Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. In fact, I’d suggest my worst enemy lie down in front of their tow trucks and not let them take it.When my car was towed from a crash in center city, once I said I wasn’t using them they ignored calls from my insurance rep and held the car hostage to collect more lot fees.Then when I did get the car towed to my preferred shop, the back bumper and exhaust tip were off center. The crash was my front left side. Why would my right rear bumper be screwed up? At least it’s an easy fix and my coins weren’t stolen from the center console.

Went to go see what was wrong with my car and was handled with professional people they where respectful and ✔️ on the problem solved it and the owner was also great keep up the good work

It was a pleasure dealing with themThey were friendly patient understanding and even good listeners. Explain things in simple language repairs was more than I thought but car in good hands i hope😁

Im so sorry that I took my NEW Telluride here for minor body repair (but noticeable). I was referred by the KIA dealership to go here being though my vehicle was only 4 months old with no damage other than what needed to be repaired.The body work was completed after several attempts.But the left over damage to my NEW vehicle is HORRIFIC. When I picked up my vehicle it appeared to look like new.....it was washed & shined up nice.But after it has rained a few times then the IMPERFECTIONS appeared. There is compound all over the trim of my car.....everybody knows that it doesnt come out. So, apparently my vehicle wasnt taped off properly. Parts where not removed for paint job...there are particles under my paint and several brushmarks / sanding marks. My roof has backsplash paint, front and rear light has clear coat or something all over it. There are rough spot all throughout the paint work. Then to top it off there are SWIRLS all over the entire vehicle from buffing or whatever. Im so so upset that this has happened. Desimone you have done a very very unprofessional and horrific job to my New vehicle. I need a New vehicle. So, you will be hearing more from me.
