I attempted to get my hair in crotchet passion twist with a trim and deep conditioning on my natural hair. I sent a request on style seat and asked about dates and if I could get my perimeter to be individuals and the the rest crotchet. I received a text message stating they do not offer individual braids. There was nothing else mentioned about the crotchet or anything else. I then asked if the crotchet could be done to where I could pull up in a ponytail. I never received a response back. I understand when certain services are not offered but to completely dismiss everything else I felt was not great customer service. I saw all the great reviews and was looking for a stylist to try out for my natural hair as well but I guess one wrong word and you are dismissed. Disappointed.

April has done wonders for my hair. I had issues with growth and texture. The texture and growth was noticed immediately in just 2 months. She is a well learned person in this field. Her holistic approach to caring for your hair is amazing! I believe she truly cares about my hair just as much as I do...which is why I love her. Gifted hands for sure. If you have Any issues with hair (natural or chemical) she can fix it. Im natural and love the attention she gives to me. Thank you April for loving what you do!
