placed an order for a sensor (rain and light) for my 2013 Mercedes. First part came in what looked like an OEM box, and it looked just like the part I was replacing. Once installed, it did not work properly. The rain function did, but the light function did not. Lights stayed on permanently on the outside, but no dash lights on the inside, plus an error code on the dash. I contacted AutohausAZ and submitted a return for a replacement. They issued me a return authorization and I sent it back (no shipping charge to me) and awaited my replacement. The second one came and looked and performed exactly the same. This time I requested a refund due to two attempts at purchasing a part from them. I explained that it was definitely not operator/install error as I was able to put my old sensor back in and the lights worked fine (i was replacing due to the rain sensor feature not working). Fast forward to today. I received my refund back to my account, minus roughly $8 for a return fee (shipping, restocking, whatever). Buyer beware, you take a possibly small or large risk of purchasing from this company. They may send you defective parts and basically charge you for figuring it out.

Great part selection, however I did pay extra for a bit of haste.. No sense of urgency, which should be implied for an extra 32$. If your a DIY human this place is great if u don’t mind the gnarly delivery time.. sorry guys, it’s just a few hoses though 😬

Purchased a part from AZ website. Turns out the part doesnt exist. Why is it on the website if the manufacturer told me they dont make it anymore? The one they shipped, which I originally thought was wrong, is the replacement which did fit. Problem is, the replacement part is also for sale on the AZ website for $183 less. When I asked for a refund for the difference, the sales rep said he couldnt do that!! He said I can take it out, ship it back for a full refund, then re-order the correct part, (the one I already have). What????? Great website, great prices, zero customer service...

UPDATE: Representatives reached out to me to fix the issue and sent me a new part. Thank you!I ordered from them and they sent me an empty envelope. Ive been emailing back and forth to get my money back or get the part it ordered but they stopped responding to me. Luckily its a cheap part I dont really care, but annoying to deal with.

Ordered a cable online and received confirmation email. I returned to web site a day later to find out the order was cancelled. I called and discussed the issue with a rep. I was told an email was sent advising the part was no longer available. The part was still showing as available on the site. This is a reseller and their software does not keep up to date availability, prices were great but you need to follow up and DO NOT COUNT on part until it is shipped.

My window regulator failed on my 2001 Audi s8.. they showed one in stock I called and they said if I place the order before 1:00 p.m. it should ship the same day I opted for the express shipping and I received the part the next morning before 10:00 a.m. A++ would definitely order from them again

You guys need to update the inventory I guess, shows the part is available to order, I went ahead and ordered it, got an email 2 minutes later that its out of stock. Now I have to wait several business days for a refund of almost $1300, instead I couldve used that money to order it from somewhere else.🤷‍♂️😒

I should have looked at the reviews before I placed an order with them. Not a very good experience at all. I placed the order on 5/14/20. Got a confirmation email and it said the item was shipped on 5/18 and a tracking number. The tracking info kept saying the item is in pre-shipment. I sent them an email on 5/22. No reply! Finally called them on 5/28. The person was very rude and blamed it on the post office. He said that he will have to file a claim with the post office before he can refund the money or reship the item and it will take at least one week before he could find out. Furthermore, it may take another week after that to take care of the issue! In the meantime, I have a car needing the part! Amazingly, the next day, the post office received the package in California. Quite a coincidence. I dont think I will bother doing business with them again.

Do not trust this company, first off they are drop shippers so they are not selling their own stuff. You won’t know that until you order and you are still waiting for your order. I paid for one day shipping on the 21st and still do not have my part. When ask where my tracking number was I was told they didn’t have it yet. If you are not a drop shipper a label would be created before the order is fulfilled IE. (label has been created). They told me that I could get my tracking number after the package may deliver. Please explain the purpose of a tracking number if I can’t find where my package is to be home to retrieve it. Literally 40 mins after speaking to them telling me my item was shipped yesterday but did not have a tracking number the next email that was sent was stating that in fact my order had been canceled per my request. At no point did I ever state I wanted my order canceled but somehow it was canceled the minute I told them I’m going to the better business bureau. This entire time my car has been sitting in the shop accumulating days of storage fees due to there negligence and they lack of customer service. I called after getting the email and they picked up the phone and hung it up in my face.

Placed an order yesterday around 4:30 Eastern time. I paid for next day delivery. Its now 6:15 Eastern time and they are closed. At 4:30 Eastern time I sent an email asking for tracking. No response. I have a vehicle down and thats why I paid $21.95 for next day delivery. Not very happy with this company. Price seems to be ok, but not the least expensive. I purchased from this company because their competitor which was less expensive didnt offer next day delivery. I informed the person at billing that I needed this shipped asap.

We were very disappointed with the customer service. First of all, the employees weren’t all wearing masks. We were tossed around to different employees a few times, and had to wait in between different people helping us. When we were finally helped, they were not only rude, but they didn’t actually help us at all. If you want someone to spend time helping you, this is not the place.

Placed an order 7 days ago and paid for priority shipping. They sent me a tracking number but they havent apparently shipped the order yet. Tracking says Shipping label created. Awaiting Item. Ive been trying to contact the company in the last 3 days. Emailed, called and left a voicemail. No luck so far.Update on my review: Autohaus contacted me and told me that my order was lost at the post office. They offered to reship it. They have got prices but their lack of responsiveness and their failure to keep track of whether the order is successfully delivered are things they could improve on.

I ordered a part from AutohausAZ and paid for next day delivery and they did not deliver it. Im really unsatisfied with this company and I would not order from them again. I called customer care and one of the employees said that reader our policy that theyre not responsible for next day delivery. I do not recommend this company to any of my friends and family members or any of my other shops.

These guys are great. I had some issues with shipment and products before and every time they called me and provided great customer service. Be aware of this company selling products online and false advertising . What you see on the pictures and what you get is not the same. Jamie/Tim worst Customer Service . Unresolved issue. Basically blamed customer instead of owning up to fault of advertising wrong product description . Never received a call from a Manager nor email respond after countless emails and proof.

Quite reasonably priced compared to buying from the dealer. Shipping was easy, efficient and quick plus the part was 100% OEM not a cheap knockoff...In my case the same part at my local MBZ dealer was $168 and at AutohausAZ it was $45 quite a substantial savings.I will be using them again based on my overall positive first time experience with AutohausAZ.
