After 6 years working in this industry, these are the best example of good service, business, experience, and amazing prices. The store I spent 6 years working for was amazing and is still outclassed by these guys, I don’t even have to go to my old boss for good prices, cause these guys hook it up better anyways. I have never come in and not gotten either exactly what I want or knowledge about how to get what I am looking for. Lots of electronics, all high end, great condition for them all and a helpful staff. Thanks for making the industry look good and appreciate all their help with my school electronics.

I got my iphone 11Max unlocked there and it hasn’t been right since, when I went back they said that’s what comes with the unlocking service. Prior to them fixing, I even asked them would anything be different after the unlocking and they said no.

Horrible customer service put on a new LCD screen lost the port that help keep the phone water proof when I bought it to their attention the person claimed that they didnt remember seeing one gave me all kinds of excuses finally after being consistent and arguing three weeks later got the part the same day my love screen was replaced so I thought while looking it over I discovered the lady screen wasnt glued down Im talking mid October took the phone back showed the problem and was told he couldnt help me because they dont have the adhesive the factory use so he could sale me a phone case that would cover the open sides like that would make my phone water proof again horrible service asked to speak to the owner today said he will be in tomorrow so will I

If I was able to rate 0 I would, they told me they was gonna let me know when an I phone for my company comes in and they never did. I talked to the owner of the store and he said he was going to let me know like 4 times and he never said anything back.

First of all their screens are CHEAP! they crack too easily .. they switched out the battery that i had in my phone to an old one .. & my phone always turns off & on, on it’s own . i wouldn’t recommend going there, go to philly wireless!

Horrible customer service and they are liars. I took my daughters phone there (6s) then after picking it up 3weeks later they switched her phone to a 6. All I have to say is FEAR ALLAH. I invested too much money into a iphone for it to not work. the battery die super fast and the data shut off completely. (i have unlimited but the phone is so damage it wont work) . it cuts off my phone calls etc... i had this phone about 30 days untill it stop working & after 30 days theyll charge you fees for problems with a phone they sold u . they also cant fix broken screens, theyll just break your phone even more. this company is a scheme!!! prices are cheap for a reason!!! i regret spending 300 $

Thy tried to give me a cheap eBay screen as my replacement, my phone six screen is way brighter, the phone I got repaired was a iPhone 7. then when I called him on it he got pissed. They didn’t even put my front facing camera or sensor brace back in my phone, they also didn’t put my two screws in the bottom either. I called them about it, after about 11 calls he argued me down that he put them in there. I will never go to that store for any reason, ever.
