I went in for a Christmas tree that I saw on display a couple days earlier and they didn’t have it in stock, no big deal. Being the typical American consumer I am, I decided I wasn’t going to leave empty handed and bought a tree considerably larger and more expensive. Keep in mind I have my two year old in tow. As I lugged this monster of a tree into the cart. The employees around me just watched and offered no assistance. I dare not say I struggled, you know toxic masculinity and all, but it was a challenge. Got in the aisle right next to customer service and had to pick this heavy joker up again because I could fit between the products in the center aisle all the while ensuring I didn’t smash my kids hands. They just watched me. I could have asked for help… But why wasn’t it offered? For a 500 dollar 100 pound tree someone should have said aye sir there you got your hands full can I help.

All the wood isles were blocked. I have to sweeze around fork lifts and pallets. After finding what I wanted employees watched me carry wood some distance to a cart. No offer to help by any one. No one cared I took pictures. Store is a mess. Too hard to shop at this location. No one got back to me when I went to consumer complain. Hope they clean the store up. Its fun a convenient location.

They have a great selection of tools and products, but the shelves werent well stocked and I couldnt get one of the items I went to get after checking its availability online. Their website said they had like 20 of the item I wanted in stock at this location but there were none on the shelf. When I found an employee, they were too busy chatting with another employee to help me and just said that if it wasnt on the shelf they didnt have it. I didnt argue or ask them to check their computer, but they lost my business and I went to Lowes.

They typically have what we need for repairs, upgrades, or maintenance for our house at a fair price. This one in particular is pretty big, has quite a variety, and is pretty clean inside. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous which makes our trips much more efficient and enjoyable!

They sell things you have to have. Reasonably easy to find most items. Some employees are very helpful and some are not. I would like to see better choices in the lighting and ceiling fans area. The main plumbing aisle is pretty tired as well.

Got a new push mower. It was on sale. Although, it didnt scan the proper price. They quickly fixed it to honor the price that was on the signage in the aisle. And I like home depot better than its competitors. Prices seem a little better and almost always has what I might be looking for.

Big store with cement floors. I am 76 years old and I wanted to go with my son to pick out things for my house. Only 3 riding carts for the whole store. We had to leave as walking on floor was very hard on my back.

This Home Depot is like any other Home Depot across the country. Nothing to note that is exceptionally top notch or disappointing. Staff was helpful on the one question I had. I was there & gone in less than 30 minutes.

Went in to purchase a new toilet seat. This Home Depot was not too crowded, so easy to find decent parking. Walked in the door less than 3 feet saw at least 3 workers and not one asked me if I needed any assistance. So, had to find where toilet seats were. Eventually I found them. Kind of expensive, but I dont like falling into toilet at crucial times. Went to check out and seemed like they had more self checkout lanes than actual checkout lanes. I dont do self checkout. I have no training on their registers because, you know, I dont work there and I like to avoid trouble. They did have one register open and the cashier was very polite and didnt try to offer me a store credit card, a bonus. Leaving the parking was a challenge. Bad location due to lights on corner.

Their selection was very limited. Probably because of the pandemic. Staff is very helpful though.

Recently ordered a countertop. My salesman said the cuts would be made. Countertop arrived without faucet hole cut. My salesman, Jeff Griffey, said he could not send it back. He further took an attitude about it and the solution was left to me. Once you paid for something forget about help.

I always give Home Depot first chance at a sale. Found out they dont stock appliances. According sales person anything would have to be ordered from wholesale vendor. Underwelming!!So we went down the block to the Lowes where were found, in stock, a refrigerator and dishwasher that we purchased and they will deliver later this week. To bad for HD you missed a $2,500 sale.

The staff here is so very helpful. They even brought my grill out and loaded it up for me.

Gentleman at customer service seemed agitated with the returns. But had a great experience with one of the associates who helped me with my battery dilemma!! This warehouse has always been clean and organized.

This location is managed very poorly. They are consistently out of stock on common items. This store has gone to hell with poor inventory.

WARNING,^***Do NOT buy appliances from Home Depot. If something goes wrong after 48 hours of receiving, they make you call a repair person out! Most companies stand behind products they sell for at LEAST 30 days but not this company! Contracted delivery/installers did not even unpack and install all the parts and they do not even care! Terrible, terrible customer service!

My experience was great; A worker name Andy that works at the home depot on Davis, in Pensacola, florida was very helpful and experience about the questions I asked him. He actually showed me the fixtures that I was looking for, for my bathroom. He explain to me about the company name on the fixtures. He also help me find the right knob for my bathroom shower. Big, clean and good prices. Probably the best stocked Home Depot I have been to in a long time. They even have people that know right where everything is at. The people I met knew where thing were, what they were used for and check out was fast and easy.

