I like to come buy a lot of parts from here but after this happened i will not come again the girl she’s so rode and really very bad customer service !!

For almost two years since they swapped to a call center I have been unable to get them on the phone and only time I did I waited 45mins…..

I gave 3 stars because the part came the next day but management needs to get different front desk people...i walk to the front desk and I have to wait a few minutes to be helped since the girl is just sitting there flapping her gums and the 2 guys just look at me like Im just standing there for fun but I finally get my part after shes done telling her very important story

Every time I call. It’s at lease 30-40 wait.When I visit the store. They have 1 worker working, more than 5 people in line every time. They take their sweet time. Should bench mark Auto Fit for some tips.

The prices are too high at this place and 2 people in line taks you about 35 ro 40 minutes to get to the counter. Then when you get there they end up not having the part or the price is 2 times the amount some place else . and the lady in front counter is very unprofessional the way she speaks to the customer👎

Cant complain about the prices! Cheapest place to get auto body parts. All the guys working there sitting on their @$$3s couldnt even assist with some good ol customer help loading my bumper or at least the decency to hold the door open for me carrying my bumper and two big boxes out the door, mind you there wasnt any other customers there either. Smh.

Terrible customer service, they dont know about car parts, they aways give wrong parts,and if you complain to an employee the other employees verbally attack you, they are like gang menbers, this company does not have the standards that a company of that size should have,

The worst place ever I went there the told that you to have mask on but they don’t have mask and they took forever

They have great prices on all auto parts they have an extensive inventory of parts, they have reconditioned batteries with a lifetime warranty for $50 they have all the parts that other parts places tell you that you have to go to the dealer for

I waited 1 h to get a battery and ended up not getting it because the system went out and they can scan anything.... now days they can’t do anything manually. Is stupid.
