Every time I take my 2020 Telluride in for service, they never have a specialist or the part for my car. They dont offer a loaner vehicle, & they charge 30% more, than a basic mechanic for the same service. If you want to buy a car or need service on your current model, this is the last place to go. Dont waste your time on this place.

Worst dealer ever ! Test drove a car about a week ago they told me a price before i went on vacation told them I’ll be back to the buy the car if it was still there. Come back the car is still there but now somehow the car is marked up a extra 5,000 dollars. The sales manager has no customer training at all his honestly disrespectful. He talks to you like you have no idea what you are talking about. Made it seem like they always mark up there cars 5,000 extra when i test drove the car it definitely wasn’t a extra 5,000 dollars. I highly don’t recommend going to this dealer at all poor customer service all around especially their sales manager!

Horrible job ! I went in with a check engine light and I was told that it was just a recall update that it was fixed. A week later my car completely fails and it was the same issue that was stated under the recall, and because they supposedly fixed it the first time they did not fix it for free like they usually do with recalls.

The sales rep Chris was very friendly & helpful to me finding a car. He listened! Of course he pushed Kia cars but not in an obnoxious way. They seem to be affordable but unfortunately not enough for me.

If the vehicle was free I would not EVER purchase a vehicle here. Its a shame too because the sales manager blew the deal for the sales rep Chris who was nice. Clearly there are a lot of buyers out there who will take any deal and I believe that is what keeps them in business. If you are a savvy buyer dont go here. They presented their offer which wasnt ideal but there was room to negotiate had they been willing to. The manager would not even let me take the quote to review. I had my kids with me so since we werent getting to a happy compromise I asked if I could keep the quote and think it over. The sales manager said no, folded the paper and walked away. Wow!!! Thats where customer service comes in. He could have said maam we typically dont do that or anything other than no, fold the paper, and walk away. My whole intention would have been to go home, review their offers and strike a deal the following day when I didnt have the kids with me and drive off happy. Well tomorrow the kids will be with grandma and Ill be visiting another Kia dealership. Chris Im sorry it couldnt be with you but the manager here is a deal killer!

Scheduled to test drive a vehicle but it wasn’t there because the owners son was joy riding in it. Then they tried to convince me to purchase a newer model that costed way more. Had a weird way of checking my credit. I went to another dealership the same day they checked my credit and it was 100 points higher.

Was trying to purchase a specific Sorento at that dealership, was in constant communication with one of the sales rep there and the morning I emailed And called to see if the car was still there, they said yes and when I went there with my wife and baby, the car was gone. It’s only a 15 min drive from the house and we checked again to make sure if it was still there and all of the sudden it’s gone. Complete waste of time, they knew the car was gone but tried to play it out and sell us a different car. Fine textbook of click bait and luring people there when the cars not even there.

This place isnt good at all. We spoke to a salesman name Boe over the phone & kindly told him our budget & that we had a check from our bank. He said he can get us in the car we were looking at. Once we arrived he then said all of their cars are market $5-6,000 over sticker price nomatter if their new or used. He then talked us into running our credit stating that he can beat our bank interest rate which couldnt & we got denied. Then he told us we were never gonna find a car in our price range anywhere. So he just put a negative inquiry on our report for no reason. We ended up going to Davis Honda in Burlington & found a 2020 Kia Sportage for less then our budget. I would never recommend Kia On The Boulevard. Nothing but scam artists.👎🏽

Our salesman Kain Black helped us with the purchase of our 2022 Kia Telluride S AWD. We were really impressed with his approach and the options that were presented to us during the process. Kain was straightforward, down-to-earth and made us feel comfortable. The staff at DeSimone Kia did what they said would do as far as crunching numbers; no backstabbing tactics at this location. The entire staff was welcoming and upbeat without being invasive.

AWFUL!! This dealership started off as such a pleasant experience. Cam was a great, kind employee to work with. But their management, and their ethical decisions, are terrible. I paid $400 for them to fix absolutely nothing. The car was in worse shape when it left, then when it went in. I had to call them nonstop as they never called me when they said they would. I ultimately ended up having to get a new car because of how bad this service was.

I bought a brand new 2021 Kia Seltos and the transmission just went. I got it towed to Kia and I have to wait for them to approve the new transmission and replace it and they cant give me an estimate on when it will be complete. In the meantime, they have no loaner cars and will reimburse me $38/day (after Kia approves the new transmission) to rent a car from Enterprise, mind you, the cheapest car Enterprise has is $70/day. So now I have to scramble around to figure out a plan and pay out of pocket since theyve messed up. All other dealerships Ive dealt with either had a loaner or paid Enterprise directly, Ive never had to pay out of pocket for something that I did not cause. This is ridiculous. Kia should be ashamed of themselves. This is the last time that I will ever buy another Kia.

I take back the nice words I said about KIA. Be very careful about your car when being service. I took my car for recall. They repaired the car but kept my motor cover .I ask for it was told you dont need. Ask to call back given the run around. I pay 27,000 it had a motor cover . So what does that say ; its there for a reason. I dont understand why why I take my car to the KIA dealer, they screw up. Even in Norristown where I bought.