3 stars for the reason that brought me to the store. Went in on Black Friday to buy some new tools. No orbital sander in sight. Went home and ordered online. Delivered the package, with multiple tools. No orbital sander. Called in. It’s in a 2nd package. A week later, still no sander. Called back. Received a credit to buy one in store. She said they had several. Checked online. Said they had 6. Checked the entire store. Not one anywhere. Only positive part of the experience, the young man who helped me really put in the effort to find one. Even his records showed they should have 6. Obviously no inventory control at this store. He checked in several locations. In some storage areas (top racks that require a lift) and in the back. The customer support in store was great. But here I am a month later, still no orbital sander.

I just got home from the Home Depot on Davis Blvd. What nice and helpful people!! Eric in blinds was really considerate. He gave me a lot of his time and experience. I really appreciate him. Then I moved to another dept. and Sally walked up and asked if she could help me. Both times I didn’t need to ask for help. They volunteered!! Then at the register Peggy was wonderful!! Thank you so much. You all made me have a much better day!!!

I only shop when when no other alternative. They treat you like a criminal if you have a return, unlike their competitors. They stopped matching 5% off for using their credit card which is the real reason I stopped shopping here. Staff here is wonderful, I just wish corporate had their act together.

Stocking issues. Learned a lot from one employee about what bay and the last digits on boxes way-on-high. Unfortunately, someone moved the ladders without updating their whereabouts. He did find 2 of the 20 the computer believes are in stock. 3 stars for the employee. He could have received 5 if the store helped him.

This home depot is a joke, very disorganized, plenty of workers there, but they dont want to help you.

Cashier mistakenly rang up sample. My wife walked all the way back into the store to get the bill corrected. She then had to walk all the way down to customer service to get a correction made by Home Depot staff. Once corrected she had to walk all the way down by the cashier out into the parking lot. They make the mistake, my wife does the legwork. Terrible way to treat elderly veterans. She’s still mumbling about it. Lowe’s is closer anyway.

The Fairfield Rd Home Depot is awesome! They are so helpful. I only wish they had as big a selection of products as Lowes. I only shop Lowes when Home Depot does not have what I need.

The store was extremely clean and had inventory stocked super deep for the holidays. I really like the selection of toolboxes and the new lower prices. Theyre beating lowes on boxes and lumber, which they never used to do on lumber.

Very excellent service! I was surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Anytime a staff member walked by, they would joyfully ask if I needed anything. If I did ask for anything, they would go out of their way to look for it and check stock in the store and nearby stores - without me even requesting that far.

Went to get blinds for my entire house from both Davis Hwy and Nine Mile Road. I must say I am very impressed with the service I received in both Home Depot stores. The ladies working in the blinds department, Julie Umemura at Davis Hwy and Karen Yates and McKayla Nordstrom at Nine Mile Road were awesome! They were professional and know their craft! Kudos to these ladies!

Sammy in the appliance department was a huge help. Not only did she help me find a better deal on the Samsung water filter that I needed, she then sat with me and assisted me in getting approved for the home depot credit card. Even though it was closing time I never once felt rushed and she was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Thanks Sammy for all your help and thanks Home Depot!!

Home depot does not stand behind their product. Bought a part defective and home depot would not take it back even with a receipt. 50 defective dollars in their pocket and I have to submit a letter that they have 8 weeks to consider.

Home Depot, you can never get any services. Everytime l go into the store, there is never anyone who can assist you or answer questions. This is poor customer service that can lead to the customer not coming back. Im very disappointed in home depot.

Knew I stopped shopping at home depot for a reason. Online order turns into trying to force me to take a banged up display grill. Im told all the ones they have are already put together. Walk down aisle and see 4 boxes at the top, brand new and not assembled. Turns into a 90 minute pickup because they didnt know what was needed to get it down. Will never go into another one, regardless.

Home Depot Has The WORST Contractors & Customer Service. I Have Been Waiting Since 8:40 This Morning For My Washer & Dryer. When It Went Past The Delivery Time, I Called Customer Service. They All Have Said Different Things Instead Of Sticking To The Same Story. Didn’t Care That I Didn’t Receive My Set. Said They Sent It Back To The Warehouse But When I Called To Get A Refund, The Manager Said It’s Not In The Warehouse. So At This Point They Have My $2000 & My Set. Nobody Tried To Help Me, Instead I Was Blamed And Lied On. Even The Contractor Who Was Suppose To Deliver It Was Rude & Hung Up In My Face Twice. This Has Been THE WORST Experience Of My Life. Don’t Order Appliances From These People! I Wouldn’t Even Give 1 Star If I Didn’t Have Too.

Over half the customers in there were not wearing masks I was very disappointed that they were not in forcing the mask policy for the county and state of Florida

Superior service excellenceHusband and I order wood to be cut to order. When it was taken to the shop and mocked up, it was short by 2. I called the store back shortly after our trip and spoke with the Lumber teammate and he agreed to allow me an exchange to have our correct cut pieces! So great and very much had saved us money.

Some of the stuff was out of stock that I was looking for due to Hurricane Sally but for the most part they had what I needed and I appreciate the customer service
