If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dude was really impatient. Called 3-4 times throughout the week and promised he would come and never came. Finally, Alex came late on Friday and seemed to be in a rush. I called him the following Monday and he never got back to me. I was waiting for an email and never received one. Terrible business, dont use them for signs.

Work is good price is good but Very Very very unprofessional poor the owner of the Company Alex does not pull proper Permits to get proper signs installed on your business the city will fined Nicely hell just come by collect the money and act like he knows Nothing and the city allows him to get away! I do not recommend Him at “ALL” Bad communication I asked him I just need him to help me!!! To understand what’s going on He’ll avoid you! They Change name to PA. SIGNS do “NOT” use them “BAD BUSINESS”

I have used them several times in the past but will not be using them any longer. The lack of communication, unresponsiveness, and complete disregard for a business timeline is frustrating to say the least. I have a new business here in Philadelphia and emphasized the importance of having my signage done quickly and tastefully. While they did come and do the letters on my windows they neglected to follow through, or even return a phone call concerning my outdoor sign. As a new business this added unnecessary stress and an extended timeline to a seemingly easy project. Its very sad that I have to discontinue doing business with them as I like to support small businesses, however its clear that they didnt value my support of their business therfore I will find a company that will.

It’s was a run around!! Alex and the other pretended owner Danny From Alex response said he was never part owner. Which was lies and now Danny not there anymore went back to his country!!! Tried to give it a another chance First he was patient then he acted like he didn’t have the patience or I was not moving fast enough or perhaps or like I wanted a job for nothing. They took my money and the wrk didn’t hold up nor stand by the service.. I got my food truck wrap Bout 2-3 years ago it faded never was no clear coated on it was just terrible.. I got my truck rewrap and was very very please with the work!! Sooo many complement I get, so please...Designer wraps in Glassboro N.J. Never will recommend no one there very inpatient and just want the money and very poor communication even when I went back for a second chance, please I won’t recommend but each it’s own!!!!! Had service set up for over a month with this company, made serveral calls regarding their ETA .. they continued to say tommarow after a month, I chose to cancel with their company and find a new company . Their response after I cancelled was gladly this location was an inconvenience to us anyway Wish they would have said that in the beginning rather then have a customer wait over a month . I DO NOT recommend this company to anybody .
