The service was second to none! The guy at the store was kind, honest and didn’t waste time trying to “upsell” us on extra things when we knew what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and took us straight to the mattress we needed. We had spent the whole day (literally 8 hours!) looking for a mattress that was comfortable and affordable. Great costumer service! At first I was disappointed that my delivery I was supposed to have on a weekend that never happened, but they completely made it right the next time they were open. They willingly worked with my schedule to get the mattress delivered. Definitely a store I will be doing business with again!

Really great little gem in Pensacola that has the large chain stores beat. They have a wonderful selection, Hunter, the salesman, is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, never pushy, and phenomenal with kids. (Ever try mattress shopping with a toddler? Bobby was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (some before we even asked). They have a large selection with local warehouse for quick delivery. I researched multiple brands and read to many reviews to count. This store is a diamond in the rough. Its not fancy and has a warehouse feel but they had great prices, have stock on hand so delivery was 2 days instead of 2 weeks like many of the other local mattress stores and everyone was super friendly from the salesman to the delivery men. In a few months when we replace the bottom bunk mattress, we will be back!

Just bought a bed and mattress from Mattress Outlet on Davis Hwy in Pensacola. Stephanie was incredibly knowledgeable & beyond helpful. She helped me find a very specific mattress because I was looking for a particular brand/model/year. The entire process was as convenient as could be. From a very vague description of what I was shopping for, she texted photos of bed frames & was able to find exactly the style I wanted. I was able to complete my purchase over the phone and received my new bed and mattress within a week. Even the delivery guys were awesome. They were meticulous and didnt leave a trace of packaging behind after they fully assembled my new bed -complete with the mattress & cover - and made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it in the bedroom. Just bought my second twin Newport mattress from here for the same price. If you can get away from the fact that youre not going to be walking into a super nice indoor store, then you are going to walk away with a steal. Be sure to look on their website for any deals that they offer. Hunter and Mike were both nice and helpful. Hunter even helped load the mattress and box spring on top of my sedan. They also offer military discount.
