Highly unprofessional, rude, and overall lacking basic English and customer service skills. They claim to have $169 down/ $69 weekly deal on vehicles but when I asked “D” he kept avoiding the question. Unfortunately we try to support our own race but get this poor service instead. Now whoever “D” is keeps texting my phone with unnecessary information and rude comments even after I told him I would report him to the Better Business Bureau if he didn’t stop. I’ve asked numerous times for him to stop but he keeps doing it instead of trying to sell cars. Ladies and Gentlemen do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business! I wish I had done so because these texts are getting ridiculous!!
