The girl seemed annoyed immediately after answering the phone. Asked if an item was in stock. She said yes. Sent my Son to get it of course they didn’t have it. I used to go here back in the day. I’d thought I give them a shot. Bad move on my part.

My family and I have been customers of Sixsmith for over 40 years. They are the best sporting good store in the entire Philadelphia area. Their customer service and variety is second to none. I was they had more than one store. I now live in Southern Chester County and no one compares to Sixsmiths service and prices. They are simply the BEST!!!!!

Worst customer service! This is an obvious example of a business that has been around so long they do NOT appreciate the customer anymore. I had to call 14 times with 2 emails just to get a confirmation of my order. Then when I asked to see the design before printing Rita responded with no we need your deposit. I had already given my deposit!! Sometimes doing the same job for so long is not a good thing.
