I went to Adams store looking to get a phone for my daughter. he provided expert service and got me and my wife onto better phone plans and upgraded our phones to the new iPhone. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Personalized and professional service.

We have a business account with Verizon with almost a dozen phones. Adam was fantastic. He had me upgraded in and out and all set up in under 30 minutes. Super helpful, patient and knowledgable. Definately a great place for top notch customer service.

Adam has been extremely helpful with synching my comcast email account to my phone. For whatever reason comcast kept disconnecting me and would deny my NEW passwords after just a few days. Since Im not a techie, hes come to my rescue a few times - excellent customer service and patient too!

Not pleased with the phone they sold my son. Great customer service though! Wow I loved the store. His phone broke the minute he got home so now hes stuck with it :( I wish they told me the phone would break this easily. I feel cheated and should have requested a drop test in store when I was checking out with him. He works for Hahnemann Hospital and needs a phone.

This store is a great location if you want help with your phone and get everything set up. I thought I had lost all of my data including photos from the last ten years. I was very pleased to have the reps in the store get almost everything back for me on my new iPhone. They took their time and went over what would happen and explained the price. The price was very fair. Everything was better than expected.

Great customer service experience, as always! I accompanied my 72 year old mother in law in to see Adam yesterday to upgrade from her IPhone 5 to a new IPhone XR. Her not being the most tech savvy person on the planet definitely had her concerned about adjusting to a new device. Adam and his staff went above and beyond to walk her through all the relevant changes that she would have with her new phone. The extra help was much appreciated!!

We went to the Verizon store today and spent a good bit of time with Alex and Adam who were both extremely polite and VERY helpful. Went into the store randomly because my phone has been bugging out lately... was introduced to new employee Tori and store manager Alex. I’m very pleased with the help I received today. Together they were able to get me set up with my new Pixel3xl fully loaded with all the protection I need (i damage my phone a lot) They were very informative regarding my future billing concerns and any other questions.. i now know where to get the best help and not to feel taken advantage of.. you can tell the staff REALLY cares about their customers! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

These guys are great especially David. Me, my sister and her boyfriend visited this store in Philadelphia so we could set up a joint account for her and me. My sister lives in Virginia and I live in New York, and Philadelphia was a mid point for us to meet. David was extremely patient even though it took a long time to get us through the process with customer service. He was also quite knowledgeable. Josh was also great and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great experience. We would recommend this store to anyone. By the way, its at 920 Walnut and not 840.

What a pleasant surprise!!I visited the store to find out when my next upgrade was available. The staff was patient and helpful. They even contacted me a week before the upgrade (3 months after my visit). I was able to get 2 new i phones. accessories and all of the time I needed to set them up.This place is so much better than the other mobile phone stores in the city!!!!!

I was so happy with what they were able to help me do at this store that i will truely forever be grateful for all they were able to accomplish for me. They helped me retrieve all my families pictures that i thought were lost forever. I needed a new phone because mine had crapped out wouldnt turn on. I dont know what the gentelmen did but i cant thank them enough for getting my data to my new phone. They spent all the time needed to help me learn the phone/my new bill and what was being charged today. I will always shop at this store and recommend everyone to shop there. Please do not go here! Since they are not a corporate store, nothing they sell you is really supported by Verizon. Certainly, do no buy a insurance from them. You can only get your phone fixed by them, not Verizon, if something happens and theyll probably try to claim you never bought the insurance in the first place. When my phone broke, I didnt have insurance so they said the cheapest option was to open a new line, get a discounted phone, and cancel it in 6 months with no cancellation fee. This was a lie. I bought the insurance which they later tried to claim I never bought. Theyll say whatever they have to in order to get you to buy things from them.

STAY AWAY, COMPLETE RIPOFF, RECEIPT ATTACH FOR PROOF!150 dollars in extra fees that I did not approve per device (unfortunately I did a bogo deal). They charged 120 dollars for a sim card (THATS FREE FROM VERIZON), then they added someone insurance that was not discussed with me. I returned an hour later WHERE THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME because the manager wife was in labor (we would then miss our BOGO deal). I will followup with a BBB report, see receipt below for proof.
