Took my BMW 650i there for some front end work after an accident. He did such A good job I took my Mercedes there after being hit last week. Owner is good people, will do whatever he can to make you happy and do the job right.

Great place, excellent work, good price, very friendly and on time, wasn’t expecting my car to be cleaned in and out but it was very nice work!

I would recommend anybody here. Family and friends. I had to have my roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. The owner kept me updated the whole time. The repair was done fast and I was impressed on how well it turned out because it looked unfixable.

Ray was great. He kept in touch with me and my husband throughout the entire time my car was getting done. He even went over and beyond and buffed my back bumper which was all scratched up when I purchased the car. My car looked great and was spotless inside when I got it back. I would recommend Provision to friends and family.

Don’t take your car to this guy. Trust me. Save yourself the trouble. He did not fight for me with my insurance company. He did the least amount of work possible. He returned my car to me still damaged and not driveable. Find another body shop. Horrible experience. If there was a way to give less stars, I would have. One star is too many.

Ray is amazing and the services from this shop are perfection. On two occasions I needed to get body work done due to hit and run type situations. Each repair was perfect. Ray and his team gets repairs done very timely. Because of the short time without my car I prefer his service to that of the body shop Geico suggests which takes forever. When I got my car back, it was completely detailed and looked amazing. The last time I took my car in Ray had fixed a small issue I had with my trunk and didnt even charge me for it. Called ray in the middle of the night, he took care of everything! 2am man came and got my car and brought me a rental then next morning when I woke up. Wen I got my car back it looked brand new I havent had a problem. Owners an honest man who you can talk to and one of the friendliest people I know. Worst business man! Horrible work will leave you to legal action. Unprofessional, ghetto, rude. Brings his problem to his poor trashy shop. Cursing, threats. Work poorly done and needs to be done by another shop. Ins company to him and said he is the most rudest person with fail language. On a profession level he is a 0%. You make that impression the moment you speak to himWent through a friend thinking it was a ok idea and the biggest mistake ever. With legal action being taking, if I was able to upload pictures I would. TRUST me so not go to this place.

First off I am not Rays daughter my name is Jessica Harkins not Hatcher and you can google my name I have been all over the news and I do not work for Ray or provision collision so get your facts straight and I suggest you seek legal advice before you make outlandish accusations and accuse people of making fraudulent reviews I know Im going to be speaking to an attorney because you have now defamed my character which is against the law! You can go ahead a delete I already have what you wrote and it will be shown to the appropriate authorities! Maybe you should think before you blatantly make untrue statements! I stand by my review and I dont associate with thugs I have been through tragedy you could not even begin to imagine like I said Google my name !

The owner of Provision Collision is Ray M. Hatcher. I am going to make it simple here. Do you want to have thugs from the streets work on your vehicle? If yes, then go to Provision Collision and ask for Ray on duty.What do I mean by thugs from the streets? I mean Ray did not give me receipts or estimates. He delivered partial (less than what was initially verbally agreed upon) trashed-up services. Pins, screws, and retainers missing from the vehicle all over the place. He asked me to pay in full first, and then nothing mattered afterwards as far as my satisfaction goes. He told me that I would receive my vehicle back in 3 days, and it took me over a week to get a hold of him to retrieve my vehicle back. When I dropped in the vehicle, the fuel tank was full up to the ¾ sign; however, when I came to pick it up, the tank was at the ¼ sign, and there was a strange odor in the vehicle, but the odometer reading was the same. Is it possible that he disconnected my odometer, then used my vehicle to transport drugs? I do not know, but I heard that he had a couple of shops (one on keystone St. and the other on Eleanor St.) that were both allegedly closed suspiciously. I was told to file a police report against him to protect myself just in case. I heard that some shops use customers’ vehicles to transport drugs so that if they get caught, they would falsely claim that the drugs in the vehicle belong to its owner (the customer in that case).Look at all the reviews posted down. All the customers are angry, except one (Jessica H.) who is satisfied. Isn’t that weird? Jessica Hatcher is Ray’s daughter. She works sometimes with him in the shop. All what Jessica said in her review is true; she said that Ray has been fixing her vehicle along with the vehicles of her brothers, mother, and Ray’s step son, and that they all have been happy, satisfied, and repeat customers. Lucky for you Jessica! Why is her review fraudulent so? Because she mentioned only one half of the truth, where she hided completely the fact that they are Ray’s family. I am sure that Jessica will delete her review instantly once she reads that, so I will copy her review and paste it here for your reference. Here is what Jessica H. posted on 05/28/2015:“I have had all my cars as well as my families cars fixed by this body shop over the past 10 years including the Keystone location and I had no issues at all. I have also recommended many people to this shop who were also very satisfied and are now repeat customers. I have witnessed a lot of customers demanding money from this man, wanting their deductibles waived and prior damaged fixed for pennies stating they know the game. I also have given him money in advance for my repairs its called a deposit and that is how businesses operate in the real world. You cannot have work done for free! I recently had a claim filed for my brand new car to be repaired and my insurance adjuster spoke very highly of this shop and assured me I would be satisfied with the work. I of course already knew this because even if I was not satisfied he honors all his work! I would be very careful of slanderous statements because that is against the law! I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to recommend people to get their cars repaired at Provision Collision!!!”
