Very rude aggressive people at the donations center. I had brand new items they said they couldn’t sell got in my husband face after we asked why they wouldn’t take items. After that confrontation had to get the manager he looked at the items and said there wasn’t any reason why they couldn’t except them. I been a customer for 3 years and have never see these people at the donation part I will be contacting corporate and making a formal complaint! Donations are what keep them employed and if they employ aggressive people folks won’t want to donate to this business very shameful!! I will not be donating or shopping at this goodwill location and I also will not refer anyone!!!

Not as good as other Goodwills I have visited. Not a lot of selection if you are not looking for clothes. Staff was nice. 🙂

Donation staff are awful. Ive seen them throw and break glass items, leave perfect condition cribs outside and are rude. They say they cant sell kids games because it wont make enough money. Like they are too good to make $1.00 off free stuff. I understand they have to pay their employees to take in & tag but enough $1.00 items will pay their employees for their time. I dont understand why people who work with people are so rude. Be grateful you have a job and people keep coming back to give your company more to sell.

The store is organize and clean. The shopping environment was pleasant. There is always something new to see. I also learned that Goodwill has an online e-commerce business. I will be going online and do some bidding.

Not the biggest Goodwill in the Austin area but they are, hands down, the place to go to first when looking for medical devices like crutches. Always a clean store and great shopping experience when looking for other items as well.

Location was clean. Easy access. I feel like the prices are higher than most Ive been to. Currently the dressing rooms are closed.

Went to donate a trunk full of items and the man unloading the trunk forcibly threw all the items into different boxes visibly breaking most of the items I donated. I will NEVER donate here again. It might as well have ended up in the garbage.

This is a smaller store with some really nice quality clothing, footwear, & handbags.

Expensive for second hand store, cashier is rude and dont care for costumer, they dont have bags so I have take everything in my hands poor service, I hope management work in this points. I dont recommend this place.

Amazing friendly staff! We were kicked out of a different goodwill Because of our pet monkey she wasn’t even doing anything she was in her stroller. We were timid on coming into this Goodwill from our past experience from the other goodwill until we were checking out. it was the most pleasant Experience and the manager said it right we are putting smiles on peoples faces everywhere we go. we will definitely be back

I come here and to other Goodwills quite a bit. I had about 10 items to check out (all mainly purses). The sticker came off on one of the items and I know I would not have put the item in my cart if it was the price the manager priced it as. He comes back and prices at $19.99. All the other bags I had were alot nicer looking brand names and were only $5.99 to $7.99. The cashier even looked surprised when she saw the sticker and asked do you still want it?

Smaller section than some, but overall a nice location. I found many things I was looking for.

I went in to look for a item that no longer is made and when I found it the price tag was not on it. The people are very friendly and seem eager to help. They marked it and I bought it. Thank you!

Over priced for goodwill...Not very big not a great selection compared to other Goodwill stores . I tried asking for help from a supposed supervisor an he left me to have backroom talk with one of his buddys. Also the floor is a complete mess to shop through, I see employees accumulate items stacked onto each other poorly. Sad thing is this goodwill used to be good but the quality of the floor an items went down these past months.

While shopping at this Goodwill, I was followed around by one of thr store associates Savannah, and as a person of color being followed by a white sales associate — felt very much like I was being racially profiled. She hovered around me from aisle to aisle, and forcefully pushed clothes back into place as I browsed. Because of an long-standing injury, I have limited back and arm mobility, and instead of being helpful at checkout, Savannah dumped the clothes I purchased on the counter as she rung them up and left me to collect them. It was a simple task that was made difficult, and I would have appreciated just an iota of help, but was offered none. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere, unless you want to be treated with scrutiny and employees who passive aggressively scrutinize, profile, and roll their eyes at you. It looks like others have made complaints about this employee in particular, so I don’t understand why no corrective actions have been taken. It’s an otherwise organized store - so kudos on that.

I bought a bed from here last night and when my husband went to pick it up this morning, they had sold it to someone else.Make sure that if you buy a big item from here, that the salesperson is competent and makes a sold sign for your item. I naively assumed that it should go without saying that the item I paid for wouldnt be sold to someone else.

What is going on with this place? My family was told to google the higher ups number when she had a complaint. The back corner of the store is so crowded an the cloths were tight! An as I was checking out the other day waiting on a price tag, I insisted to the young man checking me out to keep me in line till I got what I needed. An some tall black hair guy which I assumed was a supervisor tried to kick/rush me out of line, then gave me an the employee the nastiest look an then he began to get mad at the employee for keeping me in line, in front of the customers. I recommend you evaluate some of your staff, I been shopping here for about a two months an never seen a employee talked down to like that.

I love the fact that this place makes such an impact on the positive deeds of our society. Whether on the giving end or the receiving end, it symbolizes what we need more of in our world today.

Anytime I am in the area I stop by here but its about off my list now. Some employees are rude, others are sweet. Prices are super high compared to other surrounding Goodwills and their stuff isnt all that great. Its not week organized, just thrown about wherever they please. I guess because they are around more expensive homes they can charge more? When you try to look at an auction to see the decent items they have you get yelled at for getting too close. Im not a ghost so Im not able to stick my hand through glass to touch the items! Ive been to a lot of other goodwill auctions and this is the only place you cannot get close to see anything.

Over priced for good will. Most items were barely $10 under their brand new price. The store is mostly clothes. The bidding section you cant even get close to the items without a cashier asking you to stand behind the counter making it too hard to even judge what youre looking at.

Best Goodwill around. The store manager here is awesome! Come to this goodwill for anything you may need!

OVER PRICED ! If you find something decent for cheap they stare at you like your a theft and like you changed the price, SAVANAH is one of the extremely rude ones ! I never seen a human roll there eyes as much as her while I payed for my few items, when something happens to not have a price she walks across the store to look for the “manager” (who is also extremely rude and has a stank face the whole time you visit the store) and comes back with an over price number for a simple little item that should be around 99 cents to atleast $2 . Not no $5.99 !!!! EVERYTHING HERE IS DONATED, there should be NO reason why it’s more expensive then WALMART oR AMAZON . And the craziest part I paid SAVANAH and she was checking my $5 dollar bill like a halk she put it up in the air, double checked it, was very convince a $5 dollar bill was fake ! A FIVE dollar BILL was fake ! Holding up the line because she was checking for a possible way for that $5 dollar bill that I handed to her was not real !! LolGet rid of the manager ! And the rude staffOh and don’t come here stop giving them your money go to another Goodwill anything else and you will find great deals

Very clean helpful supervisor, I believe his name was Chris. He went out of his way to answer questions and just a kind young man..I would go back.

I saw that goodwill was open on maps but when I went to the store it was closed, at least change it so it says yall are closed so others dont go for nothing

I dont think Ive ever looked so fly for $20. Youre gonna pay a little more than other thrift stores but youre also gonna find kleins and Hilfigers for $10. Where Im from, thrift stores only ever seem to sell boxy dad shirts and worn out tennis shoes, but with Austin being the hipster town that it is, there are always plenty of good finds here. I dare you to not walk out the door with something

This is a relatively clean goodwill. Went in to find a cheap suit jacket and was impressed at how well organized it was and actually smelled nice!

Charged over marked price. Frustrating! I ran in to buy jackets 20 min before closing, for an outdoor party near by. You know Texas weather freak cold front in late April. Live over an hour away so not wasting the gas to go retrieve my $3 but wont shop there again.

Bought an office chair that he a crack. The supervisor told me to put a super clue it will go away. As soon sat on it, it craked. Took it back but they refused to even to issue a store credit....a bad experience, bad place to shop. They only care about money...
