I had an excellent experience working with Matt to get my new business logo embroidered on a soft shell jacket. Despite being very busy, he spent time and worked with me to get my logo looking exactly how I envisioned before we stitched the product - important so that it would match the other items I have heat pressed. Turned out amazing, and I will be returning to get additional business and personal items.

Great customer service, fast working. I often get in and out within 30 minutes. Prices are very reasonable. This is easily my favorite shop.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experience such HORRIFIC customer service. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place of business. The gentleman working there was outright rude to me. He embroidered my apparel UPSIDE DOWN and continuously told me I was wrong. He refused to fix it for me free of charge, but said he would do it for $40 additional on top of what I had already paid. 0/10 service do not recommend this business.

Over priced cheap quality items! The girl at the desk is extremely unprofessional talking to her friend who came in and sat behind the register as if he worked there, and I wasn’t standing there waiting to be helped! Worst customer service ever! And the quality of her work wasn’t good!! I will never ever recommend the place to anyone!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!! 0 stars for me!!

Very bad costumer Service... 07/27/19...lady at the front desk acting like she hate her job and very bad actitud, I was about to buy a t-shirt I ask for price and because the response wasn’t the one I expected I just ask twice... she tells to the other employee in a mockingly way exactly what I just said, when I confront her, her response was that she wasn’t talking to me and she can say wherever she wants... Really!! Never in my life I’m going to that store again! And PLEASE give jobs opportunities to those whose really appreciate and RESPECT jobs... because job is job!

Quick service. Zach was friendly and professional. My custom t-shirt came out perfectly. It was just a tad pricey. Overall I had a great experience.

Can get anything printed on clothing and very quick. Customer service was horrible, but very happy with the finished product. Prices decent.

The lady was nice but no one came over to assist us ... They charge crazy prices for the tees we spent $65 on two simple shirts with my personal logo ...they dont tell you the price to print b4 so its good to ask first ... Since a heat press device is like 250 ...i kinda feel they are charging was to much ...you could buy 4/5 tee shirts or buy your own Machine...they just enlightened me ... But they are more cheaper places

Was a bit of a wait which I didnt mind, but the two lovely women from the store in Cherry Hill were there, and Im happy they were.. They gave me the best customer service, Id recommend.

I went in today and I got a tank top made (Im plus sized so I got a mens tank top) I got 2 pictures and it turned out bad. I tried on the mens medium and it fit me perfectly, once the design was done I went home and tried it on, it was way too small. I called them and they said that they were gonna fix it. I went back and she told me she couldnt fix it for free or give me a refund. Now there were no signs saying shirts will shrink or no refunds not to mention that when I wear my tank top it sounds like a garbage bag. I will never come here again! Worst custom made tee shirt shops ever!

Overpriced and inconsistent pricing. I have no idea why there are two of these stores in Philadelphia Mills. I was first told the price of a black Tee with three custom letters would be $25. Came back 5 minites later and the price change to $35. I then walked over to the second CAC store and I was told it would probably be $45. Lol... Probably! Seems like they are just making up prices as they go.
