This is my first evaluation of the services.My language is Portuguese, and I dont speak ENGLISH very well. This company was recommended to me by my insurance (STATE FARM). I got in touch with them and even though I didnt speak the language well, I was treated very well by a lady who answered the phone. I asked to speak to someone who spoke SPANISH and they put me on the phone by a very nice and polite gentleman named FRANCISO. I went to the body shop and he helped me as an interpreter. I was introduced to Mr ERICK who, knowing my limitations with the language, was very respectful and patient with me. I was very impressed with the organization of the place and the staff, all very kind, everything that the client needs to see in a company to know that they are trustworthy. Something caught my attention in the evaluations, I have a degree in Public Relations in my country and I could see that the owner of this company (Mr. JOE), is very good at it. He makes a point of personally responding to all reviews, even the occasional negative ones. This demonstrates your concern to maintain the good image of your company that I imagine conquered with a lot of effort over the years. Now, I will wait to see the result of the SERVICE and make my second evaluation, but as far as I could see, it will also be 5 stars!!!

I brought in my Genesis G70 for repairs after an accident and the work done was absolutely fantastic. It looks factory new again and all the staff I interacted with were amazing. Everyone was professional, kind, and truly loved cars. It was an amazing experience and I will gladly recommend this business to anyone in need of repairs or work on their vehicle!

***AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A JOB DONE RIGHT***UPDATE 6/17: still getting the same code regarding brake fluid on my 2020 Lexus. Vehicle doesnt feel safe to drive. Taking it to Lexus to get it done right finally.Update 2: Took it to Lexus, and they diagnosed and fixed it in less than a dayEDIT:The owner has contacted me and we are resolving the issues. Will update once completed.My car arrived at the shop february 9. They estimated completion by March 30th. Supposedly they guarantee completion by the estimated date. 1st it was delayed to march 31st then it was delayed to April 2nd and then further delayed to April 5th when I finally received the vehicle. Worst part is when I was finally able to pick it up, I came to find they lost my license plate. Since then, the owner has apologized and taken responsibility for the mistake. As far as the quality of the bodywork and to, they are acceptable. When I mentioned to them that they failed to repair one of the damaged rim, they replaced it with one from a previous accident that was damaged. I know this because I took it to a proper shop later on. You will DEFINITELY NOT get decent work from them, and it’ll take them 1-2 months. If you have problems, they will not address it right. So basically their warranty is worthless. For $20,000 this is inexcusable. Did I mention they only attempted to address my concerns after I left a review? Pathetic

Awesome job. Pat and the team did a fantastic job of repairing a dent from a hit-and-run - theyre quick and efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. Pats paint job is superb - the car looks nicer than the day I bought it.

After cracking my bumper in the recent snow storm we just had, I stopped by Classic this past Thursday and prepaid for a new bumper and they painted it over the weekend. Tuesday morning I stopped by and took them only 30 minutes to replace the old bumper with the new one. I pay great attention to detail and having used other high end body shops, I must say, the paint work is perfect. There is no sign that the bumper was ever replaced or painted. Hats off to whoever painted my bumper ! Hopefully wont need body work done for a while, but if needed, I will go back to Classic !

I was recently in an accident and my vehicle suffered front end passenger side damage. My insurance company recommended this shop, so I figured I give them a shot. A week later, my vehicle was finished. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it had looked like it was never in an accient. They even detailed inside and outside. I am very pleased with the work, and the quick completion. Very satisfied with their service. Definitely recommend this shop!Thank you guys!

I have used classic several times over the years and have always been 100 percent satisfied. Their lifetime guaranty on their work is a very comforting feeling. I was treated incredibly at this shop. They were very accommodating. They helped arrange a rental car with a nearby Enterprise and got me to work on time. They did a great job on my BMW. It actually looks better now than before it when it went into the shop. They even painted areas that werent covered by the insurance company because it was the right thing to do, to do the job properly.I cannot recommend this body shop enough. I had a really good experience that I am proud to share with the public. I would definitely use them again; but hopefully I dont get into an accident in the near future!

