This is a nice little shop, a real gem with some hard to find special items thatll make you feel like its your lucky day. I got a high quality Bose headphones set with an adapter for an amplifier that I couldnt find anywhere else. For less than $150, I felt like I stole it.

Terrible. Tried to rip me off and sell me polish instead of oil. Ended up screwing up my guitar neck. Stay away!

If youre in the area definitely check them out. Theyre by no means a large chain and wont have a big selection to choose from but what they lack in quantity they make up for in quality service and fair prices. Eddie, Bernie, and the store cat Funky were all really friendly and knowledgeable about their gear. Definitely will give them my service again. Thanks guys!

A musicians’ and music lover’s oasis. I stop in when ever I’m in the neighborhood because the merchandise moves quickly and there is often some great stuff at very decent prices. I seldom leave with out a treasured vinyl album, cd or some must have item I didn’t know I needed. Last but not least it maybe the only place in Center City Philadelphia to buy saxophone and clarinet reeds in an emergency. Thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly staff for adding to the always positive shopping experience at Rustic Music.

My visit to Rustic Music was wonderful. The staff are very friendly yet very professional and the musical equipment is in excellent condition. I bought a bass guitar, an amplifier and I have no conplaints. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality equipment at a great price. The place is very small but the experience is gigantic. So are the deals..

O.K,.This isnt a chain music store & thank God for that. Rustic Music sells a wide mix of instruments, vinyl records,CDs and accessories. You can usually find something that youre not gonna find anywhere else. Guitars are new and used and are generally priced fair, Good quality new starter acoustics are always in stock. Rustic also gets in various oddball electric guitars that hang side by side with the Fender & Gibson models. Genuine African Djembe drums in various sizes and prices seem to always be in stock.Various effect pedals come & go along with keyboards, woodwinds and brass instruments. If its musical.they will dig it up. The vinyl selection is big and is priced fairly.Lately they have had a lot of Jazz & old school R&B but they have Rock vinyl too. Once again the focus is on off the wall stuff. Cheap CDs as well. Check out the two dollar bin for vinyl and CDs. Rustic is the kind of place you have to cruise every couple of weeks because you never know whats going to show up. Friendly staff and guitar repairs too.