Made an inspection appt (had to wait 2 weeks - past legal date) and brought the car in today. I sat in the waiting room more than 90 minutes before I walked around and saw my car in its original spot. The service manager says they havent started because the computer is down.Meanwhile they leave me sitting there all afternoon without telling me or giving me an option. Nobody else was in the building, yet they couldnt do the recall check or the oil change either. And yet, Im bringing it back tomorrow for further abuse.

Awesome place it was my first time financing a car and do not have a perfect credit score just establishing credit and Elis really was phenomenal he took care of me answered all the questions I had and made sure I left in the car that I drove 2 and half hours to go look at! This 2011 impala that I paid and am still paying too much for gave me problems from the start. Buying a used car off the lot shouldnt have to be in service for a week because of problems with the car. But it was. They gave me a rental but still. So 1 year later my entire transmission is shot. I pulled out of my driveway and the car wouldnt move. Thank God I purchased the extended warranty. Now I know I will be stuck with a deductible and am really in a bad way. Had major issues with these guys and have vowed never to return. Mechanics Ive spoken too about them have heard the many bad things. Selling used cars on a lot should have been gone over and made sure their are not any issues before putting a ridiculous price on the vehicle. Of course it was my fault for the financial situation I was in. But still........because of this car my situation has worsened triple fold.

Receptionist and customer service are very unprofessional and has no proper training. Keep you on hold for so long just to transfer and hang up on you purposely, while arriving and watching it happen. Had to call while on hold on another phone and someone answers. I wish the old employees was still there.Paid cash and card and clerk still enter wrong amount on my receipt. Cheated me out so had to call her and she claim she counted it right since she Left the money still in drawer. She recounts outloud to the correct amount Id given her. I said so why you put down Less than what you just counted? She says, Oh. Smh. Then Salesman cursing on sales floor walking before walking out the back to going inside one of the cars on the selling lot on phone and being real disrespectful while my child was there and I had to record it. Unbelievable.

My sales rep was Oggie, he was very informative, professional, and displayed great patience to make the transition as smooth as possible. Worst place to do business. Although we like the car we got but not received behind the details about the car since we got it issues and issues. You call service they dont answer. I took the car to service turn out o need car need a part which they ordered kept a car for day and being told they will call me once the car is ready no one called me next day I was keep on calling finally the receptionist said I have your keys GREAT. After the that car completely disabled one twice. Second time I sent the car to them on Friday as per them battery need to replaced. I was like in 8 months how the battery completely gone. Well I told them I have to be in DC on Monday. I was told I will get a call and can pick up my car on Saturday now here I am writing this mechanic left for the day was working on my car without calling me or notifying me the issue with the car. Now I have to call Monday and find out about the car. Wowq

So, this is a long story. I bought a 2014 Kia Forte used at a good price from another dealership with a 3rd party warranty which I also purchased. About 3 months after my purchase of this car the oil light on the dash board flashed, I pulled the dip stick and there was NO oil on it. I took the car to a Kia dealership in Warrington PA to have it checked and fixed, I thought it would be a easy thing for me being as I had this 3rd party warranty. Well it wasnt. This dealership in Warrington PA refused to tear down the engine to find the failure as the warranty company required them to do. So I took the car to Kia on the Blvd. Now this Kia on the Blvd did exactly what the warranty company required and in no time I was back on the road. Here I think Im good now. But no. The engine that was put into the car also had the same problem as the last engine. So I took it back to Kia on the Blvd and they fixed it again. This next engine was also bad. Now its not the fault of Kia on the Blvd because they were following the directions of the 3rd party warranty by putting used engines into the car. So now Im back at Kia on the Blvd for the third time with the same engine problems, so now I call Kia North Americas corporate office and open a case to see if there is something they can do. After speaking with a few different representatives I felt that I was getting no where until the service manager at Kia on the Blvd named Josh Torres got involved. The car has been at the dealership since before Christmas 2020, I finally ger the car back yesterday and its seems like the problems are finally fixed. If it wasnt for Josh I might still be arguing with the Kia North America reps about fixing my car. He did his job tremendously well and I am grateful. Dealerships need to hire people like Josh. He was honest and always called back with news on my car weather it was good or bad, he gave me straight answers and that goes a long way. So thanks to Josh Torres and all the staff at Kia on the Blvds service department. If you own a Kia and need service this is the place to go.

Bought a used 2019. I love the car. The dealership... it was... ok. I wasnt wowed by my car buying experience and there were long periods of waiting time after we agreed to buy the car. Even more disappointing is the fact that they only gave us 1 key set to the car and no floor mats. We tried calling 3 times and e-mailing 3 times and never heard back until we asked to speak to a manager, who said they would not provide either. I havent purchased a car since 2004 and did not realize I would need to negotiate over what is a standard part of a vehicle. Id be very cautious about buying from here and ensure that youve thought of EVERYTHING you need, because they wont give an inch.

Doug is an unusual salesman. He took the time to consider all possible options. Buying a new car, buying a used car, or buying the leased car which was at the term of her lease. Financing terms are of course different for each option, and requires the patience of a great salesman concerned about the customers interest.

Place services your whole car but doesnt even fill your tires up after having it for a month...they need new management and/or mechanics!!!