I took my car into Classic Body Worx to get paint fixed after an accident. The paint looks perfect, but the team went above and beyond. When I got my car back, the outside was clean and the inside was dusted and vacuumed!! The Classic Body Worx team does great work, which is why my whole family brings their cars there. I have had the opportunity to use Classic twice in 2013; once after a rear end in February and my car was repaired to my satisfaction; with a lifetime guarantee on the work performed. The work was great and the service was excellent. In May I was rear ended again, so I used Classic again because of their service. Both times I was driven to get my rental car for service and after. My car was returned to me cleaned up and with great repair work. I would definitely recommend their service to all my friends.

Classic Auto Body did an excellent job fixing my car after my accident. They went above and beyond to fix everything that needed to be fixed and more. They did a great job getting me the best price for the work they did. They constantly updated me through a text messaging service that let me know approximately when my car would be finished and when it was about half way done. Joe, the owner, made sure that everything was going well with my car when I got it back. Overall, I felt taken care of and like my car was in really good hands!

I am highly skeptical of the rave reviews, all of which seem solicited and make the same fake points. Classic Body Worx uses every sleazy sales trick in the book to pressure you into paying sky-high prices for possibly unneeded work. My experience was so horrendous that I ended up leaving before even receiving an estimate. These people are ruthless sharks! Do not trust them or their solicited reviews. Do not become their next victim!

Ive been using Classic since they opened their doors about 20 years ago. I have had my own car and my Moms car fixed there in the last year. I have also recommended Classic to several friends. You can expect nothing but top notch service and repairs from Classic.

I have had numerous vehicles go through Classic from sports cars to trucks to daily drivers. The results were the same every time, Top Notch. The most recent episode had them repairing my wifes month old car after she was rear ended quite heavily. We got the car back with everything looking as good as it did coming from the showroom.The repair itself is only half of the story though. They have always gone above and beyond service at Classic. I have known Joe for a number of years and he only hires the best. A perfect example of this was the night of the most recent incident. Kenny with CBW towing was first on scene. This was a huge relief because I know immediately that everything would be taken care of. As expected, it was. Kennys professionalism and compassion allowed me to take care of my wife and not worry a bit about the vehicle.This brings me to my last point. Many reviews have mentioned they have been using Classic for many years as I have. As a local Northeast Philadelphia business they take care of their customers and focus on doing a stellar job. It is our responsibility as residents to reward their commitment to our area and the consumer with our business. The more we, the consumer, rewards businesses investing in our neighborhood, the more they stick around and attract others like them.

Classic Body Worx charges way too much. Ripoff Report proved that their good reviews are fake. We went down the street for huge savings. It is sad that a company can stay in business because they post bogus rave reviews for themselves. Shop around, get quotes in writing, and save a ton going somewhere else. Anywhere else would be a better choice, even those nasty ghetto shops that are always being sued on television court shows like Judge Judy.

My Chevy Tahoe was rear-ended in NE Philly. I live out of state and my vehicle was seemingly and randomly towed to Classic Body Worx for repairs. As things turned out, I was very fortunate that my Tahoe landed at Classic. The staff was exceptionally profession, courteous, and accommodating. Body work was flawless; structurally, the guys had my vehicle aligned and alignment was spot on the specs. Living five states removed from PA, this situation could have been fraught with lots of communication problems and other issues. I very heartily recommend Classic. These guys are real pros. I was dissatisfied with their incredibly expensive estimate. It cost much less elsewhere plus I got better service. In several Response from the owner posts, Classics owner keeps bragging about reviews posted on an obscure website, but most of those reviewers might have been covered by insurance so the high cost was not an issue. In conclusion, it is apparent that Classic Body Worx solicits reviews from customers they treat well despite charging their insurance companies high rates. Any business can do that to seem better than they are. Watch this review get deleted because Classic advertises on Google. Good, because I have taken a picture of it and will be sending it to a consumer reporter if that happens.

