I had them redo all the floors in my rental property and they did an amazing job! They had a great selection to choose from and got the product in quickly. They set up install very fast and the guys that did the work were great. Cleaned up after themselves and everything looked amazing!! Best prices around, can’t beat it. Highly recommend this company.

Wow! I am so pleased with my carpets I purchased at concept workroom south! The installers were fast, courteous and professional. Jim came out to measure the same day I called and I was excited to hear that I could get my duplex installed within a few days. I’m really happy that Jim pointed me towards the smartstrand carpets. With 3 cats, a dog, and an 11-year-old, it was the best choice for my home. It’s been 9 months and I am still just as pleased with my selection as the day they were put down. I will continue to recommend to my family and friends.

So dishonest they don’t pay theirs installers

A year ago I had Concept Flooring install hardwood in my main living area. I am an older woman and use a walker to get around. Concept flooring made sure that my moldings worked with my walker and made special accommodations to ramp up my closet. The entire process went very smooth from delivery to installation. I called them today to set up a measure for carpet in my bedrooms. Very excited to have them come to my home again.

Showroom people are pleasant to deal with. Clean store. I’d rather not post pictures of the work that was done.

Couldn’t be happier! Gary went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect carpets for my Uncles home that I had to sell. He advised me which carpets would work in his home. Installation was professional and timely. I then used them for my own home with outstanding results. I can’t say enough good things. Very professional, helpful, quality product.

BY FAR THE CHEAPEST PRICES AROUND!!!!! I have purchased flooring on 2 seperate occasions and could not be happier with the whole process from beginning to end. The guys are great, selection was great, installation team was great, this is just a great place. I will never bother with a home improvement store again for flooring!!!!!