I only wish I could give an Excellent ++.I have had two experiences with Classic Body Worx. My first was back in 11/08 and currently 2/13. CBW was on scene both times. I could not have been happier to hear the gentleman say I am with CBW. I knew then, I did not have to worry about my SUV. I knew Joe would take good care of me. The entire team is outstanding! They handle every aspect of the incident/accident. They are truly there to help in every way. Its also important to know that they are Honest. What they say they are going to do, they do it....and even more. I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to friends and family. They are truly a CLASS act.

I was in an accident on the Blvd, someone rear ended me and knocked my muffler off. I went to Classic and they tied my muffler up in a very short time so that I could drive my car to work. Everyone was very nice! I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are exactly what everyone fears when they need a car fixed after an accident. They took 3 weeks to fix a quarter pannel, that they originally told me was going to be 2 weeks. They forgot to put parts back on my car that were not effected from the accident in the first place. My satellite radio has not worked since I have picked up my car, even though the accident was in the back of the car? I asked them to install factory fog lights that I purchased from a dealer, and guess what... they have never worked and they instructed me that I need to take it to the dealer. Had I known this I would not have let them touch the lights in the first place! To top it off they forgot to give me registration and insurance back. And guess what there response was... Were human. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Best place to get your car fixed, very professional

I tried Classic Body Worx but hated them. They were cocky and their estimate (about $2,500) was over four times higher than that of two competitors (about $600) for the same job, although Classics predicted turnaround was a day faster. The competitor did a great job on my dented car and it ended up costing closer to $500. It took longer because they are much busier than Classic Body Worx, obviously because they are significantly cheaper and do a better job. I think that some customers give Classic Body good reviews because their insurance companies paid, so the customers didnt care about paying four times the going price. What about people like me who dont have collision coverage? I know of someone else who was quoted $1,360 by Classic Body Worx but $350 by someone else for the same job (read his 11/13/17 review on the other major consumer review site, Y*lp!). I also think that Classic Body has screwed up quite a few jobs, going by the reviews. In summary, do not trust the solicited rave reviews for Classic Body Worx at websites that you had never even heard of. And do not believe the five star reviews on the famous review sites because they were obviously solicited from pampered customers whose insurance companies paid Classics sky-high prices.

I recently had my Chevy Tahoe repaired at Classic Body Worx and I wanted to take a minute to thank the team. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle. This is the second vehicle Ive had repaired by CBW and the second repair was as good as the first. Clearly Joseph and his team are committed to their customers because the level of service I received was outstanding. I live in the suburbs and have several body repair facilities nearby, but a few years ago a friend recommended CBW, so I gave them a try and the results were well worth the drive. The team at CBW took plenty of time to thoroughly discuss the steps needed to repair my Tahoe, the price and the the day the service would be completed. True to their word, the vehicle was expertly repaired, the price was right and my car was ready when promised. I love my Tahoe and keep it showroom condition; I was devastated when a driver ran a red light and hit me, but fortunately for me, Joseph and his team restored my Tahoe to showroom condition.Thanks again to Joseph and the team at Classic Body Worx.

I’ve been a Classic Body Worx customer close to 10 years now, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. CBW is by far one of the best body shops in the area. They offer excellent customer service and their work is of the highest quality. This is the only body shop I recommend to my friends and family.Unfortunately I’ve had a couple of accidents with my 2003 Volkswagen GTI (20th Anniversary Edition), but fortunately I have the right place to get it fixed, and every time the CBW team has done an outstanding job. I also had work done to my project car – a 1984 Rabbit GTI, and again I was extremely happy with the outcome.Im not sure why some people think these reviews are fake. Why cant a body shop offer excellent customer service?
